bart perry: There's absolutely zero return policy unlike Adam & Eve which is also local. A&E have at least a 30 day return policy and go over the top for customer service. I digress.I bought the Rippler Vibrating Dildo for the wife in late January. She used it not even 3 times and today the USB rechargeable bullet won't hold a charge. She let it charge overnight too. I'm about to call them now to see if they'll replace the toy or at least give me a credit for a new bullet. Wish me luck.

Associate called manager and they said there was nothing they could do, but she made up a statement out of thin air, that if I spent over a hundred dollars they could honor it. I showed them the site with pictures of their store clearly saying come in and receive it, and the add said nothing about spending 100$. Only plus is helpful staff!

The tobacco products and accessories are top notch and the adult movie/toy section is presented in a very professional way. This is NOT a sleazy establishment! Also the purchase security is spot on. You BETTER have your I.D. when using a debit or credit card. If you don't you are not making a purchase... This is how ALL stores should be ! Same goes for age verification they are spot on ! Please be aware this review is for the Chapel Hill location , I have not been to the Raleigh location however I'm sure the service and environment are equal. SO , in a nut shell, I strongly recommend Cherry Pie and hope to see them thriving in the years to come. Great SHOP!

My main experience is their toys, lingerie, and lubes.Other stores will have more selection for lingerie, but theirs are nice if you find a design you like, which I have. They have many various lubes and different sized bottles for your needs. They have a good selection of toys, especially since every other adult store seem to have less in this area and tend to be more of just a lingerie store, which is quite a disappointment for those of us into fetishes and BDSM.It is a smaller store, so not a lot of any particular thing, but they always seemed to be fairly well stocked. Their bags are discreet so no one knows when you go in and out what it is you have purchased for those of you who may be embarrassed by going to one of these, this helps quite a bit.Now I've noticed some stated bad customer service, but not mention how it was bad. My experience is they are friendly and non-obtrusive. They will help as you like and make sure you know they are available to help. They have always been good for check out as well. I've been shopping here for the last 4 years, and seen a number of employees. They also have no problem in recommending other stores if they have the merchandise you seek.For those who are interested in the video/dvd side. I have no experience with this so I cannot express an opinion on this.
