Micah Clinkscales: Most dealership services are concerned with making money and not the wellbeing of their customers, so it's understandable that the service advisor will attempt to convince customers that certain services are needed, with them normally getting paid commission, regardless of necessity.Chance Caraway, among other staff, avoids communicating the cost of additive services until time of payment, including the apparent increased cost of labor. It does appear that Leith Audi condones dishonest behavior which seems to support a "we got you" environment.So if you want to avoid paying over $900 for a service, I'd recommend you to find alternative facilities.

Brian DeJong: Scheduled an appointment for service, and they were booked out 6 weeks. Called the weekend before the appointment just to make sure we were still good to go as it was an early drop off with a loaner vehicle and was told they had no record of the appointment. Ended up calling the other Audi dealers in the area, and another one got me in right away. So, sorry, but if this is how they operate, I would rather drive out of my way to the dealer who takes care of the customer.
Amy Emanuel: Very disappointed with my service here. I made an appointment to see a vehicle, as I live about 90 minutes away from dealership. On my way to the dealership, the salesman called and let me know that the car was under a pending sale. I thanked him for letting me know, so that I didnt have to waste my time and gas. Later on that evening, he called me and let me know the deal fell through and the car was still available. I immediately made an appointment for 10:00 am the next morning, he assured me , he would pull the car to the side for me. The next morning, he calls around 9:15 to make sure I was still coming, I told him, I was en route and would arrive at exactly 10:00am. I pull up and ask for the salesman, Brian he walks over and says, I have bad news, the car just sold 10 minutes ago. I ask him, but I thought you pulled it to the side for me, he says, I did but it got sold. I understand things happen, but its wrong to tell me its pulled to the side, if its still a chance that it would be sold. It was an awesome deal, but I never would have drove up there , if I knew he wasn't being honest, about holding it.

I when I arrived, the service advisor Mr. Hogg was out on break. Ms. Yost was available, and assisted with getting my car checked in the system. She apologized and explained that the mechanics are busy with other vehicles, and car will be worked on tomorrow. I explained that I have an extended warranty with Endurance, that includes tire warranty. The next day, I picked up my car. Ms. Yost completed the Endurance form and faxed to Endurance. She apologized that car was unable to be fixed yesterday. Ms. Yost was extremely kind. She was God sent. She had a caring spirit, and very personable personality. Thank You Ms. Yost for showing up and being you. I Truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me. It meant a lot.This review is for Jared HoggMr. Hogg assisted with two unplanned need of car repairs. In early June and late May 2023. I had a flat tire and engine problem. Mr.Hogg was helpful and explained all that was needed for the engine. After, I explained that I needed my vehicle back by a certain date, Mr. Hogg accommodated my requests. However, there was an issue by the Mechanic, Mr. Hogg called and provided an update. In knowing my concern and need to have my vehicle returned by a certain date, Mr. Hogg apologized and made sure I had a loner vehicle for one extra day. Thank You Mr. Hogg for your assistance!

Melonie Sellers: Recently, I was just cleaning out my glove compartment and the wheel lock key was not in there, only the little holding pouch. They used it at my most recent oil change/tire rotation service.I’ve been trying to reach the service manager for 2 going on 3 weeks but have not been successful. I just want them to check to see if the wheel lock key is laying around in the shop since I have the serial numbers and Julian date in that pouch they could refer to. if they are not successful I would ask that they purchase a new one for me. However, each time I speak to a customer rep, they cannot locate an email for the service manager and ask for my email and number instead. This is ridiculous to try this hard to reach someone there! I will not be going back unless they attempt to make this wrong right. My advice, I’d they have to use ANY of your personal equipment to perform service on your vehicle, make sure it’s noted on the service notes and you verify it’s been returned. Obviously, this shop is not run by integrity.

Chad Thomason: Extremely terrible service. I took my 2010 Dodge Charger in because it was running hot, wouldn’t even start & there was a recall on the airbag & the engine light was on. The recommendation was to install a cooling fan & a new battery. The day after I picked my car up from being fixed, I noticed that the thermostat needle stayed on “C” all the way to work & the morning after. Then the engine light came back on. I called the dealership back & was instructed to bring it back in. Now they are saying that I needed a new thermostat switch & possibly a fuel pump but said to start with the thermostat switch. I had to pay for the second fix as well as the first. I was told that this is common when installing cooling fans on older model vehicles.

David J: Recently needed to obtain my radio unlock code due to an issue with the fuse. Called the Service Dpt first to see if it could be done over the phone and was told "no" it has to be done in-person due to security issues. Fair enough. Confirmed I did not need an appointment and can walk up to Svc Dpt. Drive to the dealership and go to service dept. First person tells me they need to take my radio out to get it. That individuals is then told to have me go to Parts Dpt as they can help look it up via an app. Go to Parts and I'm told someone in Service can help me.....brought back to the initial person who thought it was on the back of the radio??? Directed to another individual in the Parts Dpt. After verifying my ID and registration the search begins for who actually has access to the code app. Turns out NOBODY in Leith Auto Park Jeep can do this...at least anyone working that day. Evidently only certain managers have access and they're not working on the weekend and I will need to try and obtain it at another time. From the initial phone call to having to waste time actually going to the dealership, it's concerning the lack of knowledge and waste of time for something as simple as obtaining a code. Not how I envision spending my Saturday.On the plus side, I did want to call-out Kevin in Parts who did all he could do. He attempted to contact multiple individuals/mgrs on their cells but no luck.
Nathan Van Gheem: They were responsive and tried to help it seemed but these places just seem focused on figuring out ways to give you the most expensive possible service and not actually focused on cost effective maintenance.I had engine sputtering and performance problems. I explained it to them. Their solution in the end was over 1k$ in work for replacing spark plugs and to not actually fix the problem.In the end, it was an air fuel mixture problem and all I had to do was clean the valve, sensor and replace air filter.Watched a YouTube video, $50 in parts and 2 hours of my amateur labor. Super simple fix. Why didn't they try? Or even look?Really disappointed.I recommend finding a local trustworthy shop. I have one I normally go to. For this problem I thought the dealership who saw problems on my vehicle type more often would have a better idea with engine problems. My local shop would have charged $0 if they didn't know how to fix the problem.I don't think the people that work at these places are necessarily bad or anything like that. It just seems like at some point, the incentives aren't aligned for cost effective maintenance. They are looking at my vehicle, have it there and would love to find a way to squeeze more money out of the stay. Even if they aren't quite sure, why not do this additional 1k thing, etc. Can't hurt! Well, it hurts my pocket book and trust!
Dmitriy Gordiyenko: I'm a fan of Jeep, but their service was disappointing, loss of money and time.I went to the service because I heard a knock in the suspension. I asked them to do a diagnostic.I was told that the knock in the suspension is due to the fact that they are struts worn out. And that it doesn't pose any danger. However, the noise began to increase in a couple of weeks and I drove to another place, where they immediately showed me that the suspension support was broken and the wheel was about to lie on its side or come off. It is very dangerous. I paid three times as much as a regular service because I think they know Jeep better than anyone.By the way, actually struts and shocks in good condition.They also left the cabin air filter in a disassembled state just lying on the floor in the car and returned the car to me in this form (they just forgot to put it back after checking).

I told them every now and then it stalls to start with the push button. They couldn't fit me in due to being short staffed and now I'm on the side of the road and vehicle won't start! Plus it's saying my park brake now needs to be serviced.
J B: I brought my Jeep here for service and after they had it for 6 hours for basically an oil change and inspection, I received a phone call giving me the list of issues that sometimes goes with an oil change, as well as being told my oil change and passing inspection was done, a $1300 quote later i told him i would just take the services i went in for, he went on to tell me he would call when my jeep was ready, 20 mins later i was walking into dealership when i received a phone call that my jeep was done, BUT my jeep did not pass inspection because of my tinted windows… so it was passed while we were on the phone, but failed after i wouldn't give you $1300 to fix my jeep… I brought my Jeep here because I wanted someone trusted to be working on it, rather than the usual Firestone.. but at least I had no issues getting an inspection sticker ANYWHERE else.

Erick Caba: I’ve just recently purchased a used car from the lot. Had a great experience with miss Taylor. She wasn’t pushy or nonchalant which I think made me really consider going through the experience start to finish. I also enjoyed the fact that we could have a friendly conversation during the whole experience which made things go smooth IMO.

Upon first service at the dealership, they informed me of all sorts of problems-- cabin air filter had never been replaced; engine air filter did not fit the vehicle; brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant all low and dirty. It appears none of what you'd consider basic maintenance had been done on the car before they re-sold it! I'd request a pre-purchase evaluation of any vehicle at the very least if I considered buying from here again

Barbara Johnson: My experience was very positive. I went in for factory recalls. Nick, my service representative was pleasant and helpful. My car was done quicker than I thought it would be and Nick even helped me with a battery for my remote key. I spent almost 3 hours waiting for the recalls to be done on my car, but it was productive work time for me because of the very nice new workspace provided for computer users. i would highly recommend this facility to other Honda owners.

Wei Liu: Horrible experience. I came to the service to change oil and rotate my tyres. After I got my car back in one hour, the right front tyre is still at the right front position. "Luckily" there is a scratch on that wheel, otherwise I won't know it and paid for nothing. After I complained it , they redid it and now it's on the right side of the rear position. Omg, Is it the correct way to rotate the tyres? How could this be done as a Honda service?

Asked me the right questions to determine my concerns and then got the process started - he then reminded me of the lounge areas. He followed up w/ a text. The service tech sent me a video of his findings and let me know they were checking to see what my extended warranty would cover. Tony followed up w/ the info concerning the warranty and proceeded. When the work was completed, they reviewed the status of the service and then the cashier took care of my payment in a very pleasant and personal manner. Bought the Passat new from Leath and they continue to take great care of me and the car. I recommend the dealership frequently. Thank you!
Phooi Lim: One of the two issues was satisfactorily and professionally dealt with. The other issue concerning echo on the receiving end of phone line, unfortunately, was not resolved. We were told that Volkswagen is aware of the problem and is working to find a solution, but hasn't come up with the solution at the moment. We appreciate the company being upfront on the unresolved issue.

Simon Tisman: Do noDo not trust this dealer! They do not stand behind their products! I had a 5 year warranty on a car and called service to schedule an appointment two weeks before my warranty expiration date. They scheduled service for the VERY NEXT DAY AFTER my 5 yr warranty expired. I asked if there was any possible way to schedule sooner, they said no, that was the soonest available appointment, so I scheduled the soonest available, thinking they would honor the warranty, since the issue was reported, recorded, and scheduled TWO WEEKS in advance of the expiration. By the way, other dealers were also booked up and unable to schedule appointments sooner. When I arrived, they said I would have to pay everything out of pocket! Maybe it was just a coincidence that the appointment was scheduled for the very next day after the 5 yr expiration. What I know for sure is that the decent thing to do would have been to honor the warranty since they were unable to schedule sooner. I tried speaking with the dealer’s general manager, but he would not budge, saying he would consider working with me if I had spent more money at his dealership in the past. I had my car serviced there before, but he said that since I did not regularly service my vehicle there, he didn’t even consider me a customer! What does that have to do with honoring a five year warranty that was built into the purchase price of the vehicle? I really wanted to believe that Volkswagen moved past their greedy, profit-crazed culture that came to a head with the huge international scandal a few years ago. But clearly, they still prioritize profits over people and integrity.
Jeff Groves: Tony pretty much knew what the issue was as soon as he took a look at my car. I appreciate his knowledge about the issue and his willingness to share that knowledge with me. Tony had the car in and out of service quickly and the issue was resolved the first time.
angel collazo: In general, everything was fine until the time of payment. It is the third car I buy at the dealer and every time I go to pay they do not accept the check from my bank company in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is part of the US and banks have the same laws and the same currency.

AYDIN SATICI: Oil change became $700 big issue in Leith VW Cary Service. Then I took mu passat to Fast Lube Plus repair shop. They changed the oil and filter in 20 minutes with no issue or problem. I do not know what happened in vw service in 1.5 hours I waited there with no reason. If there was a problem with drain cap why did not you tell me at the first minute once you check it.
