Lisa S: This is the only one in Cary and Morrisville area.It is not huge but I find my most necessary items.
Sharice Lewis: First and last time here. It didn't pass the vibe check. This is a huge store with a lot of selection but very price (Miss Jessies leave in condish was 18.99 vs 13.99 at target).The last time I went to a beauty supply store was back in 2010ish and sadly not much has changed. The shopping experience was poor. I went in for braiding hair and there is a big selection but pricing isn't easily visible so it was overwhelming.The couple who ran the shop just look over but aren't very approachable or helpful. I forgot how uncomfortable it is to shop in Asian run hair stores as a black person. It gave me the ick. I really wanted to support a local business, but I'll stick to the target or amazon.

Terri Parker: Very big and carries alot of material except the loc hair used for doing extensions. Owner not very knowledgeable about black people hair alolthough there was a ton of black products. Since locs are a trend that is not going away it might be useful to watch some YouTube videos. He was not very personable. Not sure if I will go back again.

Shakera Vaughan: I purchased a drawstring ponytail (pretty pricey) from this location, and when I got home and opened the packaging, there were pieces of an unknown substance all throughout the ponytail. I did not put any product in the ponytail, nor did I wash it yet. When I promptly returned the item to the store, the manager Lee would not even hear me out, or do the right thing and let me exchange the defective product. He was incredibly rude, short, and dismissive. If you value your money, I would avoid this location.

Camila Urrea: Terrible customer service!! Plus that you have to have an cosmo card or license to buy a nail polish at this store. Don’t loose you time going to this place

Jazzy Lee: They've gotten better..I used to hate coming here to grab my products for my clients. It was an uneasy feeling, often followed, and watched way more often than other customers. I am a frequent flyer, so maybe that is why they have gotten better, but still doesn't excuse prior behavior.

Sorry I didn’t know about that!!!But the staff does not need to yell and teach me that “License” means you need to go to schools to get it since I have a health provider license.The staff need to go back to elementary school and learn about etiquette.

I literally got 3 words out before she cut me off and hung up the phone. I called another cosmoprof it turns out cosmoprof does cary the product. But I'd rather drive out the way to durham or Raleigh than go to Cary and physically interact with someone so rude and ill knowledged.

I caught her rolling her eyes behinde my back!! for asking a question. It was the worst experience. I need to find another store!! Or maybe I will open one my self.

Southern Pagan Princess: Love the new manager. I have to say it's awesome to hear a store manager thank their staff and praise them. You don't hear that often in businesses around Cary. And I love the staff they all seem to really work well together. I'm extra glad Sara is back too.

C C: I cannot believe that customers cannot use the restroom. We do not have a Cosmoprof store in every corner, I've to drive 30 minutes to get to this location and a simply "sorry, the public isn't allowed" is unacceptable.
Nancy Pickrell (Nancy): They usually have a good selection of products. Not very fond of the new lady. She's nice, but she follows you around the store and makes you feel like she thinks you're a criminal. Doesn't make you feel as though she wants to help you.
