Marbles Kids Museum: what do users think?
Angela Townes-Yancey: I had the best time along with my husband and our 16, 14, 4 and 2 year old💕
Lori H: Marbles is one of our favorite places to visit. My only complaints are that the paints were empty in the craft area and most of the markers in the car creator area were dried out.
Alexandre Back: Perfeito para crianças de todas as idades.

Danda Naveen: Must visit place for kids. Right in middle of downtown and many parking options nearby, this is a gem of place. Kids can simulate and play with ambulance, firework, helicopter news, painting, water and many other things. Price around $9 on weekday and $12 weekends. Promotion for bofa customers on price on a particular day. Purchase tickets online as they sometimes have a full board at site.
Ryanne Watson: Very good place especially for toddlers. Get the membership so worth it. Tons of themes to each room and activities.

Noelle McNamara: Great random out of town visit. Brought an 8 and 10 year old. A little worried it was geared toward toddlers when we walked in but they my son still enjoyed it.
Efrain “EJ” Orsini Jr: We have a membership to a partner museum in FL so we were able to get in free. It was worth it! Great place for kids to play, and way more for them to do than our normal one. The Playhouse Children's Museum: what do users think?
Daniel Labdon: I have taken my 16m daughter her 2 times and she had a blast both times. They have a wide variety of toys and themed areas. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend.
Sonia Graves: Not sure why the new owners made this place so expensive. Almost $30 for two kids to play for an hour and half. Used to be $10 for one kid and free siblings if under 18 months. Same stuff just waay more expensive. No thank you.Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $16–20 …More
Zac Winsor: We had planned our son's first year birthday to be mostly outside at our house. However, Memorial Weekend was a wash out! Courtney was so pleasant and easy to talk to regarding our last minute change of plans. We had a blast at Pineytown! They have done amazing updates and everything was so clean. The two teens working there- Kendall and I unfortunately forgot the other girl's name- were so helpful, sweet, and hardworking. We will de finitely have to plan future birthday parties here and of course have some playdates! Thank you Courtney and Brian for all your help!
rori kinter: This play museum, now Piney Town, just came under new management, "YAY"! We came in this weekend for the grand-reopening and found so many new and exciting things for the kiddos as well as for their chaperones. The place will knock your socks off, not literally... because now both you and your kids will be required to wear only socks indoors. PRO TIP: (Bring grippy socks). If you haven't been able to check it out before the renovation, I HIGHLY recommend that you do! Added to the mix of this tiny "Piney" Town is a new police station for the kids to live their crime fighting dreams, a theater for dress up, an indoor climbing wall and slide, as well as a road with vintage mini cars to drive. To add to the excitement, almost everything has a new location and only enhances the flow of playtime. Our tiny crawling tots have a centralized spot for play right smack in the middle of the action. Perfect for moms, dads, and caregivers to watch multiple children play safely. They are also now offering coffee and snack bar for the sideliners, but keep in mind no outside food or beverages (unless it's a milk bottle or water for the kids). It's such a fun place to go on a rainy day, or a bight and shiny one, because we all know it gets hot here. On top of all of these good things. They have new hours to maximize your fun time with the littles.Get out there and check it out yall, coming from a mom of two little boys, I know your kids will have fun.
Kelsey Farver: We had a great experience at PineyTown Playhouse yesterday! We just recently found out about these "play cafe" type of places, and this spot did not disappoint! For reference, my kids that attended were age 2 & 5, but I feel like my 8 year old could even have a good time here! The pros of this spot for me:- The employee working was so kind!- The playhouses that they offer are so detailed and provide a great imaginative play setting. My kids could have played for a lot longer than the 2 hours we were there if I'd let them!- It was very clean and the stations seemed well kept. There were a lot of accessories for each of the different sections to keep them occupied!- They had a great variety of small snacks and they were reasonably priced. My only complaint would be I wished we'd have had a bit more time included for the price. We booked the 9:30-12 time slot just because of school pick up times for my oldest that would collide with the 1-4 time slot and dinner/my youngest's bedtime which would collide with the 4-7 time slot, and wished we'd had a bit longer. I am looking forward to seeing the membership options when they release those, as I think we'll definitely be back frequently from the experience we had and think the membership will make up for that little complaint!
Stacy Lundblad: Wonderful place! My 1yo and 7yo thoroughly enjoyed the pretend zones.Ownership change has much better values than former.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry Free …More
Eric Wilson: This is a never again for us. First off, the price does not equal the experience. I’m not going to pay to pickup before my littles can even enjoy the full experience. Most play places like this have employees picking up so each child can have fun. There was no one cleaning up. It was a complete disaster area. We maybe stayed 30 minutes and paid $30.

Ana Barnes: Updated review:I had no intention on returning to this play place until it ended up as a planned event for my son's school today. Nonetheless, we gave it a chance and actually stayed the whole play time. My kids surprisingly had a blast, despite my disappointment (from appearances). They had so much of a blast that when it was time to go, my 2 year old had an all out (NONE LIKE EVER BEFORE) tantrum. Granted it was lunch time and close to nap time, but this tantrum was unrealistic. Going off of maybe 4 hours of sleep (b/c my 5 yr old decided he wanted to wake up at 3 am last night and not go back to sleep right away), my brain couldn't even compute malfunction. I was majorly embarrassed.Thankfully everyone was out the door (except for us). So no one really had to witness this catastrophic meltdown that was happening except the owner and her associate. Instead of continuing on with her duties and secretly having judgmental thoughts, she stopped and first asked if she could help. My head was spiraling from my daughter's scream-crying. I wasn't even sure how to respond but inside I was pleading "YES PLEASE!!!! The owner swooped in and sat my daughter on her lap as she began entertaining my son and daughter with songs to allow me to get our things together and ready to go. I almost wanted to cry from relief. Some things can be replaced, like worn out toys and less impressive play concepts...but what will always be invaluable in any business involving children is compassion and care! Now that this play museum is under new ownership, I can see great things ahead. I hope the new owner continues to establish renovations so it can continue to attract the attention it deserves!!!
Kathleen Grimme: I'm giving 5 stars because the place itself is very cute with great pretend play activities, and excellent customer service. However, it was surprisingly crowded on a weekday morning so we only ended up staying for 30 minutes or so. The lady at the front desk came outside when we were leaving to check on us and gave us refunds (we certainly were not expecting a refund). She explained that there was a school group there that morning and said we shouldn't have to pay if we weren't staying to play. We may be back at another weekday time to try it out again. My 2 year old enjoyed the ice cream stand and grocery store the most.
David: Excellent play space! Really friendly staff, convenient hours, and bar-none pretend play / imaginative play options. The actual toys and "buildings" are out of this world, I've never seen anything like them, certainly nothing like them anywhere near in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay, let alone the greater Raleigh area. Very clean environment, well maintained, feels very safe. I would definitely recommend this place
Charlene Wicker: This was a neat place to take your children on a cold rainy day. It cost $14 plus tax per child. It closes from 12-1. Make sure you go with enough time for play before lunch. I don't believe you can reenter after lunch but I didn't ask. Our grandchild loved it. It was a little chaotic with children taking toys from one center to another...we had a difficult time finding parts to play with particular toy set ups. It was only an issue because my child had this toy at home and was used to having all the pieces to play. The main parts were not available so he couldn't enjoy the unit. But children would carry toys from one part to another. The kids didn't see to mind overall, they just played with something else.
Debra Cunningham: My daughter and myself took her daughter who is 19 months and she had a wonderful time. The place seemed clean and the attendant was nice. She made a little friend. They have snacks if you need to buy. Also had wipes and diapers in bathroom if needed. One hour worked out well.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …More

Olivia Rinck: While this place is really cute and my daughter has had a great time, I don't think we will be returning. We have visited the playhouse museum 3 times in the past year. The past two times, my daughter came down with hand foot and mouth disease a couple of days after visiting. It was very disappointing that this is the trend we've noticed. My daughter isn't even the age to put lots of things in her mouth. I'm guessing they don't clean all of the toys well enough. It would also have been nice to see them have the kids use hand sanitizer upon entering or something similar. Again, the playsets are really cute and it's a great place overall, just wish they kept up better with the cleanliness.

Mary M: Tucked away in an unassuming strip mall, I would've never noticed this place without a friend of mine recommending it.My 2 year old and I spent 2 hours here on a weekend and had a great time. Very reasonable price with a wide variety of structures and accessories for creative play. We will definitely be back soon!
Lindsey Davis: Went for our first visit today and it was fantastic! What a great idea for small kids
Emily Merrill: I took my son to a birthday party here this afternoon. I was so impressed. Everything was clean and nice. But I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality the women working there showed. They passed out food to the parents which was so nice. It was pouring down rain when it was time to leave and the lady got her umbrella and literally walked my son and I out all the way to our car. She was getting soaked but insisted to keep us dry. Truly southern hospitality. Blow alway. We will be back!
Jennifer Nelson: If you are considering hosting your child’s birthday party here, save yourself the stress and host the party elsewhere (McDonald’s play place is a better option). The level of unprofessionalism was absolutely unbelievable. As of less than 15 minutes prior to the start time to my son’s birthday party, the doors were locked, lights out, no tables set up, and no staff members answering the phone. I sincerely believed that we would be forced to scramble to host our party elsewhere. I was unable to enter the museum until 10 minutes prior to the start time of the party and literally had guests carrying in and hanging party decorations. The manager handled the situation poorly by failing to take any accountability for the problem, walking away from me mid-conversation, having a bad attitude, and not even attempting to right the wrong. On top of that, the museum promised to have water bottles available to all 15 children whom I paid to attend the party (over $400). The museum did not even have 15 water bottles onsite as promised. Although the concept of the museum is great, the staff and management severely need a lesson in professionalism, business etiquette, and customer service. They lost the business of multiple customers yesterday…

Blayton Blocker: Great place! A little small but my 1 year old loved it. However what makes me only give this place 3 stars was one of the staff members. She made me and my family uncomfortable. Followed us around constantly. We would walk away and she would follow us asking my name and my families and my 1 year olds. Once she knew his name she constantly kept trying to talk to him. He showed no interest into talking or being around her and it was making us very uncomfortable. The staff member asked my families first names, birthday, and where they go to school. We left because we were so uncomfortable.

Jessamyn Farrell: It’s funny. I used to live in Chapel Hill and would take my toddler to Kidzu. I really enjoyed the museum and convenience, but once we moved to Raleigh I was super excited to live in close proximity to Marbles Children’s Museum. I was so impressed by how big it was. Fast forward 4 years and oh how do I miss Kidzu. It’s the perfect size to explore but not exhaust the kids (or parents!). It’s enriching, warm, and magical. We went back recently and now that my toddler is older (5 1/2) she’s the perfect age for the maker space. Having all of those materials to create with was so inspiring to her. We also enjoyed the Ada Twist traveling exhibit while we were there. It was so neat. In the future I think we may make the trek all the way back to Chapel Hill just for a calmer, gentler, but lovely kexperience.
