Cary Church: what do users think?
David Pruitt: Started attending around 4 months ago. One of the first services saw an altar call and the pastor take 45 minutes to pray and prophesy over all the people that came up. It is incredibly refreshing to see a pastor and a church take the time to follow the leading of the spirit instead of adhering only to the set schedule. This is but one example of excellence married to openness of how the spirit leads. Also the focus of health (spiritually and emotionally) is incredible to see emphasized not just through a few sentences, but the main focus on sermons, entire series, implemented among the staff, and ultimately lived out. It's beautiful. There is genuine excitement, joy, and gratitude amongst the people here.Because I'm new I don't know how things were done before Pastor Clint and his family got here. I don't know what struggles and pain others have gone through and caused them to leave. But what I can say is that here and now this is an amazing place, one I am very happy to be a part of.
Bernie Woodland: Lived in Cary since the late ‘90’s…it’s a shame to see a great pastor like Pastor Dial retire and be replaced by an ex-megachurch staffer (the one who started in 2020) who loves crowds and despises people, who’s ever eager to get up in front of a crowd, who never tires of hearing himself talk, but is unimpressive—though he continually tries to squeeze excitement out of the congregation. He writes these long, detailed booklets (“playbook”) for volunteers to follow (which the staff doesn’t follow themselves) for doing simple jobs like greeting and working the parking lot. He prefers a staff of easily-manipulated 20-something-nobodies (uh…correction…nepotism here) who don’t know what they’re doing (but don’t they project that “young church” image?) in charge of capable, experienced adults, and expects the workers to drop in like pegs into peg holes, to keep their ideas to themselves. One of his playbook rules is that workers are forbidden to meet with each other unless a leader is around.
Kelly Thompson: We love Cary Church!Powerful worship and sermons rooted in scripture every week. Our kids love and thrive in the kids ministry.Cary Church is a great church for all ages and all walks of life.
Jason Smith: Wonderful and loving pastors and staff. I have been helped in ways I cannot begin to articulate fully. Cary Church is the place I call home for my spiritual growth as I continue my faith journey.I cannot say thank you enough.
Stephon Jeffries: 🏳️‍🌈
God Knows: I used to really like this church but lately the continuous changes i keep seeing is disturbing. No more familiar faces. So sad the preschool day care closed. And now the new administration is telling their volunteers they cant volunteer anymore.
Shadow Dark: Love being part of this church
Bryce Westerhausen: Awesome church. The new pastor is wonderful and the congregation is very friendly!
L9 Mobile Detailing and Paint Correction: Love this place.
Asha Singh: All teachers are friendly n polite.
Tlmothy Lee: I take my child there for pre School and it's a very safe and secure. The Teachers and Program Staff are wonderful. Thinking of attending church services soon.
Ms N.: Great place of worship!
SANJAY GUPTA: The pre K teacher is really good.
Yeshwant Patodia: V good care with reasonable pricing .
Romaine: Nice church, friendly holy ghost filled pastor and first lady. But last Sunday Lee University Evagelist Singers were visiting. Seeing and hearing those saved young people were AMAZING!
Naresh Reddy Regalla: Overall this is great School. There's a Good improvement following 2017.You can expect a good service for the price you are paying. School space Wise it is spacious and clean. Teachers are decent and they communicate well with parents. The only downside is, teachers don't stay for atleast 6 months stretch. Rest everything looks good.
woodrow hill: Love the pastor and his wife and family
Arpan Shah: Great school
Angel Monee: Very nice people
Karen D.: Compassionate, welcoming and kind - A blessed experience, beautiful church, beautiful people - emblematic of leadership - a great blessing to our family.
Andi Tugg: Great church

Cary Church of Christ: what do users think?
Jullie Greene: Loving sisters!!❤
Alex: Their deacon over “local missions” is petty and goes around giving 1 star reviews to churches that they don’t agree with. Is that his “local mission”. Churches with leaders that are more focused on belittling other churches than building relationships and making an impact on their community clearly don’t understand God’s message.
Charlene Wicker: Great ladies day, March 5,2022
Foggy Narcoleptic: Older gentleman driving a Cayenne S, license plate 911 USMC, needs to control himself. Nearly sideswiped me before he cut in front, braked, then tried speeding ahead. Imagine my surprise when he pulled into the church parking lot. I doubt his boorish behavior reflects upon the congregation as a whole, but one bad apple spoils the bunch
Marilyn Burgess: I am a member there. It is a very Bible-based church of Christ. The people are friendly and caring.
J. Wells: A wonderful and friendly place to attend. Come and visit us. I promise you will not be disappointed...
Jonny Cannon: Straight up Bible believing, living & teaching congregation of the Lord's church!
Yo Escate: I visited this church in 2011 after speaking with one of the elders who took the time to answer many of my questions & concerns. Shortly after, I invited my family & we are still members here. The CCOC is bible-centered & are a very loving family. I highly recommend.
Michael Lockamy: Beautiful funeral service for Pat Parks
letitia bradin: good church
Nina Massengjll: The ladies day this year was a success I thoroughly enjoyed myself I enjoyed the speaker I enjoyed the fellowship with the ladies and the lunch was delicious
elijah2 simon: Its teaching and insight of the online bible courses are just amazing and blessing
Karen Thompson: Sincerity in love and worship
Chris Tatum: Agape love is in this place of worship

Point Church • Cary: what do users think?
Molten Noob: Very good church
Allison Gibbs: When our family first moved to Cary, we visited a lot of churches. I'm so grateful that we found our forever church at Point Church of Cary! Everyone is so welcoming. There are a lot of groups to join, if interested. Our son is 12yrs old and absolutely loves the youth group. The youth group is constantly having activities, giving the kids a chance to worship and socialize. My son is going to camp with the church this summer and is super excited. Paster Matthew is amazing! I cry while we are singing with the band before service starts. I've never left a service where I didn't learn something new. Paster Matthew does a great job with his sermons and is very dedicated to knowing every person in the church. I thank the Lord for guiding us to Point Church of Cary!!!
Jake Moore: Point Church is filled with so many incredible people. The staff is next level. You should check them out.
Teena Piccione: A true blessing!
Laurence Augustson: I very much appreciate everything they do. They have always been helpful to me. I.e with Food, Coffee. Other needs. My truck battery was Dead Saturday and I stopped by there to see if someone could help me get back on the road. I.e I don't have cables to jump a battery. Someone did help me.Thank you so much again!
Sheri McCormack: We were in town only for Christmas and we chose Point Church for Christmas Eve without knowing much about them. They had a lovely candlelight service. The church was modern and the music was the perfect volume if you don’t want to feel like everyone can hear your singing. Two of the pastors personally talked to us after the service and made us feel welcomed. We are recommending Point Church for our family who lives in Cary!
Angelique Young: Beautiful facility
Ronnye B Villaamil C: Adorar y adorar a Dios . Guiando las personas a Jesús
Angee Young: Great place to use for events.
Jackie Schmidt: Awesome worship! Awesome, welcoming people, terrific teaching. Felt cared about.
Gabriel Rodriguez: Muy bien comunicado
theCherylLynne: A wonderful church in the Cary area that feels like family! So many places to serve and get involved and also to get plugged in to grow spiritually. Of all the churches near me, this one is worth the drive from Raleigh. Love my church!
Kristie Almira: From the moment we attended, I knew we'd call this church "home". Solid teaching, warm people, heartfelt worship, earnest and loving prayer, caring support, fantastic ministries and joyful servants. I was especially looking for a place where one could feel the presence of the Spirit moving among His people, and folks, this is it. I am grateful to call Point Church Cary our home!
Terry Hoy: What a GREAT PLACE!!!! Warm & friendly!! Food pantry on Saturdays 11am-12pm ***
Nahzia Skye: What a wonderful worship experience while visiting from the Bahamas. Pastor Matthew's sermon was amazing and the worship team was awesome.
Dr. G Plastina (Doc G): My family goes to Point Church West Wake Campus regularly. You’ll love the people here with a fresh breath of love, warm smiles, and commitment to point people to Jesus. The preaching at Point Church, as well as in other campuses, are solid biblical messages. The musicians at Point Church are excellent. You’ve got to try coming at least 5 times and decide for yourself if you want to join the family or not. It’s a great community of faith and a safe place to worshiping Jesus! If you want to follow Jesus in waters of baptism just like the early disciples do, then this is a place where you can follow Jesus at your own pace. We love the Point Church family!
Richard Banks: Great Bible centered family church
Tiffany Carter: Always warm & welcoming. The pastors are amazing! I always leave feeling renewed & full of joy! ☺️🙏🏽
Bets Adair: I was searching for a Christ centered, Bible based church after moving to Fuquay and came to Point Church and I am so happy I did. I found arm and hearts. Point Church is now my home church. Loving people people. ♥
Matt M: Needs honesty to partners and staff members regarding challenges facing Directional Elders and the scope of elder roles. Needs transparency of budget and fiscal activity to partners and donors.
Blake Godwin: Absolutely love this place and the community!!! Come join us!

Crosspointe Church: what do users think?
grace kisirkoi, PhD: Wonderful group of lightworkers who show God's kindness rather than tell. *All* are genuinely welcome and respected, and it's not just lip service. Even those "traditionally privileged" mobilize their privilege to truly help the community. This is a gem of a spiritual gathering regardless of your religion or background.
Murphy Murphy: All I will say is maybe God is still working on Pam the “care pastor”
Patrick Rowe: You have a feeling you are in the right place.
Asir Jasonraj: Pros:I am new to NC and visited this church two weeks in a row. They have very nice age appropriate child care service during the worship service. There are several welcoming people and nice congregation.Cons:But the entire worship is lacking the essence of God. The songs are not revival but sluggish and the congregation barely open their mouths to sing songs.Above all they (may be pastor and seniors of church) are very much leaning towards supporting LGB.. community and it is strictly against biblical principles. They donated $20k to an LGB org of Raleigh NC, and I don't have any clue why the pastor has such vision to support the LGB activities. As a believer, we should always accept the sinners (as Jesus did) but not their sins (Being L,G,B is a sin, its not thier birth defect)Do not include Transgender in this community as they are born with such difficulty.Showing love to them(LGB) and bring them to church is fine, but at the same time, what measures have we taken to correct the LGB people to come out of their sin.
Hello “jkin5463” Silly: Just a warning for those seeking a church. This church is not Biblical and it’s gospel is not Jesus’s death, burial and resurrection. It is “their” interpretation of what the Scriptures say. This is a Ted talk wrapped in a gospel of social Justice, a culturally relevant, fitting into the world church.. There is more than one way to heaven (not just Jesus), they are pro choice. This is not hatred against them, but just meant to be helpful for Bible Believing Christians not to bother checking it out. Save your time and skip this weak, watery “church”.
Ian Miller: Wonderful welcoming community!
Cal Foshee: Great place to go regardless of past difficulties with religion or current issues in your life. You'll find a lot of loving people who truly try to emulate Christ-like behaviors. This is an affirming church and welcomes all.
Jennifer: This is a place to fine acceptance, love, and affirmation. It's a nice place for STRONG Christian's to learn and listen, so they will be able to defend the hope that is within us as Paul encouraged us to do. I pray you all find what you are looking for with the reading of your Bible and learning God's word for yourselves.
Erica Prentice: If you're looking for a community that practices what it preaches- look no further. The love of Jesus is strong in this community. It is an affirming community of learners who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Most of the weekly lessons from the last year are openly available on YouTube. I love that I can access these lessons anywhere at anytime and am constantly encouraged to dig deeper and question more.
m dod: I've been going here since 2015 and I love it. Crosspointe is the first modern church where I felt truly accepted and apart of a community. They consistently show up and offer multiple ways to connect: whether it's online services, lifegroups, children's ministries, etc. Jonathan and Steve and Tirzah aren't afraid to take a deeper look at what the Bible says. I appreciate how their message is relatable and more importantly woven into today's current events and day to day life.
Thomas Quinn: My wife and I have been attending Sunday services for the past several months. Everyone we have met within the church has been great! We especially enjoy Teaching Pastor Steve Daugherty's sermons.
Robert Ferrell: Not biblical teaching
Chad Jemison: Our family began attending Crosspointe in 2017 and it quickly became home. Imagine a faith community that leans on the heart Rachel Held Evans, the authenticity of Brene Brown, and the thoughtfulness and care of a favorite college religion professor. If you are far more interested in living a life guided by love and the example that Jesus gave us than meeting a doctrinal litmus test, the Crosspointe community is for you. This is an intentionally inclusive community (it is 2020, y'all).
Wolfgang Sanyer: I started visiting Crosspointe five years ago, searching for a church to call "home". I specifically wanted somewhere that wasn't too pushy on donations and that allowed me have my own opinions. Crosspointe has been home ever since - they have a strong focus on educating the congregation, and making us aware of the context surrounding the various bible passages that we delve into. This makes in much easier to form our own opinions on what these passages mean. Also, Crosspointe is very inclusive, accepting anyone, which is very important to me.
Danielle Smith: I was a recovering Catholic coming into Crosspointe.I was literally in a place in my life where it felt like a requirement to have something bigger than myself a.k.a. God-I was skeptical and I’m always skeptical but, this church focuses on a loving and understanding God. I read a couple of negative reviews about how they shouldn’t love the sinner as much and things like that. I’ve gotten more personal growth from Steve D. sermons than I ever have at any church. They usually put a verse or an area in the Bible and then they talk about how it relates to every day life and then there might be a like love or forgiveness and they walk you through how every day you could reframe your thoughts and actions. I am more spiritual than religious but, if you’re looking for answers check this place out. I believe they have podcasts online if you want to get an idea but, it’s not the same as going.
Steve C: A great church where all are welcomed. This church gives meaning to the hymn we sang long ago, "Come as You Are."
Dori Robertson: Friendly accepting atmosphere in a beautiful building. Music and teaching are on point, with a focus on God's love. Onsite coffee shop is great.
Tammy Lepage: This is my Home church.
Zuleika Vargas: I have yet to find a church like this one . We recently moved out of town but still attend service when we visit. Great place, great messages he’s thorough and to the point . He’s relatable and easy going good for young families trying to get closer to god. The pastor speaks the truth and doesn’t care about image or money. This place is great for families! We always leave feeling good and connected with god.
Ashi Gupta: great location
Shannon Lewis: Very friendly environment.

The Shepherd’s Church: what do users think?
G V Debnam: My niece and nephew attended Vacation Bible School. They were among the 700+ young people. I got to see part of the closing program. It was great. Costumes, props, and enthusiasm. My niece and nephew enjoyed their experience.
e m-b (Pichincha19): Welcoming, bible preaching. International people, good programs for everyone.Very large church and it is very organized. The seminary is also located there.Lots of mission opportunities, local n abroad
Mike Manclark: Great church...very welcoming
Jon Rodriguez: Best church I’ve ever been to. Too many good things to list.
Treble Clef: Wonderful church! I have been attending this church for 8 years and have been extremely blessed by the godly community here. The teaching is Biblical, the music is wonderful, and the people are truly some of the most genuine and kind people I've ever met. So blessed to be a part of The Shepherd's Church!
Larry Paul: Great church for conservatives and following the Bible. God bless the USA. Larry
Debbie Busbee: We were welcomed at the door with smiling faces and helpful information about the Church when we 1st visited. After service that day we read a brochure about the Adult Bible Fellowship classes and found our way to what now is ‘our’ ABF. Each week we can be confident that our Pastor, Steven Davey, is presenting Truth from God’s word in a sequential order. We drive 35-40 minutes each way several times each week to participate in various meetings here. We are so thankful to be a part of The Shepherd’s Church.
Linda S: If you want to hear the Word of God spoken with love, The Shepherd's Church is the place to be. Dr. Davey's exposition of the Bible always blesses my soul. The church members are welcoming, the choir and orchestra are talented, the teaching is powerful...come prepared to worship the one true God of Heaven.
Mike Shoemaker: Faithful teaching from the Word of God. Sola Scriptura. Many opportunities to learn, grow and serve. Wonderful music and great times of fellowship. Come on down!
Gary Kuhn: Best church ever. Great music and even better sermons...
J. J. Swick: Great facility. Great people.
Anthony Calabrese: If you have a salvation based on what Jesus did on the cross, this is your place. Pastor, staff, choir, adult Bible fellowship, children's dept. I could ho on and on. If you do not know the Lord as your Savior, the truth of the bible is spoken here in clear preaching. Come and allow Gods truth to penatrate your heart.
Antonio Febres: Great biblically sound teaching and wonderful facilities. The staff and volunteers exemplify the Christian tenets.
Sherry Dodson: Pastor Davey is faithful to present Gods word without being influenced by culture and the pressure of the society. I love many opportunities for fellowship and getting to know each other. People are welcoming and there are diverse ethnicity here.
Walter Champ: Bus group to the ski resort in Beckley WV. Group was great. They enjoyed it. I met little Charlie, and Brooklyn kids of Caleb. Enjoyed all of you.
zack pleasant: It's absolutely ridiculous this place has police block the main road just to let people out of church
Dewey “Denny” DeFalco: Great music!
Todd Gailas: I have been attending for over 4 yrs, sometimes for regular service and sometimes for Bible studies and have always left the campus feeling a closer relationship with God. If you enjoy a large church with plenty new friendships to be formed, this is it. However, if you enjoy the intimacy of a small gathering Shepherd's provides that also with many small groups and activities on a regular basis. My daughter loves it!
Liz May: Great sermons. You will hear the whole truth hear!
Barbara Garner: I am not a member of this Church but I live in an adjoining neighboring development. The church owns 100 year old giant oak tree on their side of their fence that divides the church property from our development. This giant tree is touching our home. Our homeowners association has repeatedly contacted The Shepherd’s church to ask them to trim the tree back to the fence line so it’s not a danger to our home and others. The first time they were contacted by our homeowners association they said they were not interested. After a couple more calls from our homeowners association The Shepherd’s Church said they would send their arborist over to look at it. In the end they decided not to cut it back so our homeowners will have to pay for this. I have lived next to this church for almost 4 years. They have every kind of lawn, tree, building, playground, pond, asphalt, roofing (the list goes on and on) worker possible working outside doing everything and anything imaginable 24 seven around the clock… it’s never ending. I’m relatively sure there’s no shortage of funds either. This tree is their responsibility and I don’t believe our homeowners should have to pay to have it cut back. Not much goodness going on over at The Shepherd’s Church nor is there any goodness towards their community. This is obviously why they did not rename themselves to The Good Shepherd’s Church. Maybe if we were on on a monthly donation plan to their church they would have done the right thing.
Stephen Jaspers: Caring spiritual family that is true to the gospel.

Rooted Church: what do users think?
Adam Hall: Rooted has been a fabulous place for my family and me to develop a deeper relationship with God and with other believers. Pastor Gary teaches directly from scripture in an unaltered way, seeking to preach biblical truth. I especially appreciate the smaller, more intimate setting where you regularly see people you know.
Apollos Lee: Rooted church keeps God #1 (and the focus of everything) and the Scripture as core for its foundation (and foremost guidance). The name is really cool - reflecting and referring to Psalm 1 and Jeremiah 17:7-9. Rooted seeks to create a supportive and gospel-centered community! Rooted has lots of opportunities to serve and use your God-given abilities and talents. "Be rooted in the gospel to reflect God's glory".
PAULINA SARMIENTO: Rooted Church is a wonderful scripture-based ministry. The truth of God's word is proclaimed faithfully by Pastor Gary Lee. The Lord has used his teaching through preaching to strenghten me in many ways and help me grow in the grace and knowledge of Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I can't say enough about Pastor Gary's wife, Tracy, staff and volunteers. Note that I was just baptized on Oct. 2, 2022 by Pastor Gary Lee. I had a beautiful biblical baptism. Such a blessing!
Lily Zachman: The Gospel is the center of Rooted Church. Unless the Lord builds the house those who build it Labor in vain. Christ is the head of the body of Christ at Rooted Church, and this is why lives are transformed there. It is a blessing to be a part of Rooted and God is truly working through Rooted. All are welcome, those who have never heard of Christ and those who already deeply love Him. Come Taste and See that the Lord is good!
Classical Education: If you are looking for a diverse community of Gospel-minded brothers and sisters in Christ whose desire is to be Rooted in the Gospel to Reflect God's Glory, this is it. Unlike a massive church where you may be lost in a sea of people, here you are known and loved, no matter where you come from. There are members who have recently moved from both West and East Coast states, as well as internationally. There is something for everyone: Nursery Care, Children's Ministry, Tweens & Teens, Growth Groups by region, and Men's and Women's Ministry. Come see and experience for yourself! Rooted Church's new location is inside the building of Reedy Creek Baptist Church in Cary, NC, Sundays at 9:15am.
Theresa Comellas: Such an amazing community of genuine believers. I have only been going for about two months now and I could not be more excited to keep going and getting to know the people here! They WANT to know and love you. The Word of God is sacred and sound doctrine is preached by Pastor Gary Lee🙌🏻
Brent B.: Great gospel centered teaching and warm friendly people.
GEORGE SEVIER: Very Friendly Pastor!
Gabrielle Wright: We absolutely love this church! We are California transplants and after visiting a few churches and praying about where the Lord wanted us, we knew Rooted was home! Pastor Gary’s love for the Word is so evident every week as he uses expository preaching to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel! We are a part of a growth group that has already become family. We pray for one another and spur each other on in the Christian walk. Rooted is a church committed to growing disciples who preach the Bible and share that truth with the world by building relationships!
KeaBear: Me and my husband Branden love Rooted Church! It is a biblically sound and truly God honoring church. We have been blessed with such great fellowship at rooted and were welcomed and embraced by Pastor Gary and the members who have become friends and family to us.We look forward to continuing to grow in our walk with Christ here at Rooted!
Taylor Norton: It always a good time at rooted church very welcoming, friendly people, and great pastors. It’s something I always look forward to on Sunday that and the small groups are pretty cool too I’ve definitely pick up a few things from both. The people that seem to be the most knowledgeable about the Bible are also the ones most approachable willing to hang out or get your number if you ever have any questions great place to start learning with a family or someone starting out looking for friends and a better relationship/focus on God
Gary Lee: A growing community of faith, hope and love!Rooted to ReflectEnjoyEquipEngage
John Lee: My first impression of this church is that it’s such a multi-Asian multi-cultural church. It’s so amazing given that the sparse population of Asians in RDU. I’ll fit right in. For almost 3 months I have been there, there are several leaders are really equipped with sound southern baptist theology. It has helped me with my experience to be continuously rooted in the gospel and be mindfully seeking Christ. Through the leadership of the pastor and the leaders, Rooted Church is actively engaging the RDU community with many outreach activities. Personally, I feel pretty engaged as a newcomer. There are fellowships, prayer meetings, discipleships, bible study, Sunday service, communion, etc to keep me growing in Christ with brothers and sisters. All in all, I enjoy to be around with Rooted Church folks; breaking bread together, teaching one another, praying for each other, etc.
Talon Norton: A small church but a honest and loving one.A good community for you to learn gods word and understand it. A good place to grow in spirit with other Christians. So Come and join us😁
Rachel Yip: I searched for a church for a while before settling here. It's a smaller church and it has been great plugging in, serving, and being a part of this community. The teaching is bible centered and points me toward God. Great group of brothers and sisters to grow with!
John Poe: This church is small but growing, it has a fantastic leader and a very dedicated community. One of my favorite things about it, is how comfy it feels. Everyone was incredibly welcoming when I attended for the first time. If you’re looking for a small Asian American church in the tri-city area this is definitely one you should try out.
Krista Nixon: Rooted Church is a caring fellowship of believers and is firmly grounded (rooted!) in the Word. My husband and I will soon become members of this church. We have felt welcomed, loved, and shepherded from our very first visit. The families and singles are very easy to get to know and we enjoy sweet, simple fellowship. The worship is authentic and the preaching does a great job of edifying while appealing to new church-goers and seminary students alike. We look forward to being part of this special community for many years to come!
Lydia Nimmo: Passion for Christ and His people! Enjoy the Gospel here in Rooted church! A Very welcoming and loving church family. ;)
Yaying Wang: Have been hopping around for about a year before finding Rooted Church. The church is mostly young professionals and young families. It’s a growing church with a mission to engage the community and equip disciples. I have decided to become a member here because of how genuine the community is and how biblically rooted the teachings are. Oh and weekly growth groups are a great place to get to know the people better!
Lizzy Rabon: Love this church, its people, and its heart for the Lord. My fiancé and I have felt at home here since the day we visited and look forward to many years to come of having Rooted as our church family!
Deen Gu: I am a member here, and it's a great community of fellow worshippers. When we moved here we didn't know a lot of people. What drew me to this church was the faithfulness and kindness of other couples our age (young professionals).
