Tiffany Smith: Eric at this location was very rude and not helpful at all. He refused to help me and hung up the phone to end our conversation before it was over. I hope a manager sees this because I'm not sure that's how they want their associates to be treated.

L Jones: Awful! I went through a bank for my previous car loan and I should’ve went through the same bank for this car loan. I’m trying to refinance with someone else now. STAY AWAY! Customer service is useless and never friendly. Go someone else.
peter ross: They took $85 more than the last payment because they said their system shows my insurance lapse, but thats not true. They wanted a copy of my insurance policy. At the time I was on the phone with them I was driving home I asked my brother to send they a copy of the policy, he did last week. They still charge me $85 for their insurance. I called them today, the guy I spoke to was a real A hole. I wish I didn't do business with them. Currently I am in my bank waiting for a financial advisor to refinance my car. This is the worst experience I had buying a car.
Kaylie Walkington: Made the mistake of financing our used auto with loan, only to realize after getting the bill that our interest rate was 14.9%! Refinanced through our personal credit Union for 2.99%. It’s been 2 weeks since my bank overnighted the payoff check and it’s still sitting on someone’s desk waiting to be deposited- and they charged me the payment anyways. Staff not friendly or helpful
Crystal Thomas: They are the worse. My daughter let her car insurance lapse and they added their own with a high price. They kept adding on to it, so she went from $175 car payment to nearly $425 and when she got her own they tried to tell her they had to extend it and still they kept adding on. This is one time I agreed with letting a car go. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Benjamin Allen: I am trying to expand my business which is doing very well but needed a small overdraft facility. I came across Carolina Finance on a google search and I'm so pleased that I found them. My agent was very helpful and explained everything to me. They got me a couple of different options to choose between. This has meant that I can now go ahead with my expansion plans. They kept me in the loop at all times and I am very happy with the customer service. Highly recommended!
Ykoia Cook: Worst car loan company ever . I wish I would have did my research and googled the reviews before I purchased a car with them . All they do is harass you and call your phone non-stop , send emails harassing you as if they don’t have all your information . If your payment is due on a certain date & if you haven’t paid by 12pm or maybe 3pm it depends what type of mood you are in they will start calling your phone non stop but then tell you , you have a 5 day grace period arrangement with them . ASHLEY DEYAO IS BEYOND RUDE I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INCIDENTS WITH HER . Another guy in the office name Kendrick he is also very rude and unprofessional . I have several screenshots where he have contacted me through email and I will sending this information over too corporate. Just about everyone is this office is rude . How do these ppl even have a JOB STILL ? The only one that have good customer service is a young lady name Brittany she is very nice and understanding . Also their branch manager mark is very professional. I don’t think I will go another year using this company I just don’t want anything to affect my credit . But I will never use them again and I would never refer them too anymore . I’ll rather walk !

Piffanie Roberson: I paid off my vehicle June 2019 and has not received my title yet. But if your payment was due 01/03 they start calling 12/31 reminding you 😂😂😂. Bad business!
Janice Jones: I paid off my loan in April and haven't received title as of yet. In recent years never had a problem until now that I paid off my loan early doesn't want to give me my title, Why? I have no ideal. Looks like I have to make a trip to Cary, NC to get some things straight.

David Robertson: These people finance lots who have cars put together with bandaids. With no warranty or extended warranty coverage available. I had a car financed through these people and over two years later these people keep adjusting the amounts owed after a charge off. Which completely violates the FTC and the FCRA. All three of the major credit Burroughs are investigating this company to see how many times they are doing this especially after the loan was in charge off status. I’ve personally obtained an attorney and he states what they are doing is violating the FCRA and holds them liable.
