The Reef Farm: what do users think?
Joe Bryan: It's a shame you can't get corals from these guys any longer, it was a great place to buy and get really good pricing. Really going to miss them. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Good luck with the wholesale business.
Trey Overton: This place is great! They have great AQUACULTURED corals and breed fish! Staff is very helpful.
Joel Keefer: If you have a salt water fish tank system or know someone that does, then this is your place for your coral needs. Many different selections to choose from. Excellent help from the staff and owners. Check them out online.
Donna Clayton: I've known Grace for years. She helped us setup our first saltwater tank 14 years ago. I recently got back into the hobby and found her again. I am glad to know that if I need amazing aquacultured coral that I have her close by! The coral that I purchased is VERY healthy. Everything is parasite free and opened within an hour of being acclimated to my tank. It's all growing like crazy and I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back for more!
Adam Reade: Saltwater is more than fish and cool stuff. It is about community and The Reef Farm hits that right on the head. Nothing but nice people helping everyone succeed. 5 stars!
eric battle: Great corals, even better customer service. Easy local curbside pickup process which you can select your desired time. Perfect! I have purchased several corals from The Reef Farm for my "Cliff" tank, and they all look amazing at the different elevations.
Jamye Carr: They have gone completely online, and the retail portion of this store is no longer operational, but their mail order is wonderful and they have aquacultured corals at a fraction of the price you would find in most shops. They also welcome volunteers for their events and are sometimes willing to trade corals for work time. If you have aquacultured coral to trade they also make great deals for things they are looking to expand into. Great people, great mission, and amazing place to visit if you can manage it during one of their events or open houses. Not open to the public during most times!
Jaana Gilbert: Grace runs a top notch reef farm, and is always helpful and very knowledgeable. This comment really is to the person who decided to show up at her farm unannounced. Please check the Google listing that you posted your review. It clearly states that her Reef Farm is NOT available for in-store shopping. It helps to pay attention.
Chris Costello: I’ve always known Grace to be nice to speak with.
Tyler Randall: Absolutely stellar service! Always has the best coral options and her customer service is unmatched in the industry!
Joey Trivette: Amazing place! I couldn't possibly recommend it more. The staff especially Grace are some of the best in the business. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and some of the most interesting people you can meet in the hobby.
Karen Snipes: Beautiful coral, excellent customer service. I can't wait to shop here again.
Janine Meister: Fantastic place to get beautiful healthy corals. Also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have.
Sabu Yamamoto: Grace was so helpful! She spent hours and hours talking to me about my tanks and how to best care for the coral she sells! I have learned so much from her, and I don’t think I can ever buy enough coral from her to make up for the information she has provided free of charge! Not only are her corals top notch quality, but they are priced low and larger than I expected!Thank you Grace, and thanks to The Reef Farm!
Pickeyweedz: Grace is a fountain of knowledge and just an overall fantastic person. We learned so much from her over the years. Every single coral we bought at the reef farm has been absolutely beautiful and healthy. We haven’t found anyplace that even comes close after moving to PA. If you are in NC or even nearby and into reef tanks... The Reef Farm should be at the top of your list.
Christopher Syers: Great people and Amazing service. Coral is healthy and everything as always is beautiful.
Michael Yates: Grace is super knowledgeable and they practice sustainable aquaculture that helps preserve natural reefs and species. I like to support small/local businesses, especially when they're making a difference! The Reef Farm should be your first choice for corals.
Desirae Curry: Was in Raleigh, came across this site, went to the "location" come to find a house not a business, this website doesn't clearly state that this is a home business and can ONLY buy online NOT in person, when I buy coral I want to be able to see and pick what I want not what someone chooses for me. The owner needs to state at the top of the website for everyone to plainly see that this "store" is a place to only buy online and can't be see in person. Also they don't answer their phone during business hours, i called a few times and only ever got a answering machine. If they can't take the time to answer the phone during business hours, then i don't have time to leave a message.
Julian: Great customer service
Sina Battles: Well I’ve been pretty excited to check this place out and it’s not open often so I decided to take a day off to go. They open at 11:00 and I got there around 1:30 when I walked in the building a lady kept yelling get out. I tried to say I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were closed she just kept yelling get out. I’ve NEVER been treated like that walking into any business establishment during store hours.
chi pham: This is my first time play an order at Reef Farm . I was so thrill with my order and their generosity .Now this is the business i will place an order in the future.Thank you very much reef farm.

North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services: what do users think?
PiFF PENNY: I was targeted 😔
Panther Dude: Seem to be inexperienced about the different types of herbicides and damage to trees on property lines. Stated on the phone that they were not interested in helping people with their concerns about herbicide drift from neighbors. Could not get any help and they were very rude and unprofessional! Makes me wonder what they are teaching these guys. I did see that no one likes to work there. What is up with that? I wanted to work at this place!!!! I guess I will have to work in a different Ag office.
