Tina I: Car vacuum is ALWAYS out of order and the automated machine still takes your money. It turns on but the vacuum hose doesn't work it literally has no suction no matter how much you tinker with it .... Also the car wash doesn't accept purchases from credit/debit card it only takes cash.
Absolutionis: It's a rather spacious gas station at average prices, but there's an annoying ad that turns on when you're at the pump.

Joe Chen: Gas pump fast forwarded with my purchase of car wash, I didn’t get to select which one. At the end it didn’t give me a receipt. I had no idea whether I purchased a car wash or not. Waited in line to get the receipt, yes sure enough it charged me. Car wash was below average. Underwash jet was under powered.

Business Reviewer: The employee Ken is absolutely horrible. He was yelling at me and so proud that he sold alcohol to a customer that is an alcoholic. Ken said "he is a grown man and can continue serving him alcohol." The last time Ken served him alcohol he allowed him to leave the premises with a alcohol level 4 times over the legal limit. The customer collapsed on the road and was taken to Duke Hospital. To the owner.....clearly this employee does not have any compassion about the safety of the community. Ken continues to serve him alcohol. Tonight the customer is at Wake Med Apex ER after being served alcohol by Ken. Same on this business for allowing an employee to determine if someone is safe to be on the road and risk other peoples lives.
Mia Pellegrino: This employee Ken decided it was so much more important to sell alcohol to a customer that is an alcoholic. The last time he sold alcohol to the same customer; the customer was 5x's over the legal limit. Ken laughed at me and said "he does not look drunk; he is a grown man and we will continue selling him alcohol." If the owner is reading this the employee is putting the community at risk just to make a profit off a beer. I would highly recommend that the owner check their security cameras to make sure Ken is truly placing ALL of the cash money in the register. This is clearly an employee that does not care.

Stacey Gilliam: Consider this review an official farewell from a loyal customer of over 20+ years, because after the experience I had this morning, I will never return to this store again.I usually stop here to buy gas, but I recently discovered that this store carries Mountain Dew Zero Sugar - a drink I’ve been hard pressed to find in other convenient stores, so I’ve been stopping in on my way to work every morning to buy a couple. That was my plan this morning, so since I didn’t need to get gas, I parked in a parking spot in front of the store and headed towards the door...where I was accosted by the clerk who ordered me to put on a mask or I would be barred entry. He was extremely rude about it, so much so that even the customer filling up his car at the pump in front of the door even voiced his anger and disapproval. Because I was in a hurry, I pulled my mask out of my bag and put it on, got what I came for, and (for the last time ever) left the store.Here’s the thing. If the clerk had just been polite, and asked nicely, this would’ve never been an issue, and I’d have gladly complied. I resent being ordered around by anyone, but especially by some convenience store clerk on a power trip. Does it make you feel big, almighty, and important? Well, I hope it was worth losing a long-time customer over. I’ll gladly settle for Diet Mountain Dew before I ever set foot in that store again.It’s people like YOU that make me resentful over wearing masks in the first place, because I have absolutely no desire to protect rude, arrogant people from anything.

Kurtis Wells: Worst circle K I’ve been to. Dirty grounds, trash everywhere, no windshield fluid or squeegees. Run down. Poor entrance and lot design. Never going back.
Gary Pearce: No longer BP. This station, and a few other Circle K locations I visited, have switched from branded BP Gas to generic Circle K gas. That means they are no longer honoring Harris Teeter Fuel Points or other BP related promotions.As a gas station and convenience store, they are fine. I usually stop there for a drink and a snack before getting on the road for a few hours.Exiting can be a little tricky as you are pulling into a frequently congested and somewhat poorly designed entrance to a busy Shopping Center. People seem to manage, though. I drive through that entrance several times a week, and I don't recall ever seeing an accident in over a decade.
Pretty Mee: Pleas do not hire rude inbreeders. Matt was very unpleasant in appearance, beard wasn’t shaved, his hair wasn’t cut. Grooming at it’s worse. More importantly during COVID he refused to use social distancing methods as he wanted me to hand him something to be scanned. All other staff look and scan through clear barriers. He will be reported! Please train staff properly, it’s only 10 bucks an hour procedures can’t be that hard to follow.
Bob Duncan: Their online bp app is so slow it's essentially unusable. The station itself is fine, but the reason I stopped there was the convenience of using their app.

I understand carding people who are buying alcohol, but when I'm sitting outside in the car and ask my friend to buy me a water and then I have to get out of the car in order to also show you my ID (which I'm 25 so no worries about that) but then you "ban" me from the store for literally no reason. Girl must hate her job, if you hate your job that much just go find a new one. I used to be an assistant manager at a Circle K and I wasn't allowed to just "ban" people for no reason but no worries. I'll take my money elsewhere, someone else can enjoy the rude employees and the long waiting lines every time you step in the store. Your loss boo boo, not mine :)

You put the cars in, choose the fuel, put the pump in... boom that was easy!I haven’t had much experience with dealing with staff. The inside looked clean and there were some basic things you would expect to be available at the gas station. All in all good place to refuel your car before handing it in at the airport !

Zarina Sandhu: This is the worst fuel station I have ever used. I was publicly harassed by the man behind the counter who refused to give his name. He said he was the manager and asked if I was a particular ethnicity and told me to go away. Don’t come here if you value your time and self-worth.
Shaiket Alam: The worst gas station ever, I brought a charger cable from them on 04/04/23 but didn’t realized it it’s for the old version cable for iPhone. I went back next day and tried to return the item with my receipt and the cashier looked at me like I asked for his kidney. He was so rude and refused to issue the refund. I told him to call the manager for me and he again refused to do that. I was there 15 mins to explained it to him that I have work tomorrow and won’t be able to come back when the manager is there. The cashier was extremely extremely rude. I am never going back there again. Such a disappointment and shame.
Brett Mashburn: The soap didn't really come out. I paid for the most expensive wash and my car looks the same minus the bugs on the windshield. Also the air dryer has the force of a thousand winds and can potentially cause damage to your vehicle.

Kenric Barnes: The gas side of things is good, no complaints. The big issues is the car wash. It is $14 for the works and it comes out looking like nothing more than a rinse was done. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of money. I advise everyone to find a different place to wash your cars.

It did clear off after 4 days, however I couldn’t use that $70 credit line until cleared.Don’t ever use your debit card here.In fact don’t even ever go there.This is the first station in years that I’ve been to that doesn’t just charge what you bought.Personally I will never go back- I consider this as a type of fraud.Computers are amazing- depends how and for what purpose you use them.
