When we got our initial clean, the lead was super informative and suggested we do a clean every two weeks, with the every other clean being a partial (they price by room). Shianne Peeples: I used them back in June to do a deep cleaning after the previous tenant and they did a terrible job. I get that I asked for a same day clean but I would have preferred that they told me no because it did not look like they even did anything. They also were not communicative and the individual I spoke with acted like he couldn’t be bother going over what the deep cleaning entailed which I think was done purposefully. After cleaning, they tried to make themselves known by opening the blinds in the kitchen so it looked like they actually came and did something but it looked like they only cleaned the blinds in the kitchen and that’s it. The guy also told me that deep cleaning does not include the oven but I am looking at the site and it states that that is including. I will never use them again or recommend them.Service:Deep clean

America's Top Coach: To be honest, I had a terrible experience. I will give them credit because the cleaning crew was on time and did a decent job and only missed a few small areas but that’s no big deal.The issue was when I signed on for the service originally I made it abundantly clear to them that I work from home via zoom and work with clients in a confidential manner and therefore, I cannot have cleaners in the house when I work. They seemed very flexible with me about coming at times of the day when I would not be working. The first time they came, it worked out perfectly. I booked the second date two weeks later having been pleased with the first experience. When your local manager texted me A few days ago to confirm my next appointment he change the time. When I told him that was in the middle of me doing a confidential client session he suggested that they clean “around me“ which was absolutely not gonna happen! When I press the issue and told him that the original booking people said they will be no problem giving me a fixed day and time he then set out to tell me that I have to pay an extra fee in order to lock in a day and time unless I was willing to be flexible and work with their availability. I’ve never heard something so absurd in my life and I’ve been using cleaning services for decades. I fired them promptly. I would never recommend them. AJ: I’ve never used a cleaning service before, but after seeing one of their cute cars at a neighbors house and being away for work lately, I decided to try them out. I was impressed by their promptness and professionalism. Within minutes of my inquiry, their call center got in touch with me, gave me a quote, and then passed my information along to the franchise at my location. Not long after that, Jordan from the Apex/Holly Springs branch called and was able to have my first clean scheduled for the next day. Jordan and Courtney arrived right on time to perform the clean and were extremely professional. The initial clean was about 3 hours, and near the end of the cleaning Jordan came to review their work and provide feedback. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. I was hesitant to use a cleaning service but I am so thankful I tried them! Looking forward to a weekend of relaxing rather than cleaning - yay!Service:Standard cleaning

John Newman: I want to preface this review with everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly and very responsive after first communication. I hired Ecomaids for a deep clean of an empty house between tenants. I needed to move quick and they were able to fit me in within 3 days.I added extra for the fridge, windows, etc. I pointed out a few focus points before leaving the team to it. After I came back, hanging lights (6 feet from the ground) were not touched, the pantry was not touched after pointing it out, hair was still on the carpet (no edge tool used), remnants on the hard wood floor, spider webs in the corners, multiple windows and blinds not touched, switch plate and outlet covers not even wiped, and more. On top of this, someone had used the toilet, not a problem, but did not flush. Pictures provided of all of this.Incredibly disappointed in the turn out. The team did offer to come back out, but I did not have the time or availability to let them back in to clean again. An unacceptable $75 refund was initially offered and I accepted a $100 refund. I still do not believe this was acceptable, but any more would require a QA person to come out which would clean anyway. Again, I did not have time for this to happen during normal working hours, thus the decline.Providing 2 stars as they did clean the fridge, cabinets, and sink, but I've already had to re-clean most of the home at night.Service:Deep clean

Jazmin Molina: I really appreciate this company as everyone I spoke with was very nice and actually listened to my concerns. My boyfriend and I have a very serious, strict landlord and we requested a move out cleaning. We really needed everything cleaned and thought Molly Maid would be the best option due to all of their great reviews. The first time they came over it felt a bit rushed as a few key things weren’t touched ie. top of fridge, ceiling fans, spot on the counter. We called and they sent out another team the very next day to clean these spots. It didn’t seem like anything changed so we called again- they sent out another team and everything was set. I understand nobody is perfect and you can’t get it right 100% of the time, so it didn’t bother me that additional teams were being sent out for corrections. What stood out was how kind and caring Deborah was on the phone and how determined she was to get us the cleaning we paid for. Super long review, but just want it to be known they CARE and they will LISTEN to your concerns if you aren’t happy. They truly want to do the best job the first time around, just remember we are all human and humans aren’t perfect.
