Joel kevin: Horrible experience with this company- Never delivered my equipment on time ( i can let this go because maybe dexter is to blame) but they show up with dryers ONLY when order was for dryers and washers (also they showed up without any notices, meaning i dont have my contractors onsite to do the walls, electrical if needed etc) and their installation team took 3 days to install 8 dryers.. 3 days for them is showing up at 10:30 am, start work at 11 am and leave at 4 pm- with such a pace/work ethics you cant plan for anything because it takes longer to complete the work. the installation team also did not show up with dexter live parts need to set that up it was part of what i paid for/ordered.They didnt show up with coin machine and soap dispenser despite the fact that those were order early feb or late JAN (about 9 wks ago) and had lead time of 4 wks. The installed machines were not flash with the wall meaning i have to move my wall to get even nice look.. I have so many things to complain about this company.. they worked like a small shop run by one guy. I CANNOT Recommend them to anyone.
EpicBento: We had a small piece folder down and out. Got a new part in and it didn’t immediately work. Nathan was able to come in and troubleshoot with me and slowly but surely we made progress all the way to a fixed machine. He stuck with us the whole time even with all our contacts not getting back to us. It’s always a pleasure to work with him and I know Nathan will get us a resolution and has amazing communication skills to keep us in the loop when waiting for parts and repairs. Give this man a raise he deserves it!
Kobe Gyamfi: Hands down AADVANTAGE Laundry Systems are the best in town. Very professional and always goes the extra mile. The AADVANTAGE on my side at Triangle Laundry Express.
Danielle: Nate is the best technician i have ever had come out. He makes sure that my equipment is working properly before leaving. He does a very good job at explaining the situation. All around he is an amazing employee.

Paul King: The repairman quickly made repairs to fix problem and then checked several things to make sure machine is back working as it should once he found a water inlet problem he then checked the other machines water inlet to make sure they were good he did not have to check anything except what he was called to repair Nate was trying to make sure we had no further problems with other machines with a repairman trying to help customers it really looks good on AAdvantage as far as quality of service you provide to your customers

Best Western Plus Greensboro: The guys worked fast and great. Before they did any major work, they asked us questions first. The service was awesome.
Teresa Webb: John Marberry responded to our service call and was very professional and friendly. He was able to temporarily fix the issue with our dryer so we could continue using until a part needed arrived.
Alicia Rolón: AAdvantage is awesome because they always follow through and always ensure that they keep you updated with ETA, Parts Orders, repair time, etc.
Joey Coleman: My experience with Nate and everyone else at AAdvantage has been great. Wes in Parts and Kim with Service at the office are super helpful and informative as well as polite. Jason Swain: Nathan is an outstanding tech. He is upfront and talks me through all possible issues and things to keep an eye on so I have the information to troubleshoot and give more precise info when sending tickets. He always converses with me before starting his work so he can have the best understanding of the issues and fully breaks down how he solved the problem. This kind of customer service gives me peace of mind knowing that Nathan is the go to for our service calls and that we aren’t going to be left with more problems than we started with.
