James Slagle: Saw their ad on TV for the new Zoomer-Lite. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon on the way back from a SC beach about 1 pm since they close at 4 on Fridays. Saw the Zoomer-Lite and purchased it. Got it with their 10% off sale AND they would ship to me at no charge. The next morning, Saturday, at 9:30 am, our UPS delivery man rings the doorbell with the Zommer-Lite. How about that for service. I am south or Richmond; my thanks to our sales guy Seth Luck for working such a miracle. I have never seen such an impressive display of motorized vehicles than what Southern Mobility and Medical has on their show room floor. In addition, an impressive inventory of other devices for a person with limited mobility. Cannot say enough nice things about this business. They also do a web based business as well. If you are handicapped or just need some assistance with mobility, I recommend this business!

Sonia Decker: Bought my 2nd scooter from Southern Mobility and the experience was great. Seth was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different scooters and helped me decide which one would work best for me. Decided on the Golden Buzzaround Carry-On and couldn’t be happier. I had the Solax Transformer but it was getting to be too difficult for hubby to lift it in and out of the van and I didn’t like the turning radius. The Buzzaround scooter doesn’t fold up like the transformer does but we are still able to get it in and out of the van and since the seat is removed before putting it in the van, it’s lighter and easier for hubby. The turning radius on the Buzzaround is similar to a 3 wheel scooter but it has the stability of 4 wheel. A couple of days after we purchased the Buzzaround, the main part of the scooter that folds down wouldn’t work. We took it back out to Seth and he gave us a brand new one. Top notch customer service! We won’t buy a scooter from anywhere else.

Mr. Dressen is highly knowledgeable about the wording needed on Medicare forms, and worked with our PT and our dr to get the exact equipment he needed. He came to our home to measure my husband for his custom wheelchair, had it delivered to our home when it was ready, and has sent a service tech to our home to adjust it when we needed that done. Cadice is pleasant, a real people person, and highly effective at the front desk. She even brought equipment to our home. We won’t be doing business with anyone other than the fine folks at Dressen Medical in Holly Springs.

Edwards and the store manager not only accominaded our needs with a toddler Walker but even gave our son a small teddy. Hes now running in his cast with his Walker. Mind you they made this all happen in LESS THAN 5 days. You've made our difclut time so much easier. We can NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH for your professionalism and quickness

Celia Cudney: Dressen Medical Supply is a small privately owned company. I have been here multiple times and I have always been pleased. The people are always friendly and willing to take all the time in the world to help make sure you have everything you need. They will treat you with the old town fashion feel you are looking for. They always have everything I need or they are able to order it for me.

Amanda Huff: My insurance paid for a breast pump and said Dressen was a place within my network where I could get it. I picked up the breast pump, First time I tried to use it, it didn’t work. Called Dressen and they told me to bring it back and they would exchange it. We took it back, they said they couldn’t exchange it, would talk to Me. Dressen and call me back. A week later, no call back so I called. Was told I had to contact the pump maker. Meanwhile I had To rent a pump out of pocket. Also, they charged my insurance for the pump and then told me I had to pay another $115 to cover what the insurance didn’t cover. Got my EOB and it shows I shouldn’t have paid them anything. Called the insurance company who confirmed Dressen was in network and they should not have collected any additional funds from me. Dressen is dishonest, crooks, and don’t stand by their products. Hope they go out of business soon. I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance company to have them removed from the network.

Britt Carpenter: OWNER CALLED ME A LIAR. I recently rented a product from Dressen that was to be used overnight for my new born. I picked up the Billi blanket on Friday before they closed and was told I would have to bring it back on Monday because they were closed on the weekend but I would only be charged for the one day. When I only used this blanket for 8 hours, I was billed for 3 days equaling three times the amount I was initially told. When I called to ask about this, the lady at the front told me I just had to pay it. When I talked to the billing department, I was told I just had to pay it. WHEN I TALKED TO THE OWNER, I WAS CALLED A LIAR AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FOR THE WEEKEND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED AND I COULD NOT RETURN IT UNTIL MONDAY EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT USED. The owner then continued to explain how this was my fault that they were not open to receive discharge papers and stop the billing. This is stealing $100 from new parents right at Christmas and it is not right.
