Jesse Wojdylo: Although the building is great it has limitations. I was going to see a Holocaust survivor speak but there were so many people in the room they had to make me leave. There was a miscommunication with the professors and the organizers causing it to be a bit of a problem. The building was nice but the limiting size didn't allow me to enjoy the speech.

Brett Thomas: This review is for targets clothes alone. DO NOT BUY ANY BELTS/CLOTHING FROM HERE!!! I've NEVER had such poorly made clothing as I've bought from target. I will NEVER buy ANY clothing from target ever again. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY CLOTHING FROM TARGET!!!!! Belts literally fall apart. Pants also literally fall apart by the threads the more you wash them, and shoes are the WORST pair of shoes I've ever had the displeasure of wearing.

Ladystardust04: I love this Target but some complaints. They are very often out of stock of a lot of items. I assume because it gets really busy here which brings me to my next point- I would very much recommend not going during peak hours especially on the weekend because it gets super busy. Be prepared to be patient in a long self checkout line when it’s busy lol. Other than that, it’s a great Target.

Cary Target needs to retrain it’s employees on good customer service.

They have no motivation to do better or even care for their jobs because managers aren’t even seen on the floor.This is in a prime location of crossroads 20 plaza and by comparison, the location in apex, blows this out of the water. Worlds difference.get fresh energy in there and a management who can lead by example.

Jessica Crossley: Just another Target. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because they never have enough registers open. They funnel everyone through self-checkout and it creates a super long line that everyone has to wait in every single time. With as much money as Target makes, they need to hire just a couple more people to work registers so everyone isn't forced to wait 20 minutes in the self-checkout line.

Anitra Elmore: Lines are typically very long and there doesn’t seem to be enough staff. They did just add self-checkout stations this week, so hopefully that will help speed up checkout. They’re often out of stock on items I’m looking for, but the location is convenient.

Matt Rosine: This is the kind of target you need to fuel up for before you visit, and potentially even meditate. It takes real mental strength to go into this store for something and not come out with a much degraded state of mental health. There is NEVER enough checkouts open, doesn’t matter what time you go. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I’ve never seen more than 3 open, even if the lines are stretching down the aisles. There are plenty of staff doing other things like restocking shelves or whatever, but never actually checking out. This place desperately and I mean desperately needs self checkouts (or you know, actually manage staff duties properly so there are more available at front, or just hire more people).*edit: literally a few days after I posted, self checkouts appeared at this target. So I’m not saying that I’m personally responsible for introducing self checks but I kinda am. You’re welcome everyone.

River William: Very nice employees. There is no self check out so the lines are consistently long (see the majority of the reviews say the same about self checkout). The customers are ALWAYS stealing in this location. Just walking out with full carts of stuff and the alarm does not go off in the storeI only gave this Target 2 stars because of the nice employees otherwise I would have given it 1 star. Get self check lanes and have Police presence.

China Preston: Does anyone work? Why is it when I call only to ask a simple question, no one ever answers? I literally call every single department. This is is every time I'm trying to inquire about something. Like do yall expect me to just use my gas and travel for a blank trip when I should be able to speak with someone about something so simple? Do better. This is super annoying.

Alphantina Hayes: I expected more from this location. The store was a mess. Items on the floor in every department. 3 registers open. No self checkout. The Starbucks is even terrible. They had groups of teenagers hanging out, being loud, walking around the store. Simply a teenage playground. The best part was the cashier. She was so pleasant & sweet. I wish her name was on the receipt. She deserves KUDOS!!! She was working the register that does returns and checkout, on 1-15-23 around 6:35 pm. She made me smile. My daughter & I discussed her lovely demeanor & how nice she was. Great small talk while she still worked in a timely manner.

Neal Daniel: I constantly have to keep an eye out at the prices when the people scan them because constantly the prices on the shelf are wrong when they ring up. This is after standing in line to up to 20 minutes because they only have one register open. I would say about 70% of items I buy don't ring up the same price as it says on the shelf. The most egregious one was when the shelf was 15 dollars less than what I rang up as. I take pictures of every price tag on the shelf in case they try to dispute it.

Tiffany Haynes: The Target in Cary has always provided top notch customer service. The associates are helpful with finding your items and completing transactions. It’s always clean and the line wait times seems to be until 5 minutes or less.

Bill: The Target at Parkside Town Commons never has enough checkout lanes open and no self checkout. Too slow during peak hours. I avoid going to this location if I can help it.
