Global Knowledge Training Corporate Office: what do users think?
ahmed al-jebouri: GK Polaris Discovery PlanRegistered with them on Discovery Training 2020 Plan as part of my personal Investment, figured out its very easy nice and most wanted courses with excellent instructors as well, add to that the customer service team online very helpful and ready to assist.
Johnathan: GK is the white-glove vetted IT Training partner to the world!
Suresh P: Good educators with integrity, and good skills
Brian Munson: Global knowledge really came thru for me last month. I needed a class ASAP and they got me in an luckily the class wasn't too full. The center itself is quaint for a learning facility. They have plenty of places to parking and accessible to major highways and airport. The last two instructors I have had both were really good with teaching the sometimes stiff curriculum. Wifi was great so Iwas a happy camper all around.
Anthony J. Waller: Attended a class here after a few years using competitors and it was good to be back at global. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable training advisers. Instructors at this location are top notch vs some competing options out there IMHO. But don't park in front of the Global Knowledge building cause the training center is the next building over with its own parking lot.
Mason “Mace” Jar: When you are able to get an in seat live class the instructor was great. However this does not happen often. Classes constantly don't run and keep getting pushed back or ran as virtual. There is a lot of bait and switch going on with GK.
Scott H.: Excellent in information technology certification training. All instructors are highly knowledgeable and helpful. They even provide free breakfast to students!!!
Dominick DeBellis: I've been to this location multiple times for various training classes. I always found the staff to be very professional and always positive customer service attitudes. I have also found that the teachers at this location have always been the best that I've had versus other training options based on their professional experience. I highly recommend global knowledge and this particular location for your training needs. Reminder do not park in front of the building with the global knowledge sign. Park in the lot on the other side of the circle.
aaron rogers: good training. location is quite. I recommend you have a vehicle however to hit the spots nearby.
Shawn Daugherty: The class and Instructor were great. The Promo's they use to get you to take the class have been disappointing so far however. It's been over 10 weeks since completing the course and we still haven't gotten the Promo we signed up for.

MyComputerCareer: what do users think?
Eric Bourne: Terrible experiences. No relevant jobs in Tri-state area. Sold me a dream I couldn't afford.
Oliver Gant: Cold calling recruiters to submit inexperienced students for high-paying IT jobs. You need a better strategy
The Jones Library: pricey but get not much..I do not recommend.
Marianne Santangelo: A positive supportive place!!
Frankiny: I am glad I didn’t sign for this. I recommended a friend who finished the class 3 months ago, and MyCC is unable to find him an internship, Recently they find him an IT job at Lowe’s and he left his previous job , and at his big surprise the contract for that job just end (1 month contract).Unbelievable.MyCC claims they will get you a job once you finish the class. If you want to start a career in IT better not go to this
Jeff Morrison: Good, kind staff. Cool opportunity offered to train for an IT career.
Matthew Felton: *This is for the online learning experienceI've attended this school for 2 years now (I've been attending this long due to using my GI bill). To start off, the lessons feel too fast. They cram years of knowledge into a few months. I felt like I would like this because I'm a quick learner, and I love Information Technology, but the teaching methods they use and their attitudes toward their students are inexcusable (very rude). I could post the tuition right now, and show you it's incredibly overpriced. An example would be that all students pay $700 for a laptop to use for school (included in their tuition). I was pretty excited to see what kind of computer they send. I figured they bought a good PC in bulk and got it for cheaper, but I was wrong. They sent the lowest spec Lenova Thinkpad e585 (Ryzen 3 2200u edition) you could get (worth about $300 retail when it was out 4 years ago, and is now discontinued). I tried to speak to them about all of my issues (including the overpriced laptop), but they must have the same laptop as I do because it takes days to get an email back from them. I gave 2 stars because it's not all bad. If you teach yourself and do your school work, than they pay for 2 attempts (sometimes 3) to get your certifications. If I were you, though, I'd buy the Mike Meyers CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ books and watch his lessons on Udemy. He'll teach you everything you need to know, and about $25,000 cheaper too. Teach yourself, get yourself a laptop worth your money, and earn your certifications. Don't waste your money going here.
The Art of Being Female: The program they offer is above board, every tool one needs to succeed is built into the program. Above and beyond any I have seen and I have worked with hundreds of schools across the country. If you use the tools offered to you in this program you will succeed in tech, one of the only secure industries left post covid!
Rylie Harris: Don't waste your time and money.
Rob Lee: As a student MyCC gave me the tools and confidence to reach my career goals. I was even given the opportunity to teach as an Instructor Mentor for over a year. That gave me an additional set of skills and now I have discovered my new passion in IT Training. The staff and instructors are amazing. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and invaluable connections. Keep changing lives!
Derek Baker: I had my last class in December 2020. I got my first real IT job as a help desk tech and had that for 3 months before I got a call for a job opportunity as a Lab Engineer at Cisco. Best job I have ever had and it is thanks to the MyCC career services department. Do not get me wrong it was not easy by any means. You will not be able to just show up for class and do your homework and expect to get all the certifications. You will have to study in addition every day and focus on the materials you don’t understand (on top of class, homework, a job and a newborn baby I managed to study an average of 3 hours a day). The teachers will tell you “you get out what you put in” and that is absolutely true. Don’t go into this halfway. You will have to commit to it fully but the benefits for me so far after a year of graduation are a better life for me and my family. Don’t listen to the bad reviews (at first I was concerned that I had made a big mistake because these reviews psyched me out) but don’t think it will be easy. Thank you MyCC.
Josh Mattingly: Absolutely wonderful experience thus far. From getting aid and grants to deciding which courses to take. To the classroom and faculty. 100% better than I ever would've guessed and I'm so very glad I took the plunge. I am now only months away from obtaining my degree in cyber security and getting a huge promotion at my company. Highly recommended to anyone pursuing a career in IT. P.S. Mike, Alec and Erin are the best!
Bradley Stevenson: What can I say except the instructor lives in his moms basement and seems to think lecturing people about being motivated is going to work. This is especially frustrating when you learn they don't allow you to work at your won pace and can only complete assignments and course material during course hours. Waste of time and money as they spend more time lecturing about having motivation and getting the material done that doing any actual instructing/teaching.Death by Power point seems to be the teaching model and it is not effective!!!!
Chris Hauser: Its a little challenging at first, but once you get over the initial reaction of...oh my god, there is so much information my brain is gonna explode, things start to settle in and you begin to understand everything because of the way the program is set up. Lots of repetition! Its the quickest way to go from your past career into another one for IT!
Big Foot: Critical:CommunicationI have heard there ad a million times. And yet I never have been compelled to call in. I find it very annoying that they infiltrate the air ways and interrupt my listening pleaser
Thomas Kwong: Before enrolling at MyCC i was lost. I did not know what to do. I was desperate on trying to find a way out of a dead end job. After enrolling I was afraid. Afraid that I was being mislead. 2 months later, I not only pass my first course, but also got my 1st cert. In terms of communication they are good. They do really look out for you if you are willing to ask for help. They actually contact you. Something that the old college I went to didn't do and ghost me until things were too late. In terms of the work, you HAVE to put in the work and be patient. This course in terms of getting the certs are NOT easy.
Jeremiah Negron: Positive:Professionalism
Riley Ann: Love the instructors, love the support, but the course load is too much too fast unless you already have a background in IT. I have 6 hours worth of homework videos to watch and take notes on tonight. I can't imagine doing these courses while also working a full time job.
Tu22: Is this College accredited as an undergraduate academic institution to receive a degree? My husband was looking into this school almost 3yrs ago. Thank GOD he did not enroll!! He went to an individual in the church who taught him what he needed to know for IT Business Analysis in less than 2 months with just $1000 and has been working as an IT BA/Project Manager ever since. Most of the reviews for this school are great reviews, HOWEVER they will charge people almost $24K to get in and take these IT courses for a few months, suggest you to take all these unnecessary 10 IT certifications that YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE. I currently work in Cyber and I took just 2 Training Courses/Certs, paid less than $2500, made several payment installments and arrangements to the individual (Professor/Mentor), received 1 on 1 Mentoring, Resume Writing & Review, Salary Negotiations, provided students with Interview Questions & Answers to all students, Small Group Size, IT lab simulation, Mock Interviews, possible practice exam questions, advice on TRANSFERABLE SOFT SKILLS & LEVERAGING YOUR RESUME to a new profession; and I was offered a six figure hourly rate job before 8 weeks WITHOUT a certification exam. The GOAL is to get into the Computer Software/ Tech Industry and GET your company/organization to PAY for future certifications via their training reimbursement programs. With Transferable Soft Skills & Leveraging acquired skills during your IT training and mentoring; you DO NOT need to start in Entry Level IT. I am still connected to the instructor as she is a college professor and still offers mentorships to all students and even 1 on 1 and contact via WhatsApp or Telegram. It is best to just get 1 or 2 cert to get your foot in FIRST, rather than accruing Student Loans and getting into DEBT in this pandemic economy when you can most definitely get educational assistance via your job and/pay out of pocket. Most companies only require 1 certifications 2 at most. Some jobs don’t even require a certification. So why go to a MyComputerCollege just to gather numerous certifications like a 🏅 medallion when you won’t need all but just 1 for the tech job? I have seen people who passed a cyber certifications and STILL cannot find jobs. Multiple certifications DOES NOT guarantee you a job.
John Mates Jr: Back in March 2020 I quit my job to start school at MyCC. And in April 2020, I began my journey to successfully obtain my Certs in the IT field and begin my career. I graduated in November 2020 with a 98.4 GPA and I attribute it to the mentors and instructors that the school has. Of course it took a lot of work and effort on MY part but with the help of these mentors and instructors I was able to successfully obtain many of my certifications and continue to do so on my own today. The school is highly recommended for those that want to get into the IT field.
David Wieland: I have been a student since Aug 24,2021 and I have enjoyed my time so far. I really enjoy the Flex room after class, cause 8 can interact with other mentors and instructors like Gerard, Ash, Mike and the students. They help out with just about anything from the class, to personal as well as the actual IT field. I can't say enough about the help and interaction I get from these people. Thank you so much.
