Patrick Katsirubas: So I’m 10 years old and today I went here to see Santa which we normally do every year. But this year you had to make a reservation which I don’t care about but it’s a bit weird. So we get there and Santa wasn’t even a helper he literally looked like they randomly found a guy looking for a job and said your Santa. But anyways it’s a good store and I’m not a Karen so I get they got to do what they’ve got to do because Santa is not the only thing that the store has.
Francisco: Customer service is terrible and zero patience, whoever answered the phone should reconsider a career change with that work attitude. If you guys want to go to a bass pro shop go to the one in cary.
