Went line by line on the contract and provided the exact cost of the project before even running a credit check for the loan. 0% down. Flexible financing options with fantastic deals (especially the same day discount). It was a long appointment but Jeff was such a sweetheart and made sure we were satisfied with every single detail. Nothing was left out. The cost for this project was significantly more compared to other places (before the discounts) but to be honest it made so much sense why - you're really getting great quality for what you're investing in. There is a limited lifetime warranty - for parts and labor. There is a 6-month long waitlist so they haven't started yet but I'm excited and will update this review when the project is finished!

Our project included a new floor plan, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, laundry room, home office, powder room, new bedroom, and two bathrooms. It was a major structural rework of existing foundation and load bearing walls.Daymon, Myriam, Michael and all of the subcontractors were excellent to work with, always responsive and staying ahead of schedule. Every day demonstrated 100% attention to detail and always made sure that we were updated and able to make decisions to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Some decisions were difficult having their 2nd opinion expertise provided comfort that we made the right call after call.They also did everything possible to minimize disruptions and keep our family of 5 functioning (with the added wrinkle of work and school from home!) throughout our 4 month project. Michael Ferris: After 14 years, our home was in need of a refreshed kitchen, master bathroom, and potentially a few other rooms. After selecting a design firm, we knew that we wanted a team that met, what we thought, were some core needs:- Focused and, if possible, dedicated to our project- Understanding of the vision of both our family and the designer- Quality-centric- Willing, flexible and capable to address challenges- Trusted, both with our vision, our home, and our familyOur designer recommended Asbury Remodeling and Construction and from our first meeting we felt very comfortable that Myriam and Daymon would bring a commitment to the success of our project while building a level of trust that we might not have found with other contractors we had used in the past. In the planning phase, we were shocked at the level of detail and effort the Asbury exerted, resulting in what appeared to be an unbelievably short timeline for the project. We had a growing confidence that a family run business with decades of experience doing projects like ours was a perfect fit.What we didn’t know is that the day demolition was scheduled to begin, COVID would drastically change the world and potentially delay our project. We consulted with Myriam and Daymon who understood our concerns and made significant changes to their process, including personal protection equipment for all of the Asbury team members plus daily cleaning and decontamination. In addition, given COVID, all of our family members remained at home doing work and school throughout the entire demolition and construction. The Asbury team made this a seamless experience despite the challenges.After the first 3 weeks, we were so impressed with both the rate of completion as well as incredible detail and quality of what we had seen that we added multiple rooms mid-project. Asbury not only met the original schedule, with added room remodels, but completed several additional projects that we had not even considered. Blake Swearingen: I give Asbury Remodeling 5 stars on both quality and service. I first used this company to add a new kitchen addition with a master suite above. The new 16' x 24' addition and remodeled existing space exceeded all expectations. We gave them a number of challenges such as a floor to ceiling enclosed glass shower that they worked out perfectly. My wife and I are both professionals and do not have time to look at multiple options to appoint the new addition. They worked with vendors and brought choices to us for decisions. Importantly, Mr. Asbury presented multiple options that my architect had not thought of in the design. I accepted all his ideas.I used the company a second time to bump out one side of an A-frame garage 2nd story to a 90-degree wall. This addition met all expectations.As a previous customer, Mr. Asbury looks after his clients. In 2016, hurricane Matthew dropped a 90' oak tree on my roof that broke through and smashed through multiple rafters. He had a roofing crew out the next day to cover the roof to protect it from further damage. He worked my extensive repair into his schedule and made the house whole again.I highly recommend this company and the design feature offered to clients.
Kathryn Swearingen: My husband and I hired Asbury Remodeling & Construction in 2013 to build an addition on our house: new kitchen downstairs and new master bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Despite architect issues, Asbury overcame poor plans - with great expertise - and ended up exceeding our expectations on the finish addition. I now cook in the kitchen of my dreams, and enjoy a fabulous bedroom and spacious luxury bathroom. They are truly client-focused, easy to work with (Miriam really helped me a lot during the build when I had to choose the various accessories) and are genuinely invested in the project they're doing. After the initial addition project, we hired them again for a couple of other home improvement projects and have been very pleased. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Thank you Asbury for making such a big project as least stressful and the most high quality as possible!

Lynne Smith: Very professional, honest and reliable! Best contractor we have ever used! Their work is top quality. They remolded our attic which was a very difficult space to work with and it’s beautiful! They totally saved us when our deck was falling apart and they came up with design features I never thought of. We now have a beautiful deck with a gas fireplace, grill and built in torches. And a mantle for an outdoor tv! They are simply the best.

Charles Leippe: Don't waste your time and money here. The work may look great at first, but when the shower door is leaking, the faucet stops working, the floor is buckling, the shower is useless, it is discovered that the entire job was completed at a slant and the only response is "there is nothing we can do now", you'll regret your decision. We've gone back and forth with these people for almost three years and all we have gotten is harassing letters in the mail and threatening phone calls. Instead of actually fixing the problem they created, they will make excuses and bring up a matter that occurred long before Daymon was ever called. I will be glad to show anyone interested in having some remodeling work all of our photo and documents pertaining to this matter. There are load of other decent remodelers in the area. Stay away from this hack.-
Kirk Sparks: Asbury recently completed a roof on our beach place after hurricane Florence. They did an excellent job. They were on time and on budget and very competitive. Their quality of work was very good and their knowledge of the latest roofing technologies was very helpful. Most important was their communication was excellent. They always called us back or texted or emailed on the same day. We would use them again and hope to on a siding project we have coming up.
