Matt Smith: Predatory tactics in their approach to sales and we were dooped into purchasing an NFT. Was very clear about what I wanted, which was to TRADEMARK my company name, reiterating several times EXACTLY what I wanted. I get a confirmation email that I had a trademarked NFT now and its my problem, even though I was point blank lied to.REPLY TO REPLY: After the mistake was pointed out, I was told that it could have been corrected before the agent finalized everything. Once again, nothing about an NFT in any of the pay pages where we selected the package and 30 minutes on a call talking about all the details of TRADEMARKING MY BUSINESS NAME! Even giving him the classification of business for the trademark. He didn't take the opportunity to tell me I was (at the time) purchasing an NFT, NOT TRADEMARKING MY COMPANY NAME! He went ahead and completed the sale and ensured I was past the point of no return when I was finally sent and email that stated for the FIRST TIME I purchased an NFT. PREDATORY AND SLEEZY!
