K Delaine: I needed someone to work on my son’s ATV. After calling around Raleigh no one would work on the Chinese brand. I found Mr. Cee on Google after speaking with him, he guaranteed me that he could get the ATV running the same day because it was turning over when trying to crank. Long story short, I hauled the ATV to him & he immediately knew what the problem was. He told me what he was going fix, gave me a reasonable price and had it running the same day! Also, he noticed that I rented a U-Haul trailer to bring him the ATV, so he delivered it back to my house! Excellent service!

Someone told me that the store was open. Went back again needed a battery for my DR brush and field mower. They determined that the battery was on very long back order.

Nathanael Hart: First I would like to say that Jerry at Freedom 4x4 was great to work with. What I took to Jerry was a four wheeler with a blown up transmission that someone else had already taken apart. So he asked that I be patient with them but that they would work at trying to fix someone else's mess. After a little time he gave me back a great working four wheeler that is running great. I look forward to working with Freedom 4x4 in the future.
Loganville RV Truck: My wife and I met Jerry up in the mountains of West Virginia. Our machine was acting up and without hesitation he helped us with it. Freedom 4X4 is the only place I will take our Can Am. I live all the way in Georgia and the drive to get to North Carolina is worth it. Jerry thoroughly goes over my machine and fixes anything that could potentially leave me on the side of the trails. I never have to worry. Freedom 4X4 is honest and trustworthy and they do amazing work on SXS’s.

However, I was introduced to Jerry at his Freedom 4x4 Shop and since day one Jerry has been my sole Polaris mechanic. Jerry pays attention to detail, recommends appropriate action and ensures safety is first. Jerry changed my tender springs and ball joints within two days. He ordered, changed and upgraded my shock on my 2016 Polaris RZR S within 3 days. Jerry made sure I was happy by ensuring I test drive my Polaris before I leave the shop. That was customer service! I would give Jerry 10 stars if google review would allow. I would challenge anyone who would give Jerry and his shop less than 5 stars. Matthew Garcia: Sarah Walker, Meredith, and Isaiah are STARS.I have had some issues with my Switch, and even though I bought it from an out-of-state dealer, TPS has treated me like "one of their own".Isaiah (in service) is possibly the most upfront, honest and hardworking mechanics I've ever encountered. He definitely knows his stuff! He worked diligently and quickly to get me a replacement part from SeaDoo and swapped it out on my boat in a couple days (the boat was ready the day after the part arrived).I had an obscure question regarding my Switch's trailer, and Meredith & Sarah Walker were incredible at explaining the in's and out's. Even though they knew my question wasn't going to generate a sale, they took the time to thoroughly explain what I needed to know. Again, they know their stuff! I am very grateful for their time.Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.

landon n: Beware. They want to check your credit through 2 or 3 lenders before even so much as letting you hear the bike run. I have an issue with that. I understand it wouldnt hurt my credit significantly but, no. Car dealerships dont check credit just for a test drive, so why do I need mine checked to test ride when I have experience riding motorcycles? This made me walk out the door from an otherwise modestly priced bike I was interested in. All of this is only AFTER YOU have to walk up to a salesman, not the other way around. Dont bother with them, take your money and bike a bike on the private market.

When I told them I would take my money elsewhere, Chris Barnes stated, "that's fine."I will not hand my money over to poor attitude people.
Eugene: Don't waste your time. One person on the customer desk will talking on phone 30 minutes and you will stay by and wait just to ask a question. After that they will ask you to wait 90 minutes to start to do a state inspection, and there is no another customers on site.

He was always very pleasant, informative and was empowered to answer questions regarding pricing, etc. I went to the dealership and was able to consummate the transaction effortlessly through his and Quan's efficiency. Parts was great and helped me get a helmet that fit properly. The dealership also delivered the bike to me promptly (same day) and the delivery driver was very nice (I don't remember his name, sorry.) Despite the fact that Brandon didn't offer me lunch (c'mon man, an Arby's burger or something? ;) I still had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy any type of powersports vehicle.

Alexander Drotschmann: WATCH OUT FOR 3.5% CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHARGES!!I like Tristen and his service team a lot and would give them a full 5 star review, but after yesterday's service and not until I got home I noticed they charge and extra 3.5% if you pay with your credit card. They may decide to do so, which I also find decidedly negative, but it's their choice of how they treat customers. The issue I have is that when I paid NOBODY made me aware of that charge. I firmly believe they MUST to inform a customer BEFORE he pays. This is SO not cool Durst Powersports!!

They got me a rate that was as good as what I could have done on my own without all the hassle. The asking price on my barely used bike was below market value and they all went above and beyond to make things easy. The parts department was equally as good as the highly professional sales team, 100% committed to providing everything I needed without once trying to pressure me to spend more. More dealerships should be like this.

Michael Crowder: I had a terrific experience with Triangle Powersports. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for me during my purchase. I had a battery issue that we found on the day of purchase. The staff quickly replaced the battery which at the time we assumed was the issue. I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! If your in the market make sure to check these folks out first.

Rob Dusablon: Lots of great things to say about TPS. First Galo and the sales/financial team made this one of the least stressful major purchases I have ever made. Second, I have been a Harley/cruiser rider for 20+ years and this is my first sport bike. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before I made a "Harley" lean correction that put this bike's front tire far enough over for me to just fall over. I was not moving and was not hurt at all, but I cracked the faring and busted the feeler off the left peg. I came back in to order the parts, and the dealership GIFTED me a factory set of "sliders" (about $175) AND the cost of the install, (about $120) that will prevent the same damage in the future.Everyone here has been nothing but super friendly and helpful. From the sales team, to the folks in the parts department who helped me with gear and ordering replacement parts, and the technicians have all been amazing.This is now the only place I will go for parts and service,and if I ever need a new bike I am coming here.Highly recommend TPS.

J K: My mom rented a power washer from this group on a Saturday. They were so nice and friendly. They made the process super easy and quick both when we came to pick up the equipment and when we returned the equipment. Thanks guys 😊

Stephenie Allen: The pickup was uneventful, but upon returning the item, we received a call that the rental was not received and was told that we would be charged additional money on the card we used. The guy was very rude and accusatory and hung up the phone. After checking again, he noticed everything had been returned in perfect order and called to apologize. He should have checked thoroughly before being so rude and making such accusations.

Guest Account: Been going to them for 15 years. So friendly. They know you by name. So accommodating. They will bend over backwards to get you the equipment you need on the spot at the last minute. We don't go to the bigger rental companies anymore we don't need to. They make it so easy to support locally. David Hare
laurelle dodson: We rented a dance floor for our wedding, they were easy enough to put together. The Grand Rental Station were easy enough to communicate with.

Tama Coleman: Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware. I had signed a contract, but had not made the deposit. When I called back to do that - they told me - they could not accommodate my order.I found another company - luckily - who made sure they told me I needed to pay quickly or I would lose the tent...That is how this should have been handled. A quick call or an email saying I needed to pay immediately is what a real professional company would have done.

Bridget P: Did well with Delbert and pickup and accommodating our venues mishaps. Although, I was not a fan of me being point of contact when I specially asked for them to contact my wedding planner. Other than that, communication was fair and rentals were up to standards.
Thomas Strickland: Cory and Charles arrived promptly and did a great job setting up. This place is very communicative with the best pricing around. They stay super busy so order in advance like we did. Wonderful experience all around.
Hatem Tagel-Din: I rented a helium tank from them. I thought I will be saving money this way. I was told I will pay for the amount I use of helium. No one ever checked the meter before I get the tank. I did not comment on this. When I returned it, they measured the meter I ended up paying $152 for less than 80 small size balloons (like 8-9 inches diameter) which almost double what I would have paid if I get two tanks from Walmart. I was told I used 800 units!!!. This was my first and last experience
Brandon Greene: These are my people! I've been renting various equipment for them for years. Miss the South Saunders St location. Prices are usually cheaper than those big name rental places. I can also honestly say if they don't have a piece of equipment available, they will call the competition (usually Holland) to see if they have it available for you! Now that's not only customer service, its understanding a customer's needs.
