Nicopolo1: I don't know what's going on with management at BK but they're hiring aggressive order takers willing to argue with customers over anything. I recently had an argument with an older female order taker while placing my order at the drive through. I ordered a # 1 Whopper meal small and 8-piece nuggets meal small, as well. The order taker at the speaker was already on a bad mood for she was being short and cutting me off. By the time I drove to the window, she was waiting for me with an aggressive, bipolar face! So, I told her she needed to change her attitude. But she slammed the window, while running her mouth. She intentionally made me wait for a few minutes and when she open the window back she went off again while pretending to be polite to look like a victim. When I pulled up to the pick up window, the chicken nuggets order was missing the fries and the drink. So I asked to speak with the store manager. When manager came to the window, I explained to her what had happened. She asked me if had ordered two meals and I said yes but that the server was too busy arguing with me rather than paying attention to my order! So, the manager completed my order and totally apologized for the server! Therefore, BK needs to keep giving refreshing courses on customer service to its employees so they would learn to treat customers with courtesy and a pleasent demeanor! It's not the customer fault that they're having a bad day!

Diane Sanfilippo: The drive-through person wanted to argue with me over my order. I ordered through the app for 2 bacon, sausage, and egg croissants, and I was given 2 double sausage and egg croissants. The order in the store actually said double sausage and egg, while my order on the app said bacon, sausage, and egg. She took the bag back after 2 minutes of arguing and brought the same bag back to me. She took the 2nd sausage patty off and put two of the smallest pieces of bacon she could find in its place. The food was still good, but disappointed about the lack of bacon. It threw the sausage:bacon:egg ratio off.

Kelvin Cuevas: Ordered my Food through the BK App went to pick it up at the drive through told them I'm picking up mobile then person said they didn't see the order then told me go upfront and park we will bring it out had me waiting 20mins(I gave them time because I didn't know if they were understaffed) as I was sitting out side I looked two times inside to see the manager and workers walking past and looking out and laughing close to 20mins so I went in and immediately was met with the manger so said we don't have the order so I told them my Name and order number which I told in the drive thru also then he said I'll go check again as he was over at the computer it seems like he said to his works make him the food and at that point the workers went commly to start making my order (they hadn't mad a single thing) then the manager comes oh it just came in just now with a Smuck Face same with all the workers then I waited another 5mins for them too make the food and give me it (Never talked bad to No one and I always say Thank everywhere I go so I don't know what the deal was) but I did get everything Fresh and I still said thank you at the end (Also I prefer App ordering because I can add or remove topping I don't want instead of tell a Cashier that then will ignore what I asked and give me all the toppings I didn't want or not add an item I asked for and say I didn't hear that (All BlackProbably just Racist

They were short staffed and limited on supplies, but my family of 6 was still able to get their bacon 🥓 🍔 🍟 and chicken nuggets with a few modifications. Kevin R Dunn: Hi Team. Usually I love this Burger King compared to most throughout the Raleigh area because it is cleaner and run better than the rest. The reason why I marked down the atmosphere today though, was I cam in after the Cars andncoffee event to enjoy some good food and cool air and unfortunately found the A/C off in the place on a 90 degree day. It was easily 85 inside the restaurant. Does not make for comfortable eating. So I ended up eating put in my truck with the A/C on. Shouldn't have to do that.

Karen Miller: I asked for cheese and extra onions on the 2 whoppers I ordered. When I got home with my food, I could tell that 1 of whoppers had been sitting around and they unwrapped it and added a piece of cold cheese that didn't melt and no extra onions were added. The other whopper had just been made with melted cheese and extra onions like I ordered. It was delicious!!

Jack Walton: Burger King was on top of their game today. For 2pm, it was busy with a line that was moving quickly. They had the second window open to separate payments and pickup. I had several custom changes to my burger which they got correct. I love how easy it is to customize your food on the app. The staff could not have performed better!

Steven Navarra: The food is subpar, service is slow, and the property (building interior and exterior) is run down. I appreciate the fact they have planted based options, but my money would be better spent elsewhere.Vegetarian options: You can veganize your impossible burger by subtracting dairy based options. Also staff has been trained to cook impossible burgers on a nonmeat surface when asked to (I believe they microwave them).

Yolanda James: Tried this location two days in a row. Both days the fires taste like they were cooked in old grease. Also you will be in the drive-thru for about 15:00 minutes. The lady is nice but I think she's running the register and cooking as well. won't be back.

amy shue: i don’t know how bad you can get. i make a mobile order i go through the drive thru they confirm my order. i get asked to pull up as they make the order. i waited over 20 minutes. i decide to go inside. order still isn’t made and new customers are walking out back to back with their orders. i got to the point i wanted a refund. the older rude woman from the drive thru microphone refused to help and said to contact the app instead. it’s fast food not rocket science. train your reps to actually help especially when the rep who had me wait was the first cause of the problem
