The drivers have all been professional, hospitable, and exact with the pick-up and destination. I have also found that they are affordable, in the realm of car services. Jan Fry: We hired Whte Horse Transportation for our sons wedding rehearsal in Chapel Hill. The drivers of both vehicles could not have been any more fabulous!
Bradley Rhodes: Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Distracted driver rear ended our new car doing $14,000 of damage. White Horse has completely fly-by-night insurance that took over 5 months and hundreds of unanswered communications to cover the claim. The owner of White Horse was didn't seem to care. Anyone that would climb in one of their vehicles and think they are insured properly is mistaken. I can only imagine what an injury claim would look like. The drivers seem to drive like maniacs rather than professionals. Be wary of them; your safety matters more.

Lori Angel: I would give no star if that was an option. I was referred to White Horse Limo by a customer who uses them on a regular basis. I mentioned this fact when I called. The trip time was set and the price agreed upon but when I mentioned that we should add a few additional minutes because a wheelchair is involved the dispatcher suddenly had no availability. It's challenging enough to travel in a wheelchair without feeling discriminated against.
Todd Williams: Great service for stress free traveling. We used them to and from the airport and very comfortable and professional. Easy to schedule and happy to accommodate.

The Finance Queen Inc.: Can I just say wow!!!! Absolutely wow!!!! This company is by far the best to work with in the area! I hosted an event with over 25 women and when I say the team at White Horse went over and beyond to accommodate us…that’s an understatement. They shuttled us back and forth between our restaurant and hotel! The van was extremely clean, smelled lovely, the driver was professional and super courteous! Literally from the booking of the transportation to the ride it was just a wonderful interaction!!! I look forward to working with this company in the near future. Oh and in terms of pricing, they are the best in the city. Don’t even waste your precious time looking around! The most affordable with the best experience.
