Eurofins CEI Labs, Inc.: what do users think?
Matthew Fore: Great lab and easy to deal with. Highly recommended for anyone that could use their services.
R. Christensen: Hands down the best customer service that’s super knowledgeable and friendly. Turnaround time for lab results was impressively fast and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend Eurofins CEI Labs above anyone else in the RDU/Triangle area.
Adrienne Lane: Staff was friendly and informative, and the results for my asbestos test came back exactly when promised. The diagnostics provided lots of information.
Brianna Marcus: I cannot say enough good things about this place. I needed a last-minute asbestos test done STAT (due diligence) and this place really came through. I submitted my test in the a.m. and we got our results by the p.m. and it wasn't crazy expensive (it was expensive ... Just not crazy expensive, lol). Thank you so much Eurofins CEI!!!
Emma Clarke: Easy, super helpful and on time
Judson Root: I have used CEI Labs for several years. They are always kind, courteous and very professional. They deliver lab results on time or early. Keep up the good work.
Eli Gamble: Very unprofessional

LRC Indoor Testing & Research: what do users think?
Harold Litzenberger: I work as a Project Manager for the NC National Guard. We had a project that required an extensive amount of Mold Remediation. We hired LRC to do the testing before, during and after the cleanup work. It was very important to get testing done quickly in order to get the results back so the contractor doing the cleanup stayed on task. Their work was exceptional! The LRC team was very professional and responsive to all of our needs. We were very happy with the value received and will use LRC for future projects.
Wendy P: Without the testing done by LRC, we would have missed the true cause of our water damage. They noticed a moisture problem in the coat closet that led to the discovery a shower valve problem in the wall. They were on time, polite, and had the results in a few days.
Brooke Wessex: Who would think that anyone would want to write a review for a testing lab? Well if you’re unfortunate enough to have mold in your house but have the good fortune of using LRC, then you’d understand why I’m writing this review. They were wonderful to work with and were recommended by Servpro. You get the results either the same day or the next day and Catherine, who took the final sample was just wonderful. She told me that she would run the sample herself so that it would come back that day instead of four days later. She knew that I was desperate to get the very loud scrubbers out of my house and that accommodation was more than I could’ve asked for. I took her suggestion to keep the plastic barriers in place for the ceiling repair. She even let Servpro know not to take the plastic away.So while the mold issue was a bad thing, working with Servpro and LRC made all the difference. I highly recommend.
Judy Young: Our experience with LRC has been very good! They served us and completed our testing and sampling in the best way possible. I recommend them with no reservation.
Betsy M: The LRC team has helped my family over many years. We moved into an older home and were concerned about our indoor air quality, especially since we have young children. They helped educate us on what issues may exist in homes of our age (asbestos, mold -- well mold is any age house). They gave us the information we needed without any scare tactics. Our real estate agent had recommended LRC for exactly this reason. If you have air quality testing done by a company that is selling the remediation, your test results will come with a lot of scary pressure to use their services. LRC is completely independent and the results you get are science based and come with a report to help you interpret, they will also consult with you post-results to make sure you understand them. They do make recommendations based on the results, but they will not profit from them, so you can trust them. In our case, we did testing in many areas of our house (basement, upstairs living spaces), and the tests showed that our indoor living space was good (for the things we were testing for), and did not pose any more danger or risk than outdoor air quality. If you are worried about your indoor air quality, asbestos, or just feel uneducated about what you should test for if you should even test, then LRC is a great resource!!As a comparison, I spoke with our HVAC company about our indoor air quality and they immediately recommended thousands in advanced filters and upgrades, etc. Those things probably wouldn't hurt if we had a huge budget, which we do not, but we just wanted to make sure our house was safe, and LRC helped us to do that from an unbiased perspective! You will find countless companies trying to sell expensive indoor air quality solutions, but how can you even begin to invest in solutions until you identify what the problem is (if there is a problem)? We also found out our house does have asbestos, and they did a wonderful job of communicating to us what are the dangers and how to protect our family. So many people in our area have asbestos siding or other materials, it's something you should be educated about, not freak out about, but also know where it is in your house and how to safely live with. LRC helped us understand the full picture!I now recommend LRC to family and friends. We will continue to call on them whenever we have any environmental risk or indoor air quality concerns/issues!Another great use of their services is when you are purchasing a new home (I did this with a previous home purchase many years ago). During my due diligence period, I had LRC perform testing and an issue was found in the crawl that was able to be fixed before I moved in. In our current market, you probably will not get any issues fixed by the seller, but at least you will know before you move into the house and can make a plan for remediation/fix if any are needed. Many crawl/basements in our area can look scary, but again, you can trust that with LRC testing you are getting unbiased testing. If we ever buy a house again in the area, we will definitely invest again in testing to detect any issues before moving in.Especially during/after the pandemic, we spend so much time in our homes (now we work from home). Our indoor air quality is so important for our family's health and definitely worth investing in. Thank you LRC!
Jaleea J.: Would definitely recommend. Cathy went above and beyond assisting us with our mold issue in our apartment. The whole team at LRC are amazing and such a delight to talk to.
Andy Young: Mitch at LRC does a great job for us at Servpro Southwest Raleigh for all of our testing. Cathy is always pleasant and very helpful when we call in. Fair pricing, accurate results is critical in our business and that's what we get from LRC. I highly recommend them for whatever testing needs you may have.
Daria Genetti: I discovered LRC several month ago after I encountered an issue with my floors buckling in a newly constructed home. Upon inspection/removal of the flooring, the slab had been improperly prepped by the builder ( no subfloor was laid) , no treatment to seal it and the presence of existing clay, dirt and debris created a perfect environment for mold to permeate underneath my hardwoods. LRC was recommended in addition to a remediation specialist. LRC conducted the most thorough examinations, testings and assessments of the many mishaps my builder was responsible for. Their entire team is top notch, at every step of their process LRC was able to provide clear, concise and accurate remedies to protect my investment. LRC is an independent expert that does not compromise a homeowner...particularly in my case they were my advocate. I can't be more appreciative of all the time, attention and expertise they gave to me as I allowed them to perform their higly specialized work to correct /and make my home safe again. There is no price too high to pay when your health, well-being and peace of mind are at stake. You will not find another company in the Raleigh area that operate as efficiently. *****
Hank Taylor: The team at LRC are true professionals! They respond very quickly. They are able to not only discover what type of mold but most importantly the source of the growth. They take their time and the report they give provides you the step by step process for eliminating the source and for mold remediation. Highly recommend!
Micah Waddell: Servpro of Pinehurst/Moore and Montgomery Counties recommend LRC often. Very thorough and reliable.
Sheri Faluta: I cannot express in words how amazing this team of individuals is!!! Melissa is so compassionate and genuine. She is prompt with her responses and informative. Amber is knowledgable, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your case is handled promptly and accurately; she sacrifices time with her family to work on your test results and written report. Cathy seems to lead her team by example and is not your typical business owner; she is active in the facilitation of their services. I could not have chosen a better group to help me diagnose and advise on my mold issues!!! Thank you soooo much, ladies!!! I hope you all know just how special you are and the impact you have on those of us struggling through mold toxicity and the causes that lead to it!!!🙌🙏
Steven Pottle: Just called LRC and got pricing info from them (11/4/2020) and she described the process to have them come to my house. $630. OK fine. Talked to Melissa. Asked her how they are different from their competitors. I have never used a mold testing company before. Could not give me any sort of replay. She just said "I don't have competitors" and "just go to the web site". She then said "I just explained everything". Then said "I have other callers waiting". Wow. Going to call another provider. Glad Melissa doesn't need my business. Beware.Note: the response below is correct up to the point that they said i was agressive. Is it abusive to ask what their competitive advantages are? She couldnt name any advantages. I told her i was asking because i never hired a mold testing company before. I was referred to them by another company and thought their web site looked good. $630 was fine with me. I was just really surprised how rude and uninformed the owner's employee was. Anyway, no big deal. I am moving on.
Weston: i was paid to rate this 5 stars
John & Terry Sheffield: I wanted to say what an outstanding job “LRC Indoor Testing and Research” does every day. I have worked with Cathy for 13 years with customers that have problems of mold, indoor air quality, or clarification that they are already in a safe environment. The team at LRC has never disappointed. Their professionalism, dedication to quality service, and excellent communication is always on point. Every single team member is pleasant, professional, patient, and have a great attitude to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend LRC for an independent analysis of your indoor air quality, or sample analysis. Their analysis and report generation are all done at their local office, so there is no need to wait for days like so many other companies.
Servpro Fayetteville: We have worked with LRC for many years, they are all great people. You will be pleased with any service they provide!
Julie H: I have had such positive experiences with LRC! I have been very impressed with the owner as well as all of the staff members of LRC. They were very knowledgeable as well as very helpful. They worked with me through different types of sample and air quality testing and explained all of the results in detail. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They provided websites with more information about my results and also recommended companies to help with additional remediation needs. I highly recommend this company!
Nancy Frazier: Not only does LRC do a thorough inspection, they explain their lab test results in detail. They did not do the remediation work at the time my house was tested so they weren't there to make money for repairs. If your home was too toxic to repair, they told you upfront. They were so helpful in recommending a doctor who specializes in dealing with patients exposed to toxic mold, in my case; Stachybotrys. They saved my life!🙏
Best Price Auto Sales Inc.: Professional and very knowledgeable ! Would highly recommend them.
Chris Bass: Awesome TEAM Members and Knowledge!!!
Stephen Garner: I have worked with the staff over at LRC for several years now and every project we work together on goes smoothly in part to their experience, professionalism and quality of their work. I cannot speak highly enough about how great they are and recommend them every chance i get. They are thorough and practical and will help you with your indoor testing needs and understanding the results and what actions need to be taken. Thank you LRC for your continued help over the years!

DRH Environmental Services, LLC: what do users think?
Meredith Bridges: Dorothy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the lead remediation process. Testing began quickly and her work was very adept and detailed. She was always responsive and took time to answer my questions thoroughly. Her reports were very clear and she was instrumental in helping me find contractors to complete the remediation after testing. I thoroughly recommend DRH Environmental Services.
Believe Home Builders: DRH Environmental Services came highly recommended by another company that we use. We recommended them to one of our customers for lead and asbestos testing. Dorothy took their samples & their money on Friday, January 24th and promised results on January 31st. Their check cleared but Dorothy still hasn’t delivered their results. No one will return phone calls, texts, emails or Facebook messages. The original company that recommended DRH feels horrible. They haven’t been able to reach her either for business they have with her.
AtLee Watson: My wife and I believe we have been scammed by this business. Dorothy showed up on January 22, 2020 to sample for asbestos (took several samples). She requested payment at the time of sampling, prior to leaving. We paid her and she said that we should receive results within a week. It has been 1 month, and after repeated emails, phone calls, and texts she replied to one email stating she was having "issues with email attachments". That was the only communication thus far, and we still have not received any report on our samples. So our experience highlights two possible scenarios:1. The owner is unable to provide results in a timely manner, and she is unable to use basic email technology to serve her customers, OR2. The owner is a scammer who requires payment up front with no intention of providing services. This matter still has not been resolved.
Nicole Lyles: Dorothy did a great job with the radon testing she provided for us. The results came back very quickly and she spent a great deal of time explaining the results. I highly recommend her!
P M: I used DRH Environmental Services since it seemed like the only company that offered multiple home quality test. I got testing for mold, allergy, and asbestos.Pros: The visual inspection for the mold testing was very thorough. Dorothy went through the entire house and attic. She spent about 1-2 hours in my house.Cons: Communication with Dorothy was very poor. I got the results for the mold testing in a couple of days but ended up waiting 5 weeks for the asbestos testing and that was after 3 emails and 1 phone call. In addition, it was very clear that when she read my emails, she didn't read the entire email - which was only 3-4 sentences. She only answer the first question but didn't bother to answer the rest of my questions. She didn't help with interpreting the results and expected everything to be answered in her reports which was wordy and very technically instead of useful for every day purposes.I spent over $400 and thought the communication would have been better. Overall, I would not recommend this provider.
Jean Hatfield: Excellent service. Dorothy was very helpful and knowledgable. She solved my mold problems.
