Kelly Pink: Filthy dirty office. Wrote a note to housekeeping in the dust in the blinds. Walls haven't been painted or cleaned in a long time. Talk about infectious control! Waiting on doctor.....he did yell for my husband from his exam room 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ok....love the doc so will up stars

Amanda MacDowell: Horrible experience. Office is not clean. Dr. Desai was not knowledgeable and extremely dismissive. The other nurses and people working in the office were distracted and/or rude. Please don’t trust any of the positive reviews of this office.

Randi Far: Could never get anyone to answer the phone. Called multiple times. Honestly it looks like they've filled their reviews with fake 5 stars in order to hide all of the bad ones. This place has customer service issues and refuses to engage with anyone for anything. I'll take my business to Duke Cardiology of Cary or WakeMed Heart & Vasc. gladly.

Syndee Peterson: Dr Garimella is by far the WORST doctor I have ever been to!! I got referred to this office by the ER. I have been experiencing dangerously high blood pressure, chest pain, shortness of breath a super bad headache and have passed out twice, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue! She had me in her office along with 2 other people and have absolutely no clue who they were. I believe my rights for privacy and HIPPA were definitely violated. Not only did she not introduce herself, she had zero bedside manners, was rude and condescending, showed no empathy or lack of concern. My pcp tried 3 different blood pressure meds and I had a allergic reaction to all 3 of them and definitely wanted me to see a cardiologist. I haven’t been on any BP meds meds for going on 2 weeks now My BP has been running around 180/120. I also told her that my symptoms were getting worse instead of better and she could of cared less. She didn’t start me on any new meds to try and get my BP and symptoms under control . I got the impression that she wasn’t taking me seriously and basically couldn’t careless what happens to me. She did NO exam and sat behind her desk the whole time. She was looking at the test results from the ER and was basing her determination off of that. She said could do a stress test and see me back in 4 weeks. I said what am I suppose to do in the mean time? She didn’t say word, are you freaking kidding me? I’m at a high risk for a heart attack and stroke .If I do have a heart attack or stroke she can count on a lawsuit, that’s not a threat it’s a promise!! She also spent less than 10 minutes with me and didn’t ask me any questions. If you are a new patient and are scheduled with her, I would highly recommend against it!! I left there in tears and feeling pretty hopeless!!

Carolyn Johnson: Dr. Husain was on duty at Big WakeMed when I came in by ambulance with a heart attack. She took care of the problem in the cath lab. 2 stents and three days later I was home. Great care!

Nermin Saad: The Dr. Was good but, the wait time was not professional. We waited in the waiting room over 35 min then we waited 30 min in the room waiting for the Cardiologist. An Office manager did come and speak with us to assure us that the office was aware of the ongoing issue and are trying to resolve the issue. New patients should be allowed a time slot that offers enough time for that doctor to introduce himself and to get to know the patient, while routine check ups should also have a designated time frame. Managing the doctors schedule plays a big role for the Doctor to deliver his skills without having to deal with angry patients that have been waiting so long.

LaRhonda Davis: I’ve had the worst experience with them. I was told results in 5-7 days and it’s been 14. They also falsified information on my medical record and told me they would be able to go back and fix it. Put down a BP but my BP was never taken during the visit. The nurse used the same BP that was on record a month prior. Currently trying to find a way to escalate this.

Linna Han: At first visit, they taped me a heart monitor. After 2 weeks work, i mailed the monitor to the company and wait for the result report. They said they will call me when they received the report. Another 2 weeks passed, nobody notified me any results. I called them, always robot is talking,  and nobody answer the phone for ever. But the bill is in time. Terrible experience.
