Tony Schloss: The store was organized, clean, & well-stocked; merchandise was clean & well-presented (no items unfolded & strewn everywhere). Only drawback I can mention is that it took a bit longer than I thought necessary to check out, considering the very few customers in the store at that time (and being prime Christmas shopping season).
Anurata Hridi: To be honest, the clothing collection isn't too enriched here. But the staff are very helpful.
Sara Jones: Good deals. The set up is confusing because they have stuff all over the place. But if you can deal with being overwhelmed it's got some cute stuff.
Kristen Butler: Great experience! We were here in the late afternoon of 10/18/22 and I wish I could remember the name of the woman behind the counter. She was training a new hire at the time, and taking great care to explain how everything worked, why they did things that way, and how to handle weird situations. It wasn’t elaborate enough to take away from the customer experience. (honestly, i found it interesting to listen to!) I hope she is y’all’s main trainer or that she gets compensated well- we could only be so lucky to have such a good trainer at a new job! If I find my receipt I’ll update this with her name, but I hope y’all can find her for this limited information. :) thank you!

H Z: Young manager on duty tonight was a hero noticing that there was a confrontation between a plainclothes officer and a suspect in the parking lot so she calmly put the store on lockdown and got all the staff and customers to the rear storage room and kept in touch with officers who promptly got to the scene. All ended peacefully.

Nasim Saleh: Unprofessional manager, Ray Cooper, screening and shouting in front of all the customers throughout the checkout line. I came to return some merchandise to the store that were bought 9 days ago, no customer was at the checkout area. We approached the cashier person at number 5 cashier register. She said I am waiting on someone and no one was there. She continued to say loudly you have to go back, and her manager at cashier register said Iam not going to help you, and you better go back. He continued, you can’t screen at my associate. I can escort you from my store. I replied to him, I am leaving your store buddy. He replied back make sure to let them know who I am and what is my name. Complete disrespect and an unprofessional store manager, no customer service, and I don’t think this individual was trained to be a store manager. Be careful and know what to expect if you have to shop there!

I asked her why and was told they had to be cleaned and clothes put away.Went over to Ross and was able to try on a couple tops, no problem.

Michael Bonventre: You can almost always find some great deals on clothing and shoes. The spices and tools section usually have some awesome prices as well.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

Aimee R: I politely addressed the cashier regarding an item that had no tag and no other like item , I compared it with an item that fit closely and the cashier gave me an attitude for no reason. I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.

The quality of how the clothes are made makes this store a favorite of mine. I find their clothes to be high quality and always find a good deal when I walk in. Their clothes last a long time and their styles are always on par.

KARI HUNSAKER: Normally i have a great experience at this store, but today was not the case. In full disclosure, I wanted to return an item, never worn, i had the tag on. I did not purchase it on clearance. When I walked in, i said i wanted to return it. Immediately, i was told that it was a clearance item and all sales are final. I said, i purchased this shirt at full price. After looking it up, they found that i purchased the item 3 months ago, past their 60 day return policy. I understand this is their policy, and i have no problem adhering to the policy. It was how I was treated. I wasn't welcomed, and it felt like I was at the DMV, not Torrid.
Rieneke Farrow: If I could, I would give this no stars. I just walked into this location and none of the THREE employees acknowledged my presence. They continued their conversation as if I wasn't there. I walked right by them and was tempted to say hello just so that they'd have to acknowledge me but I refrained. Not even 3 minutes later, other customers (of a lighter skin tone) walked in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance. I walked out, past all three employees, with still no acknowledgement. You obviously need help from the fact that the last two times I attempted to visit this location, it was closed. But maybe train your employees to have better customer service. I'll never be back and will tell everyone I know why.
Lauren King: I've only had great experiences at this location. Whenever I needed to pick up an order or exchange an item, the staff here has always been helpful. Today (5/15/2022) Felicia went above and beyond for me. She was the only one holding the store down and I could tell she needed some relief. But she didn't let that get in the way of making sure I was taken care of. She got my item returned and replaced with a smaller size, for the same price I paid online. She made sure the item was shipped to my house. We cracked some jokes and I was on my way. She's the best. I hope her higher ups see this and give her raise cause she deserves it.
