Heather Merrill: Called for cab at 1 am and he got here on time. But I only went 1.3 miles 10 min at most at the end asked how much we owed he said $18. REALLY IM REALLY 1.3 MILES NO MORE THAN 10 MIN THERE AND BACK $18???? That's what u get called used. Because the vehicle was a little clean but felt nasty when u get in. And not very polite at all. Never use him again. Needless does he know we need somebody to run us around tomorrow for my last day but I won't be using him!!!!!
Benjamin Duan-Porter: Was on time for a 5:30 am pickup, called ahead and gave us peace of mind to know that we'd get to the airport on time. I would be happy to use Metro Lines again.

Excellent Service. Booked my ride to the airport at a God awful early hour and they did exactly what they promised! Texted me 15 minutes before pickup time, arrived 5 minutes early...I’m a customer for the long haul!!!

Shelley Neff: I highly recommend Mike and his company AAction Taxi. I formerly used RDU taxi for airport travel but they no longer operate. I needed someone to pick me up at 2:45am for an early flight. While this is not the most popular hour for drivers I’m sure, Mike got Kevin to drive me. I trusted him and his company delivered. For my return, Mike took the initiative to track my flight, discovered it was early and was at the airport to get me upon exiting baggage claim. His multiple good reviews on this site are earned. 😁

aquatilily: We were stranded on the highway due to a car problem. We called AAction and they went out of their way to come and find us on the highway, arriving earlier than estimated. Everything was professional. There was hand sanitizer in the back for passengers to use and the driver wore a mask. We would definitely recommend their service. (We were so exhausted after trying to find a vehicle to pick us up with no success for almost an hour before contacting AAction that we didn’t realize that we forgot to tip the driver until after the ride. Very sorry about that.)

Ben Taels: Driver ran every single stop sign (did not stop, just drove right though them) and was looking at and interacting with their phone so much they almost ran a red light (had to break rapidly) and also almost had a collisions with other cars. Terrifying.

Greg Price: Best Taxi service in Cary! There were 4 of us going to the Clapton concert at DPAC last weekend and hired Taxi Cab DA1 to take is too and from the concert. Our taxi was on time both ways, clean and comfortable, our driver was friendly and his rates were great. We would highly recommend this cab service.
