I didn't get no notifications from hotel dot com or anything Just an email from that extended stay america hotel in Durham NC if I need anything more for my hotel room to let them know" BUT I got Turned Away....But my daughter found exact same hotel but in Cary NC and so now waiting for my refund differences in cost from hotel dot comThe hotel in Cary NC is older with no excercise room or pool or elevator....But is close to the shopping center that is behind hotel of walking distance.CC wasn't working on TV for some reason even though we turned the captions on...Room was very comfortable.I highly recommend staying here Makayla & Aaryn thrive to do everything in their power to accommodate us AND they both have AWESOME Friendly personality always smiling and WONDERFUL sense of humor!!!🤟💜🤟💜🤟🌹🌹🌹🤟💜🤟💜🤟

Jeremiah Leonard: The absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE AMERICA! The is extremely disrespectful and sarcastic. Particularly a female named Charlee. I had an issue with the room I was staying in; the smoke detector was beeping due to bad batteries. I asked Charlee if there was a way someone could fix it or just simply take out the old batteries. Her response "Who do you think is going to do that at this time!?" I replied, "How about you since you work here?" Then she retorted, "I was just going to switch your room since that would be easier." Her response to my, a paying customer's, issues was to be sarcastic and insult my intelligence. I don't appreciate that! I will never stay at this again until "Charlee" is fired. AND, I WANT A REFUND!

I was told on many occasions, someone will contact me in 48 hours to resolve the issue but not ones I got the response. I will not recommend this hotel. Richard Pajooh: Before I even arrived I had issues with the customer service I called a day prior to check my reservation. The front desk person could not find it, I asked to speak with a manager and she said “that’s what the manager said.” I asked again to speak with a manager and she hung up on me. I called back no one picked up. I called corporate and corporate had to call them to confirm my reservation. I was moving from another area and reserved the room weeks prior. Even the corporate person questioned the service here.I arrive and have been in the room for about four days. The place has major issues. One the cabinets, stove, appliances, and basically everything were covered in dust nothing was cleaned. Interior of cabinets are warped the vent over the stove is rusted the stove has a sticker saying “for ventilation purposes remember to open your window while cooking” well I can’t do that being the window is broken you can’t open it without it falling off the track. The p traps under the kitchen sink is completely corroded and is leaking. All the doors, trim, and furniture look like they were in a tornado and severely scratched and damaged. The microwave plate or glass you put your food on isn’t even for this microwave so it doesn’t spin, half the buttons don’t work, all the cabinets are damaged and inside are warped, bubbled and had dead bugs.I had to clean the place just to make it some what sanitary.Based off previous reviewed management keeps saying they will fix things well you haven’t done anything.This place is a major code violation and I work in construction, I will contact the city inspector cause whoever owns this place clearly does not care at all.The only thing I can say is the floors look somewhat new.I took photos and video because there are so many damages here I don’t know where to begin and don’t want to be dinged for their poor maintenance and lack of cleaniness.Also if you are on the bottom floor and the top floor has kids you can hear everything. The carpets outside is the main walkway are pancaked with dog hair and dirt.This is a disgrace. Do not stay here in town suites or any other place is better.For 400 to 500 a week you are not getting your monies worth.I have nothing positive to say about this place.Do not stay here if you value your health safety and expect some measure of cleanliness.I’d like to speak to corporate about this cause as someone who works in construction and real estate and customer service this place really needs to be shut down.Do not come here. For a few dollars more or even the same price anywhere else is better.

Erin Seto: The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing I could say about the location. I booked through Expedia and I really should have done more research before picking this location.The building is seriously dated. I mean, it does NOT even have an elevator. The stairwells are located inside doorways that are hard to find. You can't even get to any of the rooms through the lobby without going up a flight of stairs. This is not handicap friendly. And definitely not luggage friendly. I ended up leaving a bunch of stuff in my car.We also had to park our car where we could see it. The place had bad vibes. Saturday morning, I went out to get some things from my car and there was an entire case of empty beer bottles by the trashcan at the front door. It smelt like someone had a drunken party in the parking lot.The day we checked in, our bathroom light was so dim it was hard to see. The photo doesn't do it justice, but every time I needed to use the bathroom or shower I had to use my phone's flashlight to see. The maintenance guy said there was no bulbs to fix it and "ordered" a replacement. That was a disappointment all weekend.We got a suite to try and save money by eating at the hotel instead of dining out. But there was no pots/pans, plates, or utensils. And the stove was so dated I was afraid I might blow myself up turning it on. Even the microwave smelt weird.The bed at least had a mattress cover on it so there was no bed bugs that I could see, but it was not a restful weekend. The hallways smelt like weed. And there wasn't much help from management after the trip besides a half-hearted "sorry".DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE $100/DAY.

Janet Campo: The worst experience I have ever had so far. We get there after traveling all day. To find out that our 2 bedroom suite was downgraded to a one bed with a sofa bed. Because our room was dirty they said. So housekeepers go home without cleaning all the rooms? This room had been booked 2 months ahead of time. When we went to our room. We pulled out the sofa bed and we almost threw up. It smelled disgusting and the mattress was nasty. Stains and dirty. No sheets no nothing. The bathroom tub had pee in it. The walls had blood stains. Trash behind the furniture. Broken shower head. Broken toilet paper holder. The room was just nasty. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else. And to top it off. Our last night. There was cops and ambulance all over the place.. Not a hood experience here. Don't be fooled by the pics. It is nothing like the pictures. They need to fix and hire a head house keeper to check rooms after told they been clean. Because they are not cleaned properly and they smell disgusting too.. I have lots of pictures to back up what I say and I will be contacting corporate. Honestly this place should not be operating. Health violations everywhere. I worked in the hospitality industry and this place is just gross..

Wayne DeBerry: I've enjoyed my stay here at 3100 Regency Parkway since last September. My room was clean and continues to be clean thanks to the attention to detail. Most of the staff was amazing and some went over and Beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Cary North Carolina.I would also like to make an honorable mention to Brandon and Sean they both have gone beyond the Call of Duty to make sure my stay is enjoyable.Wayne DeBerry

Yes, needs updates, but it was not bad. Upon entering the room and at first glance, I was ready to give a stellar 5-star review: the air was fresh, no bad smell; towels and linens clean & organized; bed made well.I was disappointed when first, reached to turn on the warm air, and saw spider webs. That spot hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Then the bed: I understand that a 2-star hotel will not provide cashmere and silk, but the bed skirt was stained. Also, the edges of the carpet, where the vacuum doesn’t reach, were quite dusty.The sign in the bathroom stated that there is a 10-step cleaning verification. Well, it is not followed.Had the cleaning crew and the management clean well, dusted, and washed everything really well, it would have been an easy 5-star review.Keep improving! You have potential!

However, no apology for their mistake. It is the worst smell, a mix of dust and smoke. Nothing in the kitchen and lots of things that haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. Very bad experience

Steve Tedesco: It was different, I was expecting more of a regular hotel experience but there were no issues. No phone in the room and the only trash can was under the bathroom sink but room was clean and place was quiet and well kept. I would definitely stay again. Service rating isn't bad but neutral because the only service I received was at checkin.

Treysheana Ghee: Very clean and quiet. This was a pleasant stay for sure. Guest were not noisy at all. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming as well. The room was nicely done and very comfortable. There is a gym close by, so sometimes at night you can hear there classes going on outside.

SweetCream: I already did my review of this hotel on hotels.com. Overall, the hotel is not bad but the cleaning of the rooms could be better. When it comes to the mattress cover they shouldn't use the one that zips up. I think that's why I didn't have one on my bed. Housekeeping probably didn't won't to go through the hassle of putting it on. It's too time consuming because I had ask for one. When I found out I had to do all of that just to cover the mattress, I just couldn't do. So, I placed it on top and took the fitted sheet over it. It did stay in place. They definitely need to upgrade all mattresses because mines had a big pee stain on it. This is why a mattress pad/cover is so important at a hotel. Also, I think they need to remove all the carpets from the rooms. I will say, the laundry room is definitely clean and refreshing. It is definitely well kept and the front office staff is friendly and helpful.I would recommend this particular extended stay verses some of the others. All I have to say, read the reviews about the other extended stay hotels and go from there. Make your decision and mines would be, to choose this one.

Coach Richie: Do not stay here! Made reservations for 4 nights. In town for work only worked 4 days checked out a day early never got a refund for the 4th night. Happend twice was told it would be credited back. When I called said they had no record of it. CROOCKS.
