S Rager: Poor return policy. Won’t even exchange merchandise (new with tags bought 14 days ago) for other items in the store. Lost my business. And the sales person was absolutely rude. At least be kind!
Erin Bridgers: Cute clothes but this 5 star is for the girl who works there. I didn’t catch her name but she has long straight brown hair. The sweetest girl ! I had clothes picked out ahead of time for a special occasion today . I woke up and hated the outfit I picked out. Long story short, I came in sprinting trying to find an entire last minute outfit . She was so sweet with really good suggestions. I was SO happy she was there to help. I got an entire outfit they I love. Thank you !!!

Monique May: Terrible return policy!! I rec’d a necklace as a gift. I was told I need to return it within 7 days for a full refund, I did just that. Then was given. Store credit. I want a refund so I can buy something I LIKE. The reason given, “we can’t tell if you’ve worn the jewelry”. That’s BS. The necklace was tried on and then put back in the box with the tags still on. Ridiculous. Also, The girl that helped me looked at me like I was beneath her because I had no makeup on and in my workout clothes. Why would anyone shop here?

The owner went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I received a particular sweater that I had been looking for. I have not had the pleasure yet to visit this boutique in person, but I will visit soon. I was so impressed by the means they went to in order to see that I was a satisfied customer. Cara Wu: My experience was very positive. I wanted a Pandora charm and called twice to inquire about it. Once to see if it was in stock. Once to ask price bc I forgot. Both very helpful. Then went to the store 30 min later. Very friendly and quick transaction. Store is clean and organized.

Hannah Ragonesi: I’m a Lilly Lover and recently moved so I was thrilled to find this store. Excellent selection of both new and sale Lilly. I found customer service to be lacking though. First time there the woman acted like I was a bother and rather uppity. She didn’t offer to start a dressing room or take down my information during purchase. Granted it was only a $300 purchase but still she rubbed me the wrong way. I went back again and a young girl was working was sweet and helpful. I’ll only shop there on weekends now when I can actually get good service.
Tyler Loveland: This place is great! I came in a few times to shop for dresses and jewelry for my wife and it has always been a fantastic experience. Last time I went in was for a pandora bracelet for my wife. I was trying to recreate a pandora bracelet she had lost while we were dating that I had gotten her. The girl at the counter found that they had the bracelet I needed on display, and went around the store to find the bracelet I needed! I'll be back over and over again!

Connie Singer: My favorite Lilly Pulitzer signature store! They also carry Jack Rogers, Spartina and Pandora. It's a smaller space, but they have a great selection of Lilly and get most of the releases. Love their sales and the ladies are always super friendly and helpful! It's in the same shopping center as my gym and I enjoy stopping in at least a couple times a month.
