Xenia C.: Arrived shortly after 10am for Sunday breakfast and we were seated almost immediately. The dining area was packed and there were also people dining outside. Once we left (around 11:45am) a wait and line had formed so early arrival is recommended.Our server got to us pretty quickly and she was great about answering my questions as I’d never eaten at any First Watch before. I enjoyed the Parma hash (no mushrooms) and put my eggs on the side. The hash was delicious and reminded me of a sausage pizza (which I love) I will say I am very picky with eggs and surprisingly I ate them all (and I usually dislike when the cheese is on top of the eggs vs. being mixed/scrambled in). I even liked the jam provided as I usually prefer grape. This experience will definitely have me considering First Watch more often for breakfast and lunch!

Great presentation, fresh ingredients and so tasty. I had the ham and guyere omlette. Let me tell you about that toast though! 7 grain, toasted with butter and it's SO good!The cocktails were awesome! Listen, I don't love a place the very first time, very often, so after you read this review, run, don't walk.We will be back and hope to see Suki again!

Jesse Barden: I was driving through Cary and wasn't familiar with the area. I shot a friend a message to ask him if there were any good restaurants for breakfast near the train station. It was taking him a little while to get back to me, so I googled it and just went off of how good the reviews were. I ended up choosing Brigs. Just as I walked through the door, my buddy finally texted me back and suggested I try Brigs. I'm glad I did. There's a lot of bang for the buck. You can't beat their low prices, large servings, and quality food.

GB Crush: A decently good breakfast option if you're stopping by Waverly. My eggs were done just runny enough and the potatoes are to die for -- tasty and savoury without relying on too much salt. There's also a killer fresh-squeezed orange juice machine. Sadly our flapjacks were a bit overdone, a bit dry, and lacking a bit of their own flavour. They do act as an excellent vehicle for syrup though, soaking it up like no one's business.Everything else kind of falls into that same pattern. The restaurant itself is clean and neat, but lacks its own distinct character (bonus points for clean toilets though!). Service was nice, polite, and friendly, but didn't linger long enough or feel thorough enough to really be stellar (there was always a feeling of rush-rush, even though we were in the calm before the late morning wave). None of this really matters if you're coming here in a party of four or more during the crowded hours, when you're happy to have the table and everyone's company as the main course. The good food will make a great background for that, it's just missing that "little bit" to draw you back in when you have time to ask "what makes you famous?".Dietary restrictions: Had some slight issues asking about an unusual allergen (malt). Kitchen did not give our server a clear answer. Our server could not provide us with a clear answer, and only brought the answer out with the food (which makes it a bit late).

Total bill was $81.14 for breakfast. Totally not worth the drive from Morrisville. I would rather go to Waffle House over this place. At least they know how to make eggs and bacon. Same with waters and we were just supposed to pass them around. I like warm syrup just as much as the next guy but I literally had to use my sleeve to grab the glass bottle and pour it, it was so hot. Was also set in front of small child. Almost like they’re asking for an accident to happen. Expensive for less than mediocre food and service.

Isaac Newsome: Cool looking spot! Unfortunately, we were seated and it took a while for someone to help us, I think a server whose section it wasn't decided to finally help help us after apologizing for the wait. First cup of coffee was lukewarm at best. The second pot was clearly from the first bit of a new brew and was not great (you have to let your coffee brew through at least Funnel Lock for full flavor!). We get the food, my toast was cold. The jam was good, the chicken sausage was delicious, the eggs warm and bland. Potatoes were ok. Definitely didn't command the ≈$40+ dollars we ended up paying for the two of us after beverage costs. We'll likely skip here next time we're driving through the area and try something else.

G V Debnam: Had breakfast after 830a church service at Watts Chapel Baptist Church. My sister used the online option to put our names on the wait list. Our mom was with us for a total of three. We enjoyed the food and fellowship. Even though our server put our orders together by seat, it seemed to be a complicated process for us to pay individually, so my sister just picked up the tab. It was crowded as we were leaving with others waiting to pay.
