Keegan Fowler: Called and got a quote for a product and was told to call back to confirm and order. 3 days later and 20+ phone calls I have been ignored. Left voicemails with contact information and everything. Seems like they have better things to do than sell their products. Called the Raleigh Leonard’s and purchased the product over the phone in less than 10 minutes, and they charged me $120 less for the same exact product.

Jim Royal: I purchased a BAK Revolver X4s Bed Cover for my 2021 Tacoma in the Spring of 2022 at the store on Capital Blvd. They did a great job of scheduling and installing the cover. Recently, I had an issue with the slats near the tailgate in the rollup cover. I went to Leonard. They filed the warranty for me. Two weeks later they called and had a new cover to install. I scheduled an appointment and took the truck to the store. In about 35 minutes they installed the new cover and I was on my way. The service was excellent. I have really enjoyed this bed cover and the warranty service was excellent.

When all the necessary parts didn't arrive in time to install the ECHO brake package and the Blue Ox TrackPro, they installed a loaner brake kit so I could safely tow to Jordan Lake for a planned shakedown weekend. My scheduled installation with all my ordered items went very smoothly and, once again, everyone explained how the system would work and what I needed to do. I also visited the Leonard's in Albemarle and they were helpful as well. I think this is a very "customer service-oriented" company and would recommend their services to anyone!

David Murphy: Purchased a Truxedo bed cover here in 2014. I noticed it wasn't staying tight and rolling up as it had done so many times. I called and talked to Russel, explained my problem. He asked if I could bring it by so he could take a look. Took him about 10 minutes to see the problem, took about 15 minutes to call and order the replacement parts and a week later it took about 45 minutes for them to fix the issue. My Truxedo bed cover is as good as new.On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Russell a 20. Leonard stands by their products. Ask for Russell, he's the best.

Scott Garfield: I Worked with Russell to purchase a 6x10 aluminum trailer and all of the accessories needed to trailer our Can AM Spyder. This was my first time trailering anything so not a lot of experience. Russell could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to purchase to make sure that I had everything that I needed. He spent probably three hours showing me how to use everything and doing a couple of dry runs to make sure that I was comfortable . Jared Ollison: I dropped my dump trailer off to Leonard’s Trailers on Capital Blvd. for repairs just before going out of town for a week. While on vacation I received a text message to call the office about my trailer. I called and I was informed that my trailer was ready and that there was no charge for the repairs. I asked why there was no charge and they told me that they identified some wires that they incorrectly installed several months ago when I dropped the trailer off for repairs a previous time and that was causing me the problems with my trailer. They could have easily told me something different and charged me some money, but they didn’t. As a retired law enforcement officer and a disabled veteran, I applaud the team at Leonard trailers for their professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, we live in a day and time where we don’t always have positive experiences in or at repair facilities. Charles Williams III: Will never go to this place again in my life. I needed some vinyl bed rails put on my truck and they initially told me $80 because they would have to take my bed cover out in order to install the bed rails. I made an appointment for a week later. I get there and they tell me that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to put the bed rails on like they’re suppose to go on because it’s not enough room for the bed rails to fit properly so that the bed cover could shut. So they recommended cutting them and just sticking them on the sides. I said ok well that shouldn’t take long so the price should go down right? Wrong, they said it would still take the same amount of time because it would take time to cut them to the right size they needed to be. I was already frustrated because they told me they could do it and then I get there and they tell me something totally different. So I told them to go ahead and put them on. They literally cut 2 strips and stuck them on each side of my truck. Can I say that again? 2 strips. I can cut this vinyl with a pair of scissors. It doesn’t take that long at all. The vinyl has adhesive tape on it so all you do is stick it to the truck. Not hard at all right? For some professionals, that would literally take about 5 minutes to do. Why did they charge me $50??????????? Totally unacceptable. Totally ridiculous. If they had any type of good customer service, they would have told me that that’s really something I could do by myself and that they wouldn’t want to take my money for something as simple as that. I’m surprised they lowered it to $50. But still, that’s not my point. My point is, they shouldn’t have taken advantage of the situation just to make a quick dollar.

Adalys Hernandez: I took my truck to install lifted suspension and i got the truck back with the front way higher than the back even though I asked for it to be leveled. Took the truck back and they denied their mistake and said that I asked for the front to be higher, I know I did not ask for that because I find that look to be ridiculous. I was then told I'd have to pay additional hundreds for the problem to be fixed. Thanks for installing the suspension but I only like to give business to places who are honest and have integrity, your reputation should be more important then making an extra couple hundred bucks

Sam: I met Chad at one point, very respectful and easy to work with. However, most of my dealings were with Boston. I took my 07 JK into the their shop as a last resort. I have spent a lot of time, money, sweat and blood trying to get my lift kit and suspension done right and I still had the death wobble.I dropped the JK off on the way outta town for a business trip. Boston said he would have his techs look at it and let me know what was wrong. Save one minor adjustment that needed to be made (less than 100 for the part), they couldn’t find a problem. So Boston brought in techs from the area to give their opinion. In the end, they decided to replace the offending part, rebalance my rubber and re-aligned all four tires....all at a price that shows that Boston’s commitment to his customers is about their happiness and not just making money off of people because he can. He has earned my business from here on out and my recommendation to anyone.

The product it’s self is beautifully crafted and easy to install. The weight of the knob is more subtle than I expected but feels perfect while going between gears. Truly feels made for the car. Not only were they responsive throughout, but went above and beyond to get me a replacement way faster than anticipated. Teri Alumbaugh: WOW...I'm not at all sure how to describe this company's customer service. Poor-bad. Those are words that come to mind but they don't accurately define how rude and dishonest Garrett was during the process of getting my son his gift. YOU DO NOT LIE!!! We are on back order is truthful. We custom make or make to order each item it such bull and any sensible person will see right through it. That wasn't bad enough...I have a few back and forth emails that he says one thing and another is done and then when I called him on it he had another excuse. He said in email your order will be shipped out early next week. I waited the entire week and when no shipping number came to me I called him in it AGAIN-amazingly he was able to scrounge around and get my sons order together and ship it out. You should never have to threaten a business to get results. Said business should either be legitimate or honest that they order from other countries and are on back order. I don't have any idea how the product is-it hasn't reached my son yet-but the business part of this business is very poor and maybe should have a different face of the business. I have emails to prove everything I have said to add to my review should this business try to fight my review

Carolina Elite Ventures: Needed driveline service with very short notice bc I’m taking my Porsche Cayenne Gts on a rally. They promptly got it scheduled, were highly communicative through the whole process, and their payment processing system is very convenient (surprisingly hard to find this at independents). My GTS was serviced perfectly in time for my trip and it drives better than I remember when I first bought it! They can 100% service European vehicles, including Porsche (again hard to find, most are BMW/Benz only) FIVE STARS

SirJumpsAlot: I’ve taken both my Audi’s 2011 A5 / 2019 RS5 here. The staff is phenomenal. They’re upfront about pricing, and can get you, exactly what you need. Just based on the customer service I would 20/10 recommend these guys.I had some parts ordered and it only took a few days. They got me in first thing in the morning when it fit my schedule.

Swansem Rivero: Purchased a set of what were supposed to be OEM brand new headlights, noticed one of them had black silicone sealant coming off the edges and taking over the housing lenses, I know this is not how it’s supposed to look because my previous OEM headlights didn’t look like this, I emailed them about this, no response….never buying anything again from themEdit: Greg reached out to me and was really helpful, explained to me these are purchased from a vendor, they don’t make them in-house, offered me a store credit or the option to replace them, thanks a lot!
