Dirtman902 Patterson: I love volvo equipment but this dealer is over priced. The parts department is highway robbery. Need a throttle switch parts department quoted me almost $900.00 for the switch. Was able to have an oem swith mailed from another dealer for $220.00 same dealer got my 220 teeth drop shipped to me for right around $600 this location quoted me over $1200.00.
Steele Triboletti: Literally the slowest and unhelpful parts department imaginable. May as well stood there with my thumb up my a$$ after an hour trip out for parts they clearly can't get in stock after they gave a pickup time.

C C: This is just just a reminder of why I don’t own anything Bobcat. Just got off the phone with the salesman, Chris I think it was. I was inquiring about replacing a mini skid. Chris was not very helpful, one word answers. When I asked about looking at one or demoing one he stated “we have some you can rent to try out”. I bet I do. I’m off to Vermeer.

tim brattain: triangle bobcat provides poor customer service, when it comes to horning warranty on their skid steers they tell you we will not tell you if we will honor your warranty on the skid steer until after we fix it and if warranty isn't approved they will hold your machine until its paid in full, thats definitely sounds like a dishonest business to me, best of luck dealing with them, I would like to speak with the owner of triangle bobcat about the warranty issues with my skid steer, viewers I will let you know if they contact me and how they respond back and if they fix my skid steer issues, its been several days never hear anything from triangle bobcat like they said they would in this post

Billy bullen: INCOMPETENCE!!! Took my 2017 595 in for a regular service and had an issue with the drive belt slipping off. Explained that I had replaced the belt and torqued to factory recommendation, alone with showing them the issue. They service the machine, ignore what I explained about the belt, and they simply torqued it back down. I drive over an hour out to pick it up and drive up to a unit that's still broken. They then keep it and dig Into the tensionor pulley like I suggested. As I suspected, it was bad. A simple hour long job to replace it. But they IGNORED factory torque specs and snapped one of the two NEW bolts off in the block. Causing the entire engine to need pulled from the unit... After this I get a bill for 2,100$ for the work. They charged me for the inconveniences, and their incompetence.. after discussing it with them they wouldn't back down and demanded full payment for their incompetence.. I then get the unit on job and less then 10 hour of run time have the main coolant line pop off.. after further inspection I noticed the clamp for this hose is several inches from ever being put back in place.. long story short. I now have a fairly new unit, low hours that now has had the engine pulled from it.. and on top of this they refuse to warranty anything but the pulley itself.. I'm disgusted with it all... And on top of this all the machine now has a bad rattle at idle that it never had before. I would never wish this night mare on my worst enemy.. I will never take a machine back to this shop and hope no one else does until they fire the incompetent techs they have working on their machines. Please look else wear for you service needs.

Jon Bruce: My initial experience here wasn't that great. Came early in the morning to meet with a sales rep and no one there. Rep contacted me later and actually had a quote the next day, and has been pretty spot on since then. back and forth via email in a timely fashion. Only thing I would recommend is listing hours and locations where a sales rep would be available, or offering webex/zoom for initial sales appointments.
Martin Kapusnik: I'll start with saying I own a Kubota skid steer and have no real experience with Triangle Bobcat in terms of buying but recently I needed to rent a Harley Rake or as Bobcat calls their version, a soil conditioner. After a rental from Sunbelt fell through with them not having it available after I reserved it, I called every place I could think of to get my hands on one as I had a customer waiting. Triangle was the only place to have one ready to go, at a cheaper price and were a pleasure to deal with. No question, for my rental needs it will be Triangle going forward.

Called several times about getting a title to it and no one follows up !! Sad I’m going to have to hire a attorney for the tickets and to get my money back from triangle bobcat would never recommend buying anything from them once they get the money they no longer worry about the customer!!!

Josh Mutchler: I called up here to order a part, gave the parts guy all the machine information and told him what I needed. He then asked me if I had a part number, so I tried to look it up on my phone. The part I got was incorrect and they refuse to let me return it. The parts staff have a rude demeanor and I’ll be buying parts somewhere else.
Patrick Smith: I was just there today. Locked myself out of my e50 machine. The gentleman behind the counter took care of me. Then I was interested in a mower and JR called me back in 5 min. Excellent customer service. I bought one.

Monster_Zero: I own a small lawn care company. When purchasing my Bobcat mower the salesman John assured me that they where going to be fixing and selling the Bobcat line of mowers for years to come. Unfortunately it was at best an ignorant statement or at worst an out and out lie. Now to have my lawnmowers serviced we have to either order parts from Winston Salem or drive all the way to friggin Lillington. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!

Five people on the sales floor staring at their computers or each other and not one person said Hi, welcome, How can we help, etc. No interaction with staff from entrance to exit. Very unfriendly, unprofessional atmosphere and we left without purchasing.

Shon Purcell: Terrible service! My experiences was well below my expectations. It started in November of 2021 I purchased a 18 speed transmission and 2050 ft lb torque clutch both purchased with warranties. I had my shop in Goldsboro perform the swap. 1 week later I had a leak. I took it to Gregory Poole and 1 week later they said my shop used the wrong bolts and since they Gregory Poole didn't do the work they couldn't honor the warranty. My options were a heli coil kit plus labor etc $ 3k plus later and 3 weeks later my synchronizer went out. Took it back to Poole and they said they did a failure analysis and found my rear-end yoke needed to be replaced 12days plus parts/labor $4800 and 2 weeks later my synchronizer went out again. Took it back and took the mechanic for a ride and he said maybe a faulty part smh. 3 days later I get it out at no charge but no paperwork or explanations or anything from the shop guy Rod. I took it to Mangums Wilson shop and they checked it out and went straight to the proble. $300 and 3 days later I'm back on the road. At the same time we had another truck there getting a $56,000 engine job. 1st 300 mile trip came back with a fuel pressure in the passenger side fuel tak overflowing. We had to pay another $1500 bucks in repairs smh. In 3 months we spent close to $85,000 with this company and got the worst experiences ever. For a establishment to be so big they have no impathy for small businesses at all! I would not recommend this place to any small businesses!

Clint Burton: Took over 3 months to settle a billing charge where they billed for 6.5 hours of labor on work that took far less than 2 hours. Their way of settling was to cut the hours to 4.5. On top of this, their hourly rates are absurd. Make sure you get written advance estimates, and clock their time. Watch out.
