Sam Towns: Hard to know what to rate because we were told about this location by the employees of the other location that we previously ate at, and they said it was open every day except Monday. We drove really far to get here, and it had a sign on the door that said it was closed. Really disappointing. It was already a late lunch for us and we had to drive 15 minutes longer to find the nearest Chipotle before we headed back to the airport. Lesson learned... Always call before you go to a business that's far away and when you're on a tight schedule.

Janelle Studdard: I’ve been dying to try this place ever since I tried an açaí bowl for the first time at The Soccer Tournament a few weeks ago. SoBol did not disappoint! It exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere inside was clean, friendly, open and inviting. The staff member I interacted with went above and beyond in customer service- sweet, patient and explained all of the options and helped me get signed up with their app. I ordered the classic açaí bowl, which was absolutely amazing. It tasted even better than it looked (and it looked incredible).. The presentation of the food, atmosphere, customer service, etc. = 10/10. I’ll definitely be back! The owner remembered our interaction and was very apologetic and thanked us for coming back. She even offered a free bowl as an apology. I felt it necessary to update the review as it takes a good person to speak directly and make an apology. We love the food and I am glad my girls convinced me to come back.

Came in, floor dirty, stains on the walls, layers of dust hanging from the ceiling vents. Airpods in and not being friendly, I tried to kill with kindness and simply asked the employee as I was ordering if the 2023 GoPlaySave coupons that say "participating locations" were going to be accepted at this store. I was given short responses attempting to avoid answering me. I again super kindly asked if I the manager might know the answer and got "they aren't here". I asked if I was to write or call in could I get the info from them and the girl responded "they won't answer, no one will answer". Awesome.Have some class, treat your customers kindly, clean and maintain your store, don't berate a customer who buys four smoothies regularly over a school fundraiser coupon for one. There are plenty of Tropical Smoothies around, so we are taking our business up the street...

Aerieal Vineyard: It’s really rare for me to leave reviews on places because I understand how stressful it can be working in customer service jobs such as Tropical Smoothie, however I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed with this specific location (Crossroads). EVERYTIME I go in, the people working ALWAYS have the worst attitudes. I just went in a few minutes ago, and the staff that was working were just annoyed to be there in the first place, they were being sloppy with how they were doing stuff, and when the guy finally decided to take my order he literally had both AirPods in and barely responded to me when I spoke with him. When I paid and said thank you, he didn’t reply he just walked away and went to the back. When they gave me my smoothie and meal they had the worst attitudes about it and said “here”, and again when I took the order and said thank you, literally silence said nothing. If you are providing this kind of service, it seems like it’s time for a new job. Every single staff member that I’ve encountered has acted like this. It’s weird and just rude.

We ordered our food, and after about 15 minutes walked up to the counter where our a half soggy smoothies were sitting, apparently they never called our name and somebody else grabbed our food, so after back-and-forth with those young gentleman that works there he just turned around and walked off. Assuming they would fix our order I said back down, same young gentleman looked at me and had no idea what I was asking for after we just went through it is 10 minutes prior. One lady in the back shoulder to him” I’m remaking the order” , I told him they need to work on their communication, and I just got a shoulder shrug. I sat back down and after about another 10 minutes another worker stepped out beside the cash register with a major attitude handed us our food, no apologies, no I’m sorry , nothing. Worst $30 I have ever spend and I will not return very very disappointed

Haley Davis: Everytime I order here, my order is wrong or poorly made. I used their free delivery promo for orders over $12 and never even received my smoothie or extra sauce I paid for. So I had a cold soggy quesadilla with no ranch to eat it with, and no smoothie. Then customer service said there’s nothing they can do because delivery is through a third party so there’s no way they could deliver my smoothie and my side. I tried calling over 7 times and nobody picked up! The employees here are lazy and unprofessional. Find a smoothie king near you instead.

There was 1-2 slices of chicken.The juice was mostly ice and the smoothie tasted mostly of banana and not the other fruits.No issues with customer service or speed, so that’s a +1 star.Disappointed :(

W.E. Brothers Logistics LLC: The worst clean juice experience I’ve had thus far and I eat clean juice a few times a month. Toast not toasted, barely any avocado on the toast, eggs still whole. Asked for utensils and napkins, none were put in the bag. Ordered 2 Immunity 2.0s which are supposed to be like a smoothie after being blended and these were like drinking a cup of water with ice still in them. Ordered a peanut butter bowl, forgot to put the cacao nibs in that as well. I recommend clean juice, just not this location.

Eliot Ward: The staff at the Park West Village Clean Juice in Morrisville, NC are some of the friendliest of any of the restaurants I visit frequently. They always greet me when I enter, and they apologize if the order is taking longer than expected. The staff are a big reason I continue to go back.
Brittany: Absolute garbage for the price. Came during lunch on the weekend and spent $50 for two ‘wraps’ and two small smoothies. The wraps had nothing on them but a thin slice of chicken and cheese and the smoothies were awful too. Poor customer service as well. Will not be coming back.

Leslie Wells: This place has good quality food and juices, but more often than not when I pick up a cleanse, they have made the pack incorrectly.I have been a part of the cleanse club for the past 4 months and 3 of the 4 times the pack has been incorrect. There is no advance notice when going to pick these up and they just say it’s out of their control when picking up the product. I’ve had a lot of wasted trips, including a trip where nothing was available when the cleanse was preordered by a week.Poor customer service, especially for what would in most industries be deemed as a local customer.The quality can hardly make up for how poor they make you feel by their treatment.

Dina Tamres: Took my daughter to clean juice for a smoothie treat after a very stressful morning and all my stress melted away the moment I stepped foot inside! Janeé was so sweet with my daughter, engaging with her and giving her samples to try. She then told me when I went to order two smoothies that the kids size is free on Mondays, cutting the price of my order in half! Ed Q: Personally I didn't get anything from here, but all my children and wife did. That's 5 people and all of them were satisfied. So I can't say anything bad about this place besides one thing. There was a small fridge with different cakes and deserts. My wife pulled out 2 and asked what the green was on the one, and come to find out it was mold. So simply check before you eat. I'm not gonna overly complain but just wondering how long it was in there to get mold on it. Besides that I'm not saying anything negative as it was good.

I’m from Jersey and have been quite spoiled by the high benchmark among the competitive food industry up north, that I’ve found it hard to find a juice place similar to my liking, and this place certainly feels like home as they embrace and accommodate the many diets from all walks of life! Selene, who rung us up and made our drink was very rude and just acted like a customer showing up is just a huge inconvenience for her.... to make it worse I believe she purposely watered down our smoothies! I heard her coworkers telling here how it's only 2 pumps of water that go in my drink and she insisted it was 3. Needless to say, mine and my husbands Bahama Mama was watery, disgusting and tasted like strawberry water. Very unhappy, paid 12 dollars just to have 3 sips and throw away. Do not recommend this location!

She nicely listened to me and apologized to the customer I interrupted. She killed me with kindness and you just can’t teach customer service the way the she handled the situation. I apologized to both of them for my absent mindless blunder. She handled the situation with poise and grace and can’t tell you how much I appreciate that.

Cashier either had lack of training or a race issue as they were very unhelpful to the customer asking to get her points for her purchase. You’re not supposed to block a customer off like that - customer got heated and I can’t blame her. It is very comprehensive and you can pretty much get any kind of smoothie you want!This location is small and in a shopping center. The staff was not super nice and I didn't feel extremely welcome, despite being the only person in the store.I was feeling sick so I got an Island Green smoothie with a few boosters. It was really tasty considering how much spinach and kale was it it. The prices, though, are high. You will probably have a better experience supporting a local business over getting a corporate smoothie here.That being said, just like McDonald's this place appears to offer consistency. Give them a try.

April Turner: So the food was good…. But one of our party ordered a bowl, and got a wrap. The kids working behind the counter were to busy playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We were seated waiting for a secondary order and they took it, sat it on the counter without calling out the order so it sat there getting cold. We had to ask where it was, we had to ask for a fork then and they had disappeared to the back again! I am all for enjoying working, but if you can’t get the orders correct and people have to continuously hunt for you and YELL to get your attention because you can’t hear over your music playing in the back. Laugh, giggle, by all means; but you are at work… do your JOB!

angie hall: I visited this place a few years ago and my very first experience was not a great one so I never tried it again until today and I can say that this time was bit better I was having trouble with my gift card and the staff help me figure it out and the avocolada was very good, I'm very big on being greeted and a staff that provides customer service which was not what I got the first time, today made up for it, so I will more than likely return to try something else on the menu.
