Lauren: The law states “there must be a substantial change in circumstances to modify custody” but in my experience the family court doesn’t follow the law..or at least when the judge is friends with opposing counsel. Gender bias in this court. Men’s movement. Corruption. Let the investigations begin. Women! Get a Change in venue before rats kidnaps your children

Alex Casso: They never answer phone......how are u supposed to get any information
Alexis Williams: The 15min breaks between calling each and every case is ridiculous. They should really get more organized. Take notes from Moore or Lee County.
Tamara Shelly: Good luck getting ANYONE to answer the phone.... And once your on hold for over 20 minutes, they just hang up on you anyway... They're all on different pages, ask the same question to 4 people and get a totally differently answer every time... Just like their court system, outdated and complex, this place and people are HORRIBLE. Simple as that.

Piffanie Roberson: The small claims department could use a professional training on phone etiquette, greeting , and emotional intelligence. They act like it’s the end of the world when you call and ask a question some not all (mainly the bitter black women that answer the phone , breathe sweetheart whatever you are going through as mean as you are it gotta get better). She act like she got mad because I asked her what floor I’m like chill Wake County courthouse big compared to where I’m from sorry I’ll ask someone else next time 😂😂😂

Amari H: On hold for 10 minutes, and when the lady finally answers she rushes me off the phone as if she has more important things to do, than her job. I just don’t understand why these people are so nasty and rude.
Christopher DePerno: This place is a joke. They will do absolutely nothing to assist you, and will essentially tell you to get bent. It is the epitome of bureaucracy, and these people do not care about you at all. Their profession, and everything they do and stand for is a joke, and should be treated as such. All they are doing is contributing to the ever more unified hatred of the US justice system and the individuals who choose to work within it.

Osha Dunham: The woman with the short hair cut and glasses in the domestic violence unit is rude! I’ve been trying to reach her supervisor. At least have some respect for other people’s situation.

Marianne Tew: Lady at the Vital records went above and beyond, it was cold and raining. I had my daughter with me, no umbrella no wat to carry one. The lady took her time to walk two blocks in the rain to keep us dry. Thank you again.

Frank Alexander: Very friendly planning and zoning department. Easy place to get permits and inspections.
Christine Alexander: Small town with lots of stuff available. Family oriented with great schools and now shopping centers.
