Steve Cicci: The last renewal of my auto policy was ridiculous and a terrible experience. There was no heads-up reaching out to discuss the increase, despite being with this Allstate rep for 20+ years. And there hasn't been any follow-up even AFTER having a very long and exhausting call, hoping and expecting that Mr. Moore would call me back. So no call. I guess I'll be looking for new quotes for my 2 cars and home, unless Steve Moore decides to contact me to discuss. He has my cell number.

William Reilly: I have been an Allstate customer for a long time, and for the most part Allstate has been a good insurer. A couple issues I have had which is making us re-think staying with Allstate:1. Years Ago: When we had a problem with Hail damage on the roof, and our neighbors insurers paid for a new roof, Allstate only paid us $300. It seems this is not out of the ordinary for Allstate.2. My biggest issue is that many times my rates increase for no apparent reason (no accidents, no claims, no change in status, no issues, ...) and I have to call to get it back down, Why should I have to call if there are ways the rates could be reduced? Allstate needs to be more pro-active and looking out for their good customers.
