One Two: Stay away from this place! These guys are the inspection zealots of Cary, they will find any reason to fail you!! Aaron Eastman especially!! He damaged my car, doesn't know how to use a floor jack and to add insult to injury he got in my car after laying on the dirty, greasy and grimy floor and permanently stained my seat!!!There are better, more professional and sensible inspection stations in Cary, this place needs to be shut down for good!!

Drake Powell: DO NOT GO HERE. They sabotaged my car by putting transmission fluid in the brake fluid and then acted like I had done it. Before coming here for an inspection the hood of my car hadn’t been opened in over 6 months. There’s no other possible way the fluids could’ve gotten messed up.

Apogee Childers: Been inspected here two years in a row. I always manage to show up when there's barely, if any, wait. The inspection is quick and painless, and I don't feel like they are gouging me for it. Barely even took 15 minutes. I've not tried anyone else, and I don't feel the need to.

Time for the inspection was normal (about 15 minutes) and both employees were wearing masks while I was there. Waited outside, so very little exposure. As far as inspection stations go, I thought that they were very good.

Mohamed Said: Just trying to find anything wrong with your car lights to ask to fix it or your car not pass the inspection.last year they charge me 27$ over to change light bulb and I did a mistake when I went this year again they asked to change the same light bulb which isn’t effect because there’s other light beside it and they add headlight aiming high bulb may be in wrong.I will sell my car better than to go back to done my car inspection by the way my car is too old

E N: Great guys! Got propane quick and decent price. They charge by the gallon on fill. 👍🏻If you are staying at the state fairgrounds campground this is super close and easy to get to for propane for your RV.

Lyneka: I have had multiple cars serviced multiple times at Cary Car Care and am always impressed by their level of service, communication, and the quality of their work. They have multiple avenues to communicate with you regarding the needs and status update on your car. in addition, every interaction is pleasant and the service is quick. One thing I really appreciate is on two occasions, they have squeezed me in so my car would be road trip ready. They are busy so you definitely want to schedule ahead as much as you can, but they are definitely worth it. I am a loyal customer here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Saurabh Soni: Took my 2010 Camry LE in for an AC repair. Sam & the team did an excellent job overall. Very satisfied. Sam, in particular, handled the advisory role very well. He recommended that we get the AC system diagnosed first to determine root cause before we go replacing parts. Turns out that the car didn’t need a new AC compressor that I was previously told by another shop. They checked the system for leaks and flushed it, refilled it with the right amount and also added 2 quarts of engine oil upon finding that the levels were low. There was absolutely no pushing or pressuring me into buying a service or part that wasn’t needed. That, in and off itself, is amazing. Lots of shops try to cross-sell, up-sell but Cary Car Care did not. I’m glad I went there, and I will again as and when needed. They are locally owned family business and I highly recommend anyone who wants their car to be taken care of properly and avoid the myriad of shady tactics that other shops employ.Service:Air conditioning

They diagnosed my car fixed took pictures and was very detailed, they even have an online system that is easy to use and understand, showing you exactly all updates on my vehicle. I was called and informed and even texted of the progress. The best experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. Minet was amazing and was super friendly and honest. I decided to fix the car even though it was going to cost close to the its value and even after she recommended that it may still cause the problems, and took a chance. So far so good, car good to go and working even better than before. Found my new Mechanic and will recommend them to everyone. Its no wonder they have the highest reviews out of all the auto shops in Cary.

Lisa Clark: Went to Cary Car Care (CCC) needing an air sensor fixed and the brakes checked out. Some brake work was needed so both fixes were done. One week later, I took my car for its yearly NC inspection and was told there was a real problem with the brakes, and it wouldn’t pass inspection. I came back to CCC and they acknowledged that it wasn’t safe to drive now. They had only done front brake work and back brake work was also needed. They didn’t charge me for adjustments to the front brake work, which was good. After the back brake work was done and I went for pick-up, I was informed that one of my hubcaps was lost during the test drive and that they would order me a replacement. I called back 2 times and was told an operations manager would call me back with an update. Never happened...My husband tried calling, left a message, and never received a call back. I called again and got put on hold for an operations manager, but had to wait so long, that I got transferred to voice mail. I left a message to give me a call back and it never happened. All totaled, I gave them over 6 weeks to resolve this issue. I spent $4,000 for all of this work, never heard back, and never got my missing hubcap. Their slogan is “It must be right, or we’ll make it right”. Apparently, that isn’t true for this customer’s experience...no more Cary Car Care for me.Services:Brakes,Auto emissions testing

Chef: I wish I could leave negative stars. Called this morning, and politely introduced myself asking if there was a wait for inspections. I was told there would be no wait if I wasn't on the phone. Headed to the location that I thought I called, and was told I was at the wrong location. I called the other location, which had a different phone number to ask if there was a wait. Apparently, it was the same person I just spoken to you, who informed me that he just spoke to me, and hung up. When I arrived, the gentleman recognized me, and seemed extremely annoyed that I had called, stating that it's not complicated, it's just an inspection. I attempted to explain, but he would seemed uninterested. I asked if he prefer to go somewhere else, and he said yes.I originally chose this place, because of the good ratings. Maybe he was just having a bad day, or maybe you should find a job that is something other than customer service oriented.

Angela: Tim, the owner, comes across to me as an old fashioned, down to earth, straight forward, get to business, honest mechanic. I found this place via Google, and other positive reviews made me hopeful. I'm so glad they were spot on. My tire was leaking air when i arrived. I thought the bead needed to be resealed and he was willing to reseat the bead on the tire. However when he pulled it off, he discovered the wheel was cracked. He called me into the shop to show me, and gave me options on fixing it (repair or but another). His team member called a contact of his for repair, and called another to get a quick quote on a replacement. He then suggested i get on eBay to look around too. I took his advice, called a few repair places to figure out pricing and then checked eBay for options. eBay had the most affordable alternative, but i wanted a professional opinion on which of them to buy. He was kind enough to let me stop by, show him the pictures, and gave me his recommendation. He also let me have the part shipped to the shop directly so i wouldn't have to lug it over. He didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis (maybe because it was a matter of minutes), nor his time giving me his opinion. I glad i could finally pay him for his help when i returned to have the new part put in! In my opinion, he earned it! I was also grateful for how affordable it was. This location is for quick jobs, and i definitely think they go pretty quick. If you have any sensitivity to smoke, be forewarned that the scent can be around at times. However unless you have serious issues or conditions with it, then i think this is a minor matter that should be overlooked for the quality of workmanship, speed, integrity and affordability. I plan to bring my car to him for other items in the future to see if these qualities remain consistent
