Felicia Glenn: Trip was booked for Northside Elementary’s 4th grade beach trip …. The bus DID NOT SHOW!! Luckily Holiday Tours was contacted and saved the day for the kids……. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism that happened today. Needless to say, Academy’s services will no longer be used.
Eric Webb: Even though there were contracts and an invoice, they ghosted an elementary school for a beach field trip. 100 kids up at 4 AM with no bus. Field trip canceled. Do not rely on them.

Maria Elena: This company was used for my son's field trip. The bus had no air on in 34 degree weather(we froze for the entire 3 hours), the wifi was HORRID, and the in bus movie kept freezing and skipping.
Letisha Cobb: Who in 2019 uses noisy compression brakes on a tour bus. That's redneck all the way. Very noisy inside. Not recommended. Rode the bus at PNC Arena and had to listen to those brakes all the way. Not familiar with compression brakes...google it before booking...
Jessica Parris: Academy bus partners with the Carolina hurricanes and takes fans downtown after games (A great way to try to prevent drinking and driving and do something cool for fans to avoid traffic at PNC). One night I left my purse (along with my keys, wallet, whole life)... the bus company actually reached out to me personally and Claire Smith who works for Academy Bus was incredibly professional, easy to work with and most of all HUMAN. She cared that someone was missing a lot of the things that make daily life difficult when you don’t have them and very promptly contacted me not even 1 hour after the bus company openex on Monday morning to arrange when I could get it back. Thank you to Claire and Academy for being a company that cares about the people they serve. I appreciate y’all!!!

Morgan Weir: Rating 5 stars because I work at this location and the cleaning crew works hard to make sure the buses go out looking perfect, the mechanics work hard to make sure the buses go out running perfect, and the bus drivers work hard to make sure everything is perfect!
dcOdr: While the buses were clean and well kept, the driver was rude. Upon commenting on the driver, another driver asked why he would even need to talk to us. I thought that good customer service was a good enough reason but according to their standards, it was not.

Jason Walsh: I have been late for my connecting buses due to delays. But the lady that works at this station seems to know what she's doing. Great attitude and knowledge or her job.

Christopher: The bus stations can be pretty rough and greyhounds are pretty rough sometimes but the drivers and staff are nice if you are nice back. Overall they get you around at an excellent price but with some long layovers. Overall they do a good job at the price but it can improve.

Solèy Enki: If I could rate 0.5 stars I would. The only things that makes this a cut above other buses is 1. workers clean the bus, 2. there is temperature control, 3. no smoking or drinking on the bus, 4. have the wear earphones... Otherwise very bad customer service and a bad overall experience. The workers are very agitated within themselves, so they get a really, really nasty attitude with you, the customer. They get agitated when you ask questions, or dont know where to go (and they dont necessarily tell you where to go). From the food service workers, to the people working the platform -- their attitude makes you afraid or apprehensive in going to them for a question or to receive customer service. There is no public announcement system, so the workers have to yell at you -- which makes them normalize yelling at you. It seems that they dont have proper training in how to announce bulletin to customers, or training in crowd control. A few of the workers do not speak English very well (they also are not trained in Spanish or other languages), so their lack of enunciation or pronunciation or general diction makes you confused about their announcements. You literally cannot understand some of them. They think its ok to yell at customers and berate them, telling customers that they arent listening or arent doing something right, when customers are simply confused and would like reassurance when traveling. Me and a few other customers told the platform man "Whitehead" or something his coworkers called him, that their customer service is poor, for yelling at us -- he cursed and yelled at us, and threatened us.They dont wear nametags so we never can report the problems directly to corporate... so a lot of these complaints just dont get resolved, which makes us customers feel like we got conned for our money. I suggest Undercover Boss cover Greyhound -- they really need to clean up their customer service workers.I would rather travel with Akai Bus LLC than with Greyhound. I would rather travel any other way than with Greyhound -- I cannot say that I will travel with them ever again.

Christine Dennis: Lewis calmed our fears. Our wedding weekend at Duke Chapel and the Carolina Inn took place when there were HOME football games in both places with no parking for guests! Oh my Goodness! Lewis and his team transported everyone on beautiful, clean shuttles from a central location to all the venue locations. They provided signs in the bus window, waters, and extra special 'guest relations'. Oh - and did I mention the hurricane? Yes, it was raining too. They even helped guests stay dry and comfortable. Their timing and communications with the wedding coordinator about arrivals and drop-offs went very smoothly. And one more thing - when one guest arrived too late to catch the shuttle, Lewis drove him to the chapel in his own private vehicle - now THAT is amazing customer service. This team was so easy to work, professional, and delightfully reassuring. We had enough wedding details to handle - it was great to have Triangle Corporate Coach setting the tone for a beautiful wedding event.

We mad eseveral changes while planning and had a complicated itinerary that included two hotels and multiple trips, and the TCC staff handled it easily. Lewis was even nice enough to upgrade us to a larger vehicle when we expressed concerns about passenger overflow. Vehicles were spacious, clean, quiet, and beautiful.

I made a reservation for a person to be picked-up at their residence, driven to the airport to meet their family member, and for both parties to be driven back to the residence. The reservation process was very easy and customer friendly due to the courteous efforts of Cindy and DeShawna, and the charges/fees were very reasonable.I received applicable email information, to include Reservation Confirmation, Chauffeur Assignment Notice, and a 24 Hour Reservation Reminder; moreover, I received timely updates regarding flight information and the Trip Status, i.e., "Chauffeur Is On The Way," etc. The chauffeur, Mr. Robert Kingsbery, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional as he helped provide the parties with an enjoyable and safe trip. Pick-ups were spot on, when there were flight changes - Tiffany told me before I heard about it from my clients. Drivers were professional, polite and friendly. And I mean real down south hospitality type friendly. All of the equipment, from SUVs to large buses were immaculate.As a meeting planner, I have moved large groups up to 1,600 pp. From now on, Tiffany at TCC will be my first and only call for ground transportation.
