They have no way of checking who booked and what NOT. So, I get sent to station 2. A white lady and I think, Black barbershop, she must be really good and within the 1st 15 min, I knew what was up. Why do you have a white lady with Great Clips experience cutting Black people hair? I got butchered? Massacred. Made another appointment to fix the massacre I got and of course, more money. Right Cut, Do NOT send black people who need a fade. She did great but let her cut white people hair. I am not Racist and I tipped her handsomely. I just figured she hasn't done enough black people. I'm leaving this comment for other brothers. Make sure you know who is working on ya when you get there. Last minute assignments do NOT end well. I took one for the team. Dependable T H: I've been doing there for the last eight years. They are very pleasant and helpful. If they I haven't been followed around the store. There are some people who go in there and steal, so please don't get upset when they do follow you be of the other bad apples.
Shaniece Johnson: I had a bad experience at this establishment with the owner or a (older male). I proceeded to leave the store and the alarm went off. I immediately stoped and voluntarily let him look in my bag. Of course nothing was found in my bag. He then started to yell at me and say don’t ever come back. In which I didn’t plan on ever returning anyway after being treated unfairly .. This happened a few months ago but I still wanted to inform the public of this incident!
London Simone: I went to this beauty supply store to get a wig. When I got to the wig section, the owner of the store began harassing me and a family member every five seconds. She would stand right next to us while we were looking at the wigs, which is ridiculous on so many different levels. When we politely told her we didn't need any help, she walked off and returned 2 minutes later, acting like she was fixing the wigs on the shelves but was staring at us the entire time. Because I felt my blood pressure rise from being upset, we decided to go in a polite manner. I will never buy anything from this store again!

I did end up buying a wig due to time constraints, but never again. The older lady in the back was rude when helping me try on wigs, sighing at me twice with disgust. Like I was a burden to her. She follows people around, which is creepy. No privacy trying on wigs, or a chair to sit in to look, and rushed to buy. I've never had such a poor experience at a wig store. Buyer Beware!

I said "na they followed us around too ". Disrespectful rude asian lady. I wonder if they would treat Asians like that if they shopped there. If you have cameras & alarms all in your store like this place does, WHY do you need to follow the customers around? It's rude. 👎

The store tends to keep brand stuff together which is great, but each time I go in (once every few months) my shampoo is in a slightly different place in the hair care isles. But got in got a quick cut super fast and easy styled it fantastic and shout-out to Omar guy who did my haircut true professional and amazing barber/stylist.1000% recommended!!Update: went back a few weeks ago got another haircut was pretty good.Update: Got another haircut done after almost a month later still great this haircut though was freaking fantastic the precision the stylist put into this one was amazing will definitely want them to do my future haircuts. Most definitely will be back in about 2 weeks or so just to let my hair grow back some. Will always recommend.Update: So went yesterday to get another haircut but there was only 1 stylist available so I waited a bit and the dude gave off a creepy vibe not sure why but whatever. So went back today and this time was able to get a haircut right away and it turned out pretty great.
