J Wheeler: Second time using Skylink Shuttle to avoid parking at the airport. Both times they were punctual and extremely polite. Magdy, our last driver, even helped me to the door with our baggage. I have used may shuttle services before, but Skylink and it's employees are they to make things easier!

David Clack: I flew into RDU with my family on 12/23 and got my luggage from baggage claim then called for the driver to pick us up and only waited about 5 minutes in the freezing 14 degree temp. JERRY was very kind and greeted all of the family and loaded the trunk with our luggage and helped everyone get into the back seat and handed forward seatbelts that were hard to reach and also had the shuttle heated up so we got comfortable quickly. Coming back from the airport RANDY came right on time to pick the family up to get to RDU. Immediately we were greeted with a kind smile and hello and helping hands with our luggage and getting situated inside. He was a friendly and safe driver and provided a wonderful experience. 10/10 would use again.

Kyle Chavis: Sorry service!Once I landed in RDU I called to confirm my pickup and the person wasn't very friendly and hung up. I walked to Zone 8 for pickup and after 15 minutes of waiting the van arrived. The driver never greeted me nor asked my name or got out to help load luggage. When I got in the van he never said a thing. No greeting or anything. On the way to the motel he turned off and I asked what motel he was going to. He didn't know where the motel was located so I had to tell him. Once arrived to motel he never helped with luggage, said thanks or anything. So much for customer service!! I won't use this service again.Update 09/20 - after my post the General Manager contacted me and he took care of everything. I did find the service still a value even though the driver didn't live up to expectations.
Elizabeth Tibbetts: 2 times in the past 2 weeks, I have witnessed Skylink drive thru a stop sign at a 4 way stop in my neighborhood. It is an accident waiting to happen. Obviously, Skylink does not follow all traffic laws. BEWARE.
James Day: I arranged for a ride the night before because my flight had been canceled and I was placed on a flight that boarded before the hotel,s shuttle started. My ride was within the 8 hour window so I called and was able to get the correct pick up time. A car was ready 10 minutes early the next morning ready to take me to the airport at 4:15 am. The ride was great and I was dropped off in more than enough time. I highly recommend this service.

Aleya Mohamed: I have been traveling for a while now and this is the first time using this company and their service is very good, I recommend it for other customers. They have a great reservation system and you can book your reservation online with no problems, and also can print it out. It's very easy to use and you don't have to call the dispatcher, they showed up on time and the driver was very kind and I got to the airport on time and didn't miss my flight. This company is very professional and they are great, and I hope everyone can share this experience.
Adrianne Calabria: I wouldn't use them because their drivers are awful to other drivers in traffic. I want a taxi driver that respects safety and on a weekly basis I see one being aggressive. Example: This morning got flipped off by one because I was waiting for an intersection to clear instead of stopping in the middle of an intersection. Then watched him cut across 4 lanes of traffic.
G Mack: This is the first time I have used skylink they were recommended by a family friend. The drive to and from the airport went well. The issue came in when I called the dispatcher for her to have the driver come and get us after getting our bags.She tells me that we have to pay an additional fee per person that was not added in when I initially made my reservation. I said that is not my fault that the additional fee was not added in!!! I was quoted a price round trip and I paid it and now u are telling me you are adding an additional fee. She claims that this is not there fee but the airport charges. I am highly pissed off as I was quoted a price paid it now u want to add additional charges. This is very unprofessional I would have called uber but I have 6 other people with me everyone is tired and ready to get home. I will not be using this company again as it seems very unorganized and unprofessional.
Aislinn Smith: The pick-up from my home to the airport on April 19 was flawless. The return pick-up from the airport to my home early on May 2 was a totally different story. When the driver pulled up to Section 15 to pick us up in the Skylink van, I waved so he would know it was us that he was picking up; however, he seemed confused. He rolled down the window and asked if we had a confirmed pick-up and I advised him we did and my name. He then pulled to the curb and we rolled our bags over to the van, but then he backed-up about 50 feet or so without warning while we were standing there! We then drug our bags the 50 feet or so to where he was then, but then he pulled up back to where he was. He then pulled up again about another 50 feet or so. Each time he did so, it was without warning, and we then had to roll our bags to where he was 3 different times. He finally stopped and got out and asked us again if we had a confirmed reservation and if we were going to Raleigh. I advised again that we did and gave him my name and asked if he needed to see the confirmation email I had printed just in case. He said no. He never once said, "Hello" or even told us his name.While the bags were being loaded, I began helping my mother get in to the second row. My mother has a cane; so, I walked her around to the driver side of the van to help her in, and the driver snapped at us to ask what we were doing. I advised that I was helping her in from that side because it's easier for her to get into vehicles from the drivers side. I also advised that I would be coming back around to the passenger side to sit there once I got her settled.It took our driver a long time (about 10 minutes or so) to get the 6 standard suitcases into the trunk area. As he was finishing, another Skylink driver arrived and saw our driver helping us. When I looked back at him, he asked was I going to Raleigh and gave the name of our street, and I advised we were. However, since we were already settled into the first vehicle, he told that driver to take go ahead and continue to take us.Once the driver got in and turned on the van, he asked me if I knew how to get home. I was puzzled, but answered that yes, I do. He then told me, "You need to give me directions to get there." I asked him if he had our address, and he told me no. I told him I could give him the address so he could get driving directions (as I had planned to catnap on the way home since it was after 1am and I had just flown cross-country all day), but he said, "No. You know how to get there. You need to tell me directions." He drove us there in silence except for me giving directions; however, the ride was terrible. He frequently crossed over the lane divider lines on the highway. Once he got in our neighborhood, despite not knowing where he was going as I was telling him turn-by-turn directions, he would speed up and then had to slow down or brake abruptly because there are curves and he was unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the speed limit is only 25, but he consistently exceeded that. He had us all afraid of his driving and glad that there was so little traffic out due to the time. When he pulled into our driveway, he scraped the bottom of the van several times because he did not realize the best way to enter a driveway with a slight slope is at an angle (our first driver who took us to the airport figured this out without us having to tell him). He then opened the trunk, and he and my husband got our suitcases out, and we went in the house. He never said, "Thank you" or "Have a good day" or "Make sure you have everything"; he just pulled off.

Greg Price: Best Taxi service in Cary! There were 4 of us going to the Clapton concert at DPAC last weekend and hired Taxi Cab DA1 to take is too and from the concert. Our taxi was on time both ways, clean and comfortable, our driver was friendly and his rates were great. We would highly recommend this cab service.
