james emmons: Very bad service, I HAVE HAD THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM TO BRING WATER. EVEN KNOW WE WERE ON SCHEDULED DELIVERY. THEY NEVER SHOW UP. TODAY I CALL NEEDING WATER AND WAS TOLD 6 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERY.. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS

Pat Peruso: How unfortunate that Diamond Springs was sold to Nestle ReadyRefresh. We had Diamond Springs service for over 10 years and NEVER once had a complaint. Within 30 days with the unreachable Nestle entity, I'm having them pull the equipment . Le Bleu will have you set up in one to two days of calling - just depends on what time you call.
Michael Torbert: They've been bought out by Nestle.We contracted with this company to deliver water to an event. However, on the day of delivery, they informed us they mixed up the order and wouldn't be delivering it until after the event.No thanks. Look elsewhere for a more reliable company.
Nancy L O'Neal: I called to re-start service after almost a year (during which I thought I was being more eco-friendly by buying reverse osmosis water, but it ended up making me sick). I called at about 4 pm, had a very friendly and informative conversation with John Houser, and by 5 pm, an account manager (Tammy) in Richmond had called and set up my new account, We had water delivered by 830 the next morning! I could not be more satisfied with the customer service and the water quality. The service is much better than it was with a larger national water supplier, and the water is delicious, and I'm not sick anymore.

John Musolino: Do NOT do business with this company. I took a whole day off work to receive my first delivery. They never showed. I called and was told they could put it on the Monday truck. I would have to take another day off work. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Ashley Wake: Horrible service. Doesn’t make deliveries on scheduled delivery dates, the drivers pick and choose when they want to do their jobs, and they insist on blaming the customer for not having their jugs out for swap or pickup when they are. When the drivers miss their delivery the best they offer you is to reschedule your delivery for the next 2-3 days smdh. This service has become more of an inconvenience than convenient and it’s sad because I really did think highly of this company. There are too many other companies offering the same service for you all to slack.
Rachel Carter: Grateful they offer distilled water. Unfortunately, the prior reviews about poor customer service was my experience too for the 1+ year I used their delivery service. Their accounting practices are antiquated and it's the worst bill to try to keep straight & if you have questions, it's hard to get in touch with anyone. Simply a mess.

I never had an issue with delivery or skipping a delivery due to being out of town. I like that they email the day before delivery to remind you to set your empty bottles outside.Le Bleu is my favorite water, I've tried many brands but they have the best clean, crisp taste. It's the only water I buy when I'm out of the house.
Hazy Daze: I gave LeBleu two stars because I like their water, but the customer service as well as their manager leaves much to be desired. I called because they Did Not post a payment I sent through my bank and they insisted I send bank statements showing that I paid for the past six months !!! Shame on you Le Bleu. I pay All my bills every month, even before I buy food. So, no I will not leave a good review for their customer service.Shame on you Le Bleu.

Connie Mooney: The service from Le Bleu is stellar! Our Le Bleu delivery person always checks in with us when we forget to put the empty containers out for exchange. Rather than drive through the driveway and keep going when he sees nothing outside, he stops and gets out of the truck and knocks on the door to double check with us. He's even a good sport about two German Shepherds checking to see if he's brought them a cookie. Thank you Le Bleu for your customer service. Our delivery person delivers to us off Penny Road in Raleigh.

Marion Anderson: I love how it makes my skin feel after a shower. I see a difference in my laundry filter. Less loss of clothes.
Anna Jeffries: Extremely slow service response time. We have worked with Carolina Pure for over 4 years, and every time their machine breaks it takes over 2 weeks to have it replaced or repaired. It's absurd, and we won't be renewing our contract.
Tina Hamby: The process of implementing a new water system from beginning to end was quick, easy, and painless. The staff at Carolina Pure are very passionate about their products and they take pride in their work. Our office loves the new water system which is not only financially better for our office, but also healthier, much more environmentally friendly, and the sparkling option has really increased our water consumption. It has been a win/win for us and I would recommend anyone considering changing to a water filtration system to consider Carolina Pure. They are top notch!

Mike Green: We were offered a 30 day trial for there top notch water cooler. We decided within a 2 week time period that there is no difference in the water coolers and that the added cost was not beneficial to us as this time. We contacted the sales rep and asked them to remove it and we understood that if we did this that we are responsible for the installation of the water lines. During the installation of the water lines their technician step through the ceiling in the bathroom and busted the sheetrock. They told no one! The next day we noticed it and called them and the sent someone out to fix it 2 days later. Here is the kicker the sales rep now recants her story of the 30 day trail period and wants to charge us $400 to remove the system. She states that it is only a 3 day trial. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The will lie straight to your face.
Carl Keiper: Terri did a wonderful job assisting us with swapping from a bottled water system to the Carolina Pure Water System. She answered all our questions and even though we are undergoing a major construction project she was able to satisfy our need to relocate the system in the future. Her technicians were here when expected and did a professional job installing the system. Our staff love the new system and the added benefit of hot water on demand. Thanks for your help in getting this system installed.

mg: Rescheduled my water delivery 7 times!! They also over charged my credit card TWICE. I’m done with this company. And if that isn’t bad enough their water cooler cost $99 to get cleaned. Go with another company if you can. When I find a better one I’ll update this review.
Grace Ca: Very shady company! Tried to deliver items that I didn’t order to my house when I’m not around. The first time they delivered 2 packs of canned coffee that were expiring in a week and then told me it was complimentary only to be charged 65$ for it several weeks later. The second time they delivered a pack of Red Bull that I didn’t order and then charged me 23$ for it! Can’t get anything solved by email no matter how many times you try to tell them what the issue was.

EVA DAH: At first, we were getting our delivery on time. Then, it became whenever they felt like it. Delays on top of delays. Bit they were really quick to take our money, sometimes without giving us what we were paying for. We decided to cancel and we had to pay for that too. This was a terrible decision. But we should have been wiser. So it's on both of us, I suppose.

Rob Strunk: This business is constantly rescheduling deliveries, to date I haven’t once had a scheduled delivery on time. Atypically ~1 week late or longer, I plan my deliveries upon what our consumption is. I allow a few days in case, but still don’t receive in time and run out monthly. I go to a local store and purchase 5 gal h2o to supplement. Can’t talk to anyone in the phone, impossible feat to speak to a human, you can fight with their AI set up for chat, which is like trying to herd cats….

Becky Ulrich: Worst company ever including delivery and customer service. I have been overbilled 2 times. They took money out of my account because they said the water dispenser was returned. But it wasn't returned, it is still in my house. Then they claim they can't refund the money. I have also been told no one can take my call..they don't accept phone calls. Deliveries are not regular but they sure have zero issue taking the payment.I plan to purchase a water dispenser outright and get 5 gallon jugs of water at the local grocery stores. This was supposed to be easy and worry free thing and it is a nightmare.Run, run run...do not fall for any of their scams and lies.5/2/23 to add to this i am yet again having issues with deliveries being wrong and zero and i mean zero customer service it is time this company gets reported to the better business bureau and I am going to do it today. You would think with all the issues they would at least try to get something right and they don't.Todays delivery is missing bottles, so they are also thieves on top of being totally incompetent.

Mike McCormack: Wish I had read reviews before shopping. I ordered 3 cases of different water. They delivered on the date they said they would, but 1 case was missing and another case was missing 4 bottles from it. Also the driver put the box with the missing bottles down with a hole in the bottom (thus the missing bottles) so when I picked it up more glass bottles fell out. Luckily they didn’t break. I called and they offered to discount my next order. No thanks. And nothing about the missing case. My charge still says pending so we will see if they take it off.

He unloaded my cooler and brought it into the building, showed me where the front office was and connected me with the right people. And when I picked up my cooler he loaded it up for me then as well! So grateful for his assistance.The technician James found the leak and quickly made the necessary repairs for me- I had the cooler back within the week. And it wasn’t an arm and a leg to get it fixed. These guys are wonderful and I’d recommend them to anyone.
