Kristin Frade: You HAVE to have his Parmesan garlic salad dressing! It's soooo good! Bill was the official caterer for a business program I was in and I have to say that receiving his meals was a highlight of the program for me. He always had a smile to greet us and we were very grateful for his service and talents.
nancy smyth: Bill catered an event for us a few weeks ago. The food was awesome! He was very patient and helpful as our plans kept changing. He easily adapted and offered help making good food decisions. My guests especially enjoyed the chicken salad in phyllo cups. The cupcakes were delicious. We had a guest who was eats gluten free. He was able to provide tasty alternatives for her as well. Thanks Bill !

The Catt: I have been ordering from Billiam's Cafe for my keto dietary needs, and his meals have been fabulous. I have enjoyed the keto pizza crusts, chicken, and especially the desserts. In particular, the Death by Chocolate miniature cheesecakes are so good, they don't even seem keto.The mac and cheese (definitely not keto) is great, and I've ordered it for my wife. I did take a nibble, and it was delicious.

I’ve tried a variety of his keto meals including the meatloaf, fried chicken, chicken salad and assorted desserts. Everything I ordered exceeded my expectations in flavor. And what tops the cake is that William will deliver the meals to your home or office and allow last minute add on items (based on availability) if you are having a particular craving!
