Moons Channel: A little disappointed that I was told over the phone that they would match a price a battery I needed immediately only to find out after arriving to the store I needed to bring proof I found the price lower somewhere else I wasn't told over the phone I needed to do and find it a little disheartening that they couldn't take my word for it.

The manager, a nice lady was so patient and kind and really tried to help. She had her assistant take over while she helped another customer. The assistant was able to get it fixed with a little patience of his own too. I am so thankful to them. This was not an easy battery change as most fobs are easy to change out a battery. Great team work there at that store!

Douglas, the manager, immediately picked up the phone and said I could meet him at the store to take a look at my vehicle. Within a matter of minutes, Douglas had fixed the issue for me. Let me tell you, we've never experienced such incredible service before at an auto parts shop as we received from a gentleman named Michael. He was super knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, what the issue could be, what our options were, and really went above and beyond to help us. This man deserves a promotion, for real!
laura fisk: I phoned and spoke with Justin regarding my husband's car and was desperately trying to get his car that wouldn't start tested. Per company policy he couldn't come test it or let me borrow the machiene but he was very kind and informed me that mobile mechanics are a thing. I had no clue! Because of his help I was able to get my husband's car fixed within 3 hours and delivery it to my husband's work to surprise him so I made sure that the mobile mechanic knew to go there fir the parts we needed. mit tailor: I went to this store two times and both the times was disappointed by their service. In my first trip I went to the store to replace my car battery and at that time they lost one of the engine panel clips and didn’t do anything about it and simply said we can’t do anything and not even any signs of helping us out and secondly I went over there to get headlight bulbs and I specifically asked them I want the white light and not the yellow but still they gave me a yellow lights which I found out after installing. They should really consider more and helping customers and not just being rude and give them what they don’t want. I would give zero stars I could. Worst place ever I recommend to not visit.

The staff was very helpful on the phone and efficient.I recommend this new Auto Zone store. You will get great service.I was crying and praising God going from the store to the shop because I never had the airconditioning working on the three plus years with the car and it had been miserable during Summer time to the point of feeling sick. Michael Kozlowski: I purchased a BFI shift knob for my mk7.5 golf r, which is something I’ve wanted since buying the car, and the entire experience was great. The product it’s self is beautifully crafted and easy to install. The weight of the knob is more subtle than I expected but feels perfect while going between gears. Truly feels made for the car. And on top of that the service provided from this company is superior to that. They got the part shipped and to my door within days and shipped it with a small surprise to go along with it. Awesome group of people who make up this company! They clearly take pride in their products and relationships.

Teri Alumbaugh: WOW...I'm not at all sure how to describe this company's customer service. Poor-bad. Those are words that come to mind but they don't accurately define how rude and dishonest Garrett was during the process of getting my son his gift. YOU DO NOT LIE!!! We are on back order is truthful. We custom make or make to order each item it such bull and any sensible person will see right through it. That wasn't bad enough...I have a few back and forth emails that he says one thing and another is done and then when I called him on it he had another excuse. He said in email your order will be shipped out early next week. I waited the entire week and when no shipping number came to me I called him in it AGAIN-amazingly he was able to scrounge around and get my sons order together and ship it out. You should never have to threaten a business to get results. Said business should either be legitimate or honest that they order from other countries and are on back order. I don't have any idea how the product is-it hasn't reached my son yet-but the business part of this business is very poor and maybe should have a different face of the business. I have emails to prove everything I have said to add to my review should this business try to fight my review

They promptly got it scheduled, were highly communicative through the whole process, and their payment processing system is very convenient (surprisingly hard to find this at independents). My GTS was serviced perfectly in time for my trip and it drives better than I remember when I first bought it! They can 100% service European vehicles, including Porsche (again hard to find, most are BMW/Benz only) FIVE STARS
