Regardless of this store giving me the wrong part, I was told that I could not exchange it even though this was a mistake the store has made. I took it upon myself to call and speak with someone concerning this issue and in hopes to make an arrangement with them. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to; Kathy, disregarded any information that was about the wrong part. I am hoping I am able to receive some help regarding this issue with this part for my car and can work something out with the store owner Mark.

Moons Channel: A little disappointed that I was told over the phone that they would match a price a battery I needed immediately only to find out after arriving to the store I needed to bring proof I found the price lower somewhere else I wasn't told over the phone I needed to do and find it a little disheartening that they couldn't take my word for it.

Betsy Currie: Today I brought in my key fob to get a battery and have them change it. I already knew it might be hard because I had issues and could not fix it. The manager, a nice lady was so patient and kind and really tried to help. She had her assistant take over while she helped another customer. The assistant was able to get it fixed with a little patience of his own too. I am so thankful to them. This was not an easy battery change as most fobs are easy to change out a battery. Great team work there at that store!
