Jessica McClenney: We are very happy with the flexibility of Tutu School Cary for our little dancer. She has learned so much in the last several months and enjoyed each weekly class. Her teacher is understanding of the energy and attention of 3-4 year olds and adapts the class to meet the needs of the dancers. She has patience and understands that sometimes things are a little off for dancers and they need time to adapt. I like the month to month payment and class time being just the right amount to get out energy but not wear them out.

IT was the only one i found accepting kids from 18 months and up! My daughter loves her sundays' morning with Ms Aija, our lovely teacher, so do i! She loves her ballet class and she always asking for more when its time to go! Highly recommended! :)

The dance studio itself is so magical. Wait till you meet and get to know the teachers, they are the true treasures. That’s what our girl loves the most, her teachers. Katherine Lelito: Updated to add- we started regular classes with Ms Aijia. She’s a dream. Modeling perfect positions and keeping the 3-5yo’s so engaged.Wow great introduction to dance for a 3yo. Madeline is really good keeping the the class moving with fun games that incorporate the elements of ballet. Nice selection of ballet themed books in the waiting area for the kids. Clean and well lit. Small but very nice space and location in downtown Cary.

Christina Proctor: Tutu School has been so wonderful for our 3yo daughter! We have seen an incredible boost in her confidence since enrolling her three months ago.For the first two months of classes she was very nervous and did not want to participate. Week after week she literally stood still in one spot and just observed, but when we went home all she would talk about was her next “twirling class.” During this time she watched a Tutu TV (an archive of recorded classes available online to registered families) class almost daily.Then suddenly one week she announced that she was ready, and she participated in every single part of class! She has been confidently participating in class ever since, and we have been amazed to see an increase in her confidence in other social settings too.We are so grateful for our experience at Tutu School and for Miss Molly being so patient and understanding that some little twirlers just need a little more time to feel comfortable.We would highly recommend Tutu School to any family!

There’s plenty of space for parents to watch class and it’s the cutest thing ever. We can’t wait to go every week.

Reina Kocienda: My daughter has been enrolled with the Tutu School since the end of January, and we're really enjoying the experience so far. I was excited to see that they offered classes for children as young as 18 months, which is what led me to enroll my daughter (she's 21.5 months now). After the trial class, I was having second thoughts because I thought that perhaps she might be too young, but her teacher, Ms. Amanda, encouraged me to enroll her because she was definitely curious about what was happening. I'm glad I did because she definitely has been progressing week after week with respect to her participation. She has a huge smile on her face when she goes, and loves spending time and socializing with her peers. I'm also very grateful and appreciative of Ms. Amanda's patience with her since 2 year old's tend to march to the beat of their own drum.

Jenean Neilsen Todd: My granddaughter Ysabella loves twirling at Tutu School Cary. There are opportunities in each class to express herself (Butterfly Solos) as well as build on her skills. She loves beginning each class with the 'rules' and ending each class with a curtsy. Madeline has an amazing ability to redirect the girls back to their lessons, even when they want to ask so many questions!After class in early October 2021, Ysabella and a new classmate included Ysabella's doll in their routine.

The Sunday class with Ms. KATIE is the best. Very clean and professional. This class is definitely teaching me patience lol and good listening skills for my little one. SHE loves twirling and learning different techniques.

Gurjeet Kaur: During the very first time communication the receptionist was the rudest I have ever seen. Conditions were not cleared ahead of time over the phone for the first time meeting and later she rudely started throwing centre rules during the very first visit, and expecting us to know all of their rules. Expecting a first timer to know all the dance and that child to dance for whole hour for them to assess which level to send the child to. She behaved as if whole one hour is required for assessment. Not a minute lesser than that.Anyway would never go back n would never refer. Joined a different Balet academy where they welcome new customers with respect and courtesy and have no tantrums. Went same day and joined after teacher’s assessment on the same day. That’s how the business is run.

Isabella: IBA has been an incredible experience for me. I started late, and they helped me improve to catch up with the other kids my age. The teachers and staff there are very professional and helpful.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about their crafts, many of whom having been teaching for 20+ years, and they care deeply about the development of their students. When you're at TAD, you're family!

My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in all components of ballet, and has been given so many opportunities based upon her skill versus limited by her age. Truly been a game changer. And the sense of community, respect, and spirit of encouraging others has been outstanding!

Dana: Triangle Academy of Dance has superb instruction. The dedicated staff focuses on proper technique which has allowed my daughter to grow in so many ways as a dancer and a person. Triangle is so much more than a dance studio - it’s a confidence builder, a nurturing environment and a gathering place for friends. From the classes to the productions, my daughter has loved every second of dancing at TAD.

Jennifer Bennington: Triangle Academy of Dance has been a dream come true for our little dancers. The dance instructors are incredibly solid and invest themselves in the growth of each and every dancer. They care for the children like family and teach with the dancer’s development at the forefront. The recitals are incredible, the associated Carolina Youth Ballet, a pre-professional program, dances two performances per year with outstanding young dancers taking on roles in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and other established ballets. Both of my children have grown as dancers and as individuals through this group. I’m grateful for the creative, talented, and compassionate ownership, creative directors, teachers and staff, the dedicated volunteers, and the warm and lovely parents and students. We love this place so much that it factors into where we choose to live. Yeah, it’s that special and it means that much to our family.

Jenny Myers: Triangle Academy of Dance is truly the most amazing dance studio in wake county! We have been to several and checked out a lot more before deciding on this studio. We have joined TAD since the summer 2018! We truly wish this was the dance studio of choice we have went to all along! Our daughter has been dancing since she was 2.5 years old. She has grown so much and her skills in ballet alone have improved so much since joining. Ms Annette the owner of TAD has truly made us feel at home here. She always has a warm smile and makes sure to meet and greet all her students by name and taking time to say hello to parents. The entire staff has outstanding backgrounds in dance. Each year they put on the full production of the Nutcracker along with a lovely spring ballet. Watching these ballets is like watching a professional ballet! We have guest dancers in the ballet as well from Carolina ballet. The Carolina youth ballet through triangle academy of dance is truly phenomenal! My daughter auditioned this year for the nutcracker and truly enjoyed every minute! I highly recommend this studio especially since we have also been to two other studios and so far we have not seen or been to a studio that has this quality of training! My daughter has a strong passion of dance and has worked hard every year. To hear her say she only would get 20 min of ballet in other studios and not enough ballet training, we knew it was time to look into a studio that focuses on ballet which is the foundation of dance. TAD also does have an opportunity to compete and audition for the Jazz team. Even though they do compete with jazz their main focus is ballet training and technique. I love how they have uniforms for each ballet level and a strict dress code. It’s a very secured building as well for the protection of the dancers and staff. There is such a positive and accepting community of parents and dancers. I can’t say enough about Triangle Academy of dance and the Carolina youth ballet! I highly recommend this studio! We look forward to many more years to come watching our daughter grow as a dancer there!

Nicole Christi: TAD is amazing with such class and talent. The teachers are wonderful and the owner is amazing as well, she truly has her heart in this and it shows. The dances have class and so much talent. They produce amazing shows and I love how honest they are with the students, they force excellence and that is what I wanted, no mediocrity. Love it and Mrs Amanda is a doll, love her.
