Brad Carey: Per their website, a reservation is $398 (before taxes) for seven people for two hours. This includes required food/drink credits. What a joke!

Tapasya Syal: Today we did a birthday celebration at Bowlero. I had booked for the event online through a smooth process. I took a package which included unlimited drinks, 2 slices of pizza, shoes, bowling lanes for 1.5 hours, 5$ gift certificate and arcade card with 20 pt each. We took our own cake and decorating balloons. Bowlero provided us with the plates, spoons, paper napkins, knife and cake spatula. Event manager came multiple times to check on us. Pizza was served exactly on time and it tasted good. After bowling and pizza, kids went to the arcade and had a gala time.. All the kids enjoyed a lot. It was a wonderful celebration. Big big Thumbs up for Bowlero!!! Thank you team Bowlero.

The “corporate playlist” of music videos playing over the lanes is also completely inappropriate and they won’t turn them off, even when we asked. There are way better bowling alleys around, skip this one.

You can't see the aiming marks on the lanes.I don't know if it was the lane surface or the condition of my shoes, but I got no slide on delivery. Maybe I just need new shoes...

Jeffrey Wolfe: What a fun place to spend time with family and friends! We only bowled, but everyone had a great time! The score screens are easy to use and edit, the equipment is well kept, and the facilities are very clean. The lanes have a great set up for group interaction and a great place for holding drinks and food that is out of the way of bowling, but easily accessible. The personnel were extremely helpful and responsive. Amazingly, the food was really good. I'd have given them a 5-star but we had a few technical glitches with the scoreboard/lanes and the staff was a little short-handed so check-in/scoreboard help was slow. I expect that they will be able to correct those soon. We will DEFINITELY go back for bowling and also try out the mini-golf, arcade, and theater!
Brandy Sanders: The 2 lanes they assigned to us had greasy finger marks ALL over the bench seats & table. I asked up at the counter if they could wipe them down. They came while I stepped away from the lanes. My daughter said they only wiped the table. The seats were still smeared with greasiness.

He checked in with us often for drink refills or anything else we needed. Loved the big screens and booths. Held our party of 14 perfectly!

These were some of the worst lanes I've ever bowled on and even the bartender knew it when he made the comment that they hadn't been cleaned and oiled in a month... Will W. was amazing helping me plan for this party and he and his staff made it go without a hitch.When we arrived to set up, the staff was helpful and attentive, they already had the table out for us, and the lanes ready to go. They helped me to determined the best time for bringing the food out, and ensure that it was there was the time was right. The made sure to check up on the drinks and ensured that we had everything we needed.The party consisted of bowling (with shoe rentals), pizza and drinks, and arcade time. The kids had a blast. The timing was perfect. The staff was amazing! This was the best party we have had by far and will do it again next year! I highly recommend if you are looking to through a party, this is the place to come, you won't be disappointed.

Danielle Solari: DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! This goes through a separate company and if anything goes wrong you have to deal with them to get reimbursed. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for a birthday party and one lane had mechanical issues the whole night. When booking online you had to get a food and beverage credit for each person and it was loaded on a gift card. When using the gift card the staff complained about us using it. When we left the manager told us we had to deal with the separate company to get any kind of refund and dealing with them has been miserable. I was given a $78 credit which doesn't even cover two of the bowlers on the lane that had 5 people that the lane kept having issues. When we reach out they also said "we were glad we were able to resolve the issues with the lane quickly" but that wasn't the case. All in all, I would never go to this location again and I would DEFINITELY not recommend booking online. Horrible experience.

They are reasonably priced, the equipment always works, and there's never that old sketchy bowling alley vibe that a lot of us grew up around! All in all, a great bowling experience that our family always enjoys!! Side note: when you're coming around the curve on 401 as you're getting ready to arrive, the first entrance is RIGHT THERE as you round the curve, so it's abrupt, lol!

Wendy McInteer: Took my niece to have her new bowling ball drilled after she was mailed a replacement ball from another bowling alley due to their machines putting a severe scratch in her ball. Since the damage occurred at lanes that were out of state we had to have the ball drilled locally. She just recently moved here so the man that would normally do this for her recommended we go to a bowlersmart pro shop.Mike did a wonderful job. We showed up 1/2 hour before they were to close and not once did he make us feel like he was rushed or annoyed. He took his time measuring, cutting, and making sure my niece was very comfortable with the feel and fit of her ball.Mike is very knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel very at ease. I'm so glad,with having to drive from the Hope Mills area, we chose the Pro shop Mike works at. Definitely would return again, he's worth the drive!

Helen Lindsay: This is a nice bowling alley. We went around opening on a Sunday afternoon and we’re able to get two lanes right away. For 6 people it was about $100. We got some snacks (mozzarella sticks and fries and also some beers - everything came pretty quick)

While competitively priced, if you own your own equipment, bowling here is not worth the risk of damaging your stuff. I hate that it’s a problem because I would like to bowl closer to home, but I now drive to Cary weekly for bowling instead of risking my ball.

Heather Huffine: Best family entertainment around! Get the “Kids bowl Free” for the summer pass. 2 free frames per day & the adults on the pass get to go as well. Took my son for his Birthday and went again a few days later with a friend. Can’t beat it!

Village Reading Library: The facility itself is nice enough, but if you are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere. The old woman at the front desk is so very rude. She was awful as soon as we walked in the door and continued to be awful as we got our shoes. At one point one of our kids accidentally dropped his ball and it had to be retrieved by a staff member from the gutter. The old lady came over and demanded to know how it happened, then insisted we have rails on our lane. So glad we used free vouchers so they didn't get any more money from us than the cost of shoes. Never going here again.

David Mansfield: My wife and I go nearly every Saturday. We are pretty bad at bowling, but we have fun. I really enjoy going here. We haven't had a bad experience yet. Sometimes, the staff can get a little overwhelmed when it is very busy, but they try. The lanes are pretty good and the equipment works consistently. The pro shop has been very helpful with knowledgeable employees. We did have to adapt to the hour system rather than per game system. But, they have reservations now and it would be impossible with the per game system.

It was so incredibly affordable and fun. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good time at a great price for their little ones. Charlotte already asked for her next birthday to be there and a few of the moms are planning on having parties there too after coming to ours. Thank you to everyone for making our little girl's day fun.
