Greg Hanoian: LA did an amazing job in the sales cycle for a new Palisade. This car market is crazy with wait times, LA was always accessible and graciously worked with me when I was annoying him for status updates. Great experience and will buy here again if the situation calls for it.
Ihab Lewis: horrible communication, vehicles always get lost and never able to find somebody to give me an update. Also, we have dropped off serval vehicles and they were there for a month for a state inspection or another vehicles picked up when it’s been fixed but it’s not been touched and I have to bring it back too much business not enough staffing it’s a chaos. I spoke to many managers, including the general managers before and the problem never got solved. Glen Simmonds: Scheduled a 60,000 mile service for my Sonata. Was told it would be about a 2 hour wait when I scheduled it. I brought it in for an 11:30AM appointment. After waiting for 3 hours I asked about the status and was told that "the service was finished but they were recommending 5 items". Those 5 items are supposed to be part of this service and they hadn't started on them or even asked if I wanted them done. I told them to do it since I was already there. Finally got the car after another 2 ½ hours, yes 5 ½ hours total and the bill was close to $1200!Service:Auto maintenance

The only reason I rated a one star is because it took 3 1/2 hours to do a tire rotation and oil change with an 8 am appointment. I feel that is way to long for that. Not sure if they are over booking or what? May need to look at scheduling especially due to very limited parking and getting in and outService:Oil change

Leith Nissan Service Department: what do users think?
Krishnakant Rawle: Not at all happy with invoice details and communication.I had my regular car servicing at this car service center. After regular car service, they gave me 275$ labour charges, 135 $ as parts charged and added 30$ as misc charges. Also they told me that car wash is not working for that day. I paid my charges and came home. I saw comments “ customer declined car wash”. This is printed on invoice. I called back to ask about what are miscellaneous charges for and why car wash was mentioned as defined by me. I was diverted to service advisor’s voice mail. No one responded back so far.Services:Tire rotations,Oil change

William: Could've been great, but they made themselves look bad by adding shady-sounding fees.The total on the electronic invoice they text you is higher than the dollar amounts listed on it.If you look at the paper copy, they add sketchy-sounding charges to the bottom of the last page, like "Customer pay supplies for repair order" (this was for an oil change).

We ordered it went to pick it up took it home called the locksmith and the locksmith proceeds to tell us that Nissan should have given us a code and cut the key that comes in the fob. 🙄 If Nissan knew that we would need it why didn't they give it to us and cut the key. So next day we have to go back get it cut, call the locksmith and he proceeds to tell us it was cut wrong!!!!! 😠 So the locksmith charged us another 50.00 to cut a new key. 400.00 dollars later we can finally drive our car. It's like pulling teeth with Nissan. Never buying a Nissan.....

S. Graham: (06-23-23) I have bought five cars from this dealership and had the intention to buy the 6th when the '24's come in. I brought my newest one in today to be serviced and the check-in tech decided it was time to argue with me even though I had thoroughly researched the problem and tried to offer feedback. Apparently, as the owner you have no insight even though you're in the vehicle everyday. This guy was rude, belligerent and, apparently, he really didn't like the fact that I might know more than him. I don't think I'm going to come back to this dealership. I'll give someone else my loyalty because my loyalty is never reciprocated by Auto Park Honda. Sorry, Auto Park, you can thank your service department for the loss of any future purchases.Today's visit was a service visit, Oil Change, always a pleasant experience but, as anywhere else, bring something, besides your watch, that passes time. You will wait at least an hour or two. They will, of course, try to upsell services so, be prepared.The coffee is back; bonus.It was a wonderful experience a few years ago when we bought our first vehicle. Today's purchase was just as easy to find and made agreeable in price thanks to Jackson and his professional approach towards such a major purchase.

AJ Stephens: Got a 2014 Honda CRV from them, immediately after driving it off the lot car started vibrating on the interstate. I brought it back a couple days later and they put brand new tires on and most likely an alignment and seemed to fix the issue… about a month later from buying it I got an oil change and they found the transmission fluid practically empty and dirty.. now, not even a year later seems like the transmission is going out.. I can barley speed up and my car seems like it’s dying.. seems like they didn’t check the car over properly before selling it to me and I will not be going back to this dealership again..
