Melissa Roseboro: I placed an order earlier in the evening (around 9 pm) for pick up at 10:30 pm. The food was so cold and must have been sitting there since the order was placed. I thought the purpose of order ahead service was to be fresh at the time of pick up.I walked in at 10:31. Three employees looked at me and waited 5 minutes before coming to the front. The lady who gave me my food didn’t say one word. I told her my name and she handed me the bag. I don’t recommend this location. I’ll drive further for better service. I understand it was close to closing time but had the employees asked when I walked in, they would have known my order was sitting on the shelf getting colder.
Hewii Bee Music: So I ordered my food for lunch over the phone and wasn't told that they weren't accepting cash. Inconvenience. So some young light skin girl was on her phone while my food sat on the stand for over ten mins I sat there and seen her pick it up I am so disappointed in your services. I wanted a refund honestly but I needed the food for other reasons. She should be terminated.

Nancy Simpson: Ordered the boneless mild and garlic parm...this was the most tasteless chicken! It was like eating plain chicken nuggets. No flavor at all! Barely any sause at all. Step up your game, there are plenty of other places to get better tasting wings for a cheaper price!

I started ordering online for takeout and even when I did, my order wasn't even ready!I had to wait over 20 minutes just for my order to be made when it should have been done by the time I got there! Ed Barnes: Food is good but don’t expect anything to happen quickly. I do not recommend walking in for an order as expect at least a 20 minute wait before you get your food. And most of the time I suggest adding at least 15 minutes to when they say a to go order will be ready. The poor estimate of to go orders is where improvements are needed here. I understand it gets busy - please do a better job of predicting when to show up. I am waiting 20 minutes past the latest it was said the order would be ready and still waiting. Not the first time.
London Simone: Wing Stop is without a doubt my favorite restaurant. I absolutely enjoy Wing Stop! The staff members are really nice. The service can be pretty slow at times, but it all depends on the time of day! The wings are delicious, and the pink lemonade is out of this world. Lemon pepper wings are my favorite type of wings. Always hot and fresh French fries! The restaurant is always spotless! I think I'll have some wingstop today.

Andrea Hamachek: Worst location. Every time I go to place an online order it’s usually more that a 45 minute wait and tonight I thought I got lucky because it gave me an estimate of 16-20 min. I got there on time and proceeded to wait another half hour. My boyfriend has previously already given up on this location so he ordered next door. By the time I got my food his food had already been cooked, served and gotten cold. I watched 2 groups order at the counter, obviously after my order was placed and get their food before me. I’m so frustrated because I’ve always loved WingStop but I seriously cannot keep spending my money here. The customer service is almost non existent and the wait times are insane. All done. Go get pizza next door. They’re fast, efficient, friendly and delicious.
berry 2.0: I have ordered here so many times but last night was very disappointing. Service wasn’t good and the food was all over the place. They didn’t put any ranch in my order when I asked for it, the fries were cold and tasted like leftover fries, the wings weren’t good either. I ordered the meltdown flavor and got nothing but just bland wings. It seemed like they didn’t change the oil because of how dark the wings were, especially the fries. Very disappointed, I wont be ordering at night anymore and wished I spend my 25 bucks somewhere else.

tomorrow reed: Had the worst experience of my life. Ordered online, unbeknownst to me they deliver with DoorDash. They may want to put that on the website. Called 14 times because my order never arrived. On the 15th call, a smart mouth young lady answered. I had to drive there, request a manager, then Google Doordash and call them to get my order replaced. When Doordash called the restaurant I had to tell them to answer the phone because they wouldn't have. So very disappointing. Won't go there again
Renisha Battle: The staff is unprofessional. 9 times out of 10 I go in and the staff is always talking, laughing, and eating. Food is never ready. In the process of me waiting for an order I come back in and they say they are waiting on fries. I wonder if they would have been praying attention to the line instead of each other the fries would have been dropped. This store needs to fire and hire a new staff.
