Steven Boswell: In my opinion. This is the best pro shop in the area. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of their job. As long as I'm in the area, I won't have anyone else work on my bowling equipment.

Larry Fellers: Bought 2 Hammer Black Widow balls, the BW Ghost Pearl and BW 2.0! The Pearl is great and will be rolling the 2.0 tomorrow evening in league play and am sure I will do just as well! Scott is a great guy and very knowledgeable! I always get my gear here!Update…. I had Vise switch grips installed on both Black Widows and as always, Scott did a fantastic job!!

Jason Chamberlain: I just bought my first reactive ball here. My son and I do Summer Bowling each year, and after having a cheap plastic ball for a couple of years I wanted to try a reactive ball with a fingertip grip. I was very happy that Scott didn't try to sell me more than I need.The whole process took about 20 minutes. I felt like Scott did a good job making sure that he got it drilled just right for my hand. After bowling a few games with it, I can say that I am extremely happy.

Eric Viohl: Bought a Columbia Side Swipe from Scott and had it drilled by him. The ball did rolled the way I wanted it. Eventually a fried of mine gave me 2 balls that he wasn't going to use anymore. One of those balls, I had Scott plugged and redrilled to fit my hand.I've also took a lesson from him and because of that lesson I am starting to correct my approach.I would recommend Scott to anyone who is thinking of buying a ball or get lessons fron him. He has vast knowledge of bowling that is helpful whenever you need advice about something like your approach or release.I don't understand why people would write bad reviews.

Tapasya Syal: Today we did a birthday celebration at Bowlero. I had booked for the event online through a smooth process. I took a package which included unlimited drinks, 2 slices of pizza, shoes, bowling lanes for 1.5 hours, 5$ gift certificate and arcade card with 20 pt each. We took our own cake and decorating balloons. Bowlero provided us with the plates, spoons, paper napkins, knife and cake spatula. Event manager came multiple times to check on us. Pizza was served exactly on time and it tasted good. After bowling and pizza, kids went to the arcade and had a gala time.. All the kids enjoyed a lot. It was a wonderful celebration. Big big Thumbs up for Bowlero!!! Thank you team Bowlero.

The “corporate playlist” of music videos playing over the lanes is also completely inappropriate and they won’t turn them off, even when we asked. There are way better bowling alleys around, skip this one.

You can't see the aiming marks on the lanes.I don't know if it was the lane surface or the condition of my shoes, but I got no slide on delivery. Maybe I just need new shoes...

Victor Lao: Had to get a new bowling ball for my 8yo daughter. Everyone at the shop were very helpful. This was her first ball and they sized her perfectly. When she first put her hand in the ball her face lit up, beats all the way oversized house balls. They even said they can adjust it as she grows. I would highly recommend them.
David Mansfield: I love this place. I decided it was time my wife had her own ball, so went to just check them out. I told them what she likes, and he said, "I know the perfect one!" And it was! So, I bought it and a bag as part of her Christmas. They are very professional and polite. The prices are very competitive to even compared to online. I absolutely recommend them.

After being out of bowling for over 5 years, he provided expert advise and guided me in the right direction of getting 2 new bowling balls and fixed up my old spare ball! He made some corrections to prior measurements which also resulted in the pain in my fingers caused by bowling to go away! Trust his knowledge and expertise!

Larry Heller: Made my second visit to this place yesterday. Writing this based on both visits, and overall Buffaloe Lanes is a mixed bag.The pros:Clean facility. Lanes and equipment were in good condition. Modern automatic scorekeeping with good display. Shoes were clean and not overly old or worn. No problems with any of this.The cons:NOISE - you can't hear yourself think in this place let alone have a conversation. They have an arcade area with some VERY loud games like pretend motorcycles.CLIMATE - we were there on a warm muggy rainy day. Temps outside were in the mid-70's but with the humidity we were wearing shorts and T-shirts. It was like walking into a freezer inside - inside temps couldn't have been more than low 60's and my granddaughter and I were shivering within minutes of going in. We figured we might be okay once we started moving but ...CROWDED - there were no lanes immediately available so we would have had to wait while we froze. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. We decided to leave and went to the nearby High House Billiards instead.

My kids loved to bowl and got to enjoy some of the arcade games afterwards. Food was great and staff all around as well!! Danielle Solari: DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! This goes through a separate company and if anything goes wrong you have to deal with them to get reimbursed. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for a birthday party and one lane had mechanical issues the whole night. When booking online you had to get a food and beverage credit for each person and it was loaded on a gift card. When using the gift card the staff complained about us using it. When we left the manager told us we had to deal with the separate company to get any kind of refund and dealing with them has been miserable. I was given a $78 credit which doesn't even cover two of the bowlers on the lane that had 5 people that the lane kept having issues. When we reach out they also said "we were glad we were able to resolve the issues with the lane quickly" but that wasn't the case. All in all, I would never go to this location again and I would DEFINITELY not recommend booking online. Horrible experience.

Rashad Gattis: It's a small store that specializes in running. They also sell some casual and basketball shoes as well. The staff is nice and attentive as well from my experiences there. No complaints from me.
Jayanth Reddy: There's very few stores in the triangle and this one doesn't have enough display models of shoes, tshirts and other sports athleisure. The staff were very friendly but sadly the store is too small .
The1stPrototype: Will never spend my money here. First and last time visiting was Saturday evening. Made to feel uncomfortable bc the store closed in 10 minutes. Asked if they had a specific type of shoe to help speed up the process, was told womens was on one side and men's was on the other... It was one gentleman in particular that just shouldn't work in customer service if they dont know how to communicate without being rude.

Was rude once again when I went to double-check the pricing of the sneakers I was purchasing.Please learn how to deal with people/customers, we are there for the experience. Nikita Whitaker: Horrible customer service. We will never go to this store again to try to purchase anything. After walking in no one acknowledged us even being in the store. Instead of one of the 5 people working coming over to ask us if we needed assistance I had to ask if a size was available. While standing in the women's section there was a few pairs of shoes I was interested in but no one bothered to ask if we needed help. I will continue to buy my shoes online or just go to another store before I ever spend my money in here. Your workers would rather stand up front by the register and discuss what they are eating for dinner than help customers. Poor service.
T L: This store has horrible customer service. My mother & I went in over the weekend. We walked towards the back where Troy (looked @ his picture on the wall to get his name) was standing, as we approached he actually turned his back to us. Stood like that for awhile & when we didn’t walk away he proceeded to walk to the back. No one else in the store spoke to us or asked to assist. Sad in a store full of black men we felt discrimination. Looking at the other reviews this behavior is common & management is not addressing it.

The magic word that he has them I was so overwhelmed and wanted to cry but I was too embarrassed to lol when I say that there are truly good people out there and great customer service on point….. Jasmine B: Today I went to the Nike store at Fenton square and was highly disappointed. I had a coupon through the official Nike app for 15% off in store and was told that I couldn’t use it. I normally order all my shoes from the app and have them shipped, but I was out with family at Fenton Square and decided to go inside of Nike store.As I was about to purchase I showed the cashier my coupon and he states the don’t use the coupons because boosters use the coupon to buy the shoes and recreate Nike accounts to continue to use the 15% off. Not sure what that had to do with me. I made my purchase anyway without the 15% off. I asked how long has this been a rule and he states “about a month or so”. I’m completely confused because I have a friend who was just there last week and was able to use her 15% off without any problems. Not to throw the race card but my friend is white and of course I am black. This has been sitting heavy on my heart since I left earlier today so I felt compelled to write this review.
