Jenah: Ordered a handful of times from this location and always placed my order through the app. Each time the order and delivery ETA have been accurate with polite delivery drivers.
Shelby Prue Jr: This is absolutely the worse Domino's I've ever dealt with. The unprofessional nature of the management is unbelievable. The old products they are willing to serve the public is disgusting. Their variety is limited compared to other surrounding franchises. And their GM is one of the most incompetent I've ever seen. I would NEVER eat there and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so.
Lora Mears: Poor customer service! They did not contact delivery after staying they would and we have COVID! It was 2 hours to get a pizza and it was cold and undercooked! Disgusting
John Davis: Beware the "Customize Pizza" option when ordering on the website. This location does NOT make customized orders very well at all. More than half the time, they screw this up. Example: tonight, I ordered the "Exxtravaganza" pizza, but asked to have the vegetables left off of HALF the pizza. Well, they left it off of the WHOLE pizza. My customized order has been screwed up at least 5 or 6 times in the past year. Very unreliable. Additionally, do NOT trust the "estimated time" on weekends, as it's laughably inaccurate.

Ordered 2 boxes and one of them was undercooked. Also one had a hair under the pizza. I nearly missed eating it. I like Dominos pizza but I might have to find a different location.

Blamerbug: Did an online order for 2 pan pizzas, and was sent two hand tossed pizzas. I just recently got off work, was tired, and didn't notice the box differences until my partner ate a slice and I realized that neither pizza was a pan. Tried calling the store to see if I could just get a price change, because I didn't want to pay for pans when I had hand tossed, but was put on hold over and over for over 30 minutes, without a response. I just want the price changed and to not be overcharged, but I can't get a hold of anyone to help. The people who did answer didn't do anything but put me back on hold. I feel kind of ripped off, especially since one of the pizzas isn't even fully sauced and doesn't have a lot of toppings.

goutham siddhu: I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Cary, NC and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, the pizza arrived on time and was hot and fresh. The toppings were also tasty and generously portioned. However, I was disappointed with the crust, which was overly doughy and lacked the crispy texture I prefer in my pizza. Additionally, the customer service was average at best - the delivery driver didn't seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic about their job. Overall, I would say that while my pizza was decent, it wasn't exceptional and there are probably other pizza places in the area that I would prefer to order from next time

Medina Diggs: 1 stars for the one good delivery driver. This place by far the worst. I gave them a few tries and it's always an epic fail. This was supposed to be a Brooklyn style pizza and it came with some weird cream sauce that the employee couldn't explain. The pasta came practically empty, charred and dry. Everything I get from the but a basic pan made pizza is terrible and dry. Don't bother to call cause they never answer and you would eventually have to drive to the location for them to get it right cause they never give refunds. Save your money, gas and time

Yay!!Original Review - Ordered delivery through the app and it showed quality check for 40 mins. Tried calling and was on hold for over 10 mins. Never ordering again from this Dominos for sure. I have to now order from Papa Johns or Pizza Hut and wait another 30 mins to get my food. So so so disappointed!!!
Andrew Howard: Ordered one large pizza. From the time I ordered till the time I arrived and watched them pull out of oven was 55 minutes. (I was waiting for tracker to change and it never did from the employee preparing) None of 6 employees never even acknowledged me standing at the register for another 3 minutes. Three employees were actually working the other three were just standing around with one leaning against the “order ready” rack. And to top it all off, one employee dropped what looked like a deep pan pizza pan with dough in it on the floor along with the flat cover lid. He just picked them up off the floor and place them back on top of the other 3 already prepared pans. And another employee who was preparing the pizzas touched the register with the gloves and then went back to preparing the pizzas with the same gloves never changing to clean pair.. So needless to say I will never order from this 708 Slash Pine Dr Cary Location. The Apex West Williams is in a league by itself and when it comes to customer service, sanitary practices and overall customer friendly attitude and attentiveness. At least one employee speaks to you when you walk in the door. The Slash Pine Dr location needs major training.

Kurt Hollings: Oh this poor store. I feel for the manager and the one or two workers they have. I've ordered many pizzas from here, and 80% of the time it's fine, but their delivery (two or three times its been the food) has been the biggest issue due to the lack of help which they can't help. I ordered a pizza last night at 6:35, tracker wasn't working, and it being Friday figured it would be an hour, hour and a half. I get a call at 7:50 saying I was way down the list and it would be another hour and a half minimum before delivery! Of course, I wasn't happy, thought it was great someone called, but also understand for whatever reason this location can't get the employees. I guess the snot nose spoiled kids won't work? In saying all this, why would it take well over an hour to call me and tell me its going to be another hour and a half minimum....it was almost 8:00 at this point. The owner needs to step in and at least have a system that works. People wouldn't get mad if they are just notified in a decent amount of time, or if the tracker would tell you the delivery time which I am sure has the capability, but you just have an owner that isn't responsive or cares. Poor management and the one or two workers....shame on the owner for continuing to let this store be a joke. Be like Papa Johns and have DoorDash deliver for you! Unfortunately, I just can't order here any more. Marcos is terrible pizza, Papa Johns is average but delivers, but the new place Romeos is fairly decent, and the two times I've had a delivery it's been when their tracker says. Shame on the owner!

The automated system misheard the order and didn’t have a method for updating it. It submitted the order despite my efforts to cancel it. Then the store personnel said they were unable to fix the order because it was an ‘online order.’ I explained that I had called to place the order and tried calling back to fix it. They acknowledged it’s not currently possible to call in an order and said there was nothing they could do.One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had trying to order a pizza.

I skipped the line and waited in the pie-pass line 5-10mins and wasn't even served after the current customer. the one behind me said 'I'm next', and front desk served them without listening to me.you need to make the scheme work as advertised and train the staff. otherwise don't have such schemes. Yes, I pressed the button in the app before going in but no one cared.I'm giving 3 stars because the pizza was good and was ready on time, although I couldn't pick it up on time.

We used to get the same blonde guy delivering to us on time and fast but now we get some awkward guy with like zero social skills and my food late af. My wife and I would change to pickup but I dont think it would make a difference. This store needs better staff - dont get me wrong, some of them are okay but I guess you get what you pay for.

Delivery is always pretty quick unless they have some sort of issue with your order (they had an issue with mine once but only once out of many times I've ordered from them and it was still delivered just later than normal)

Erin Nasto: If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke with two managers and they still messed up my order. They did nothing to rectify the situation. A class of first graders and parents were waiting. It was supposed to be 7 cheese pizzas delivered. After waiting for 15 minutes I drove to the store and they had 7 pepperoni pizzas for pick up. They gave no apologies. The second time I had spoken to a manager (the store owner) I asked him to confirm my order of 7 cheese pizzas delivered. That was two days before it was supposed to be delivered. When trying to call the morning of to triple check there was no answer and I attempted 3 times. Terrible service. At least apologize and try to fix it.6-13-2023 - I emailed my concerns and information, but never heard back.6-18-2023 - I still have not heard back after emailing concerns. Unfortunately, I think the follow up comment on my review was just to give an “appearance” of being more responsive than they really are.6-26-2023 - I emailed again at the request of the comment on my update of my review and again there was no return email from Dominos.

Apparently someone immediately marked my order as delivered, with no intention of actually taking it out to me. Also they didn't include the garlic dipping sauce I paid for.

She was the only one working in the store at the time I came by, so I could tell she was extremely busy yet she was doing a fantastic job keeping the business going at the excellent standard we all expect from Dominos. Everyone in Raleigh knows that I am dominos’ number one fan! Employees like Caitlyn deserve recognition for keeping Raleigh great, and for doing it with a smile! 😀 have a wonderful day.

We spoke to a guy on the phone and he said that was not going to happen because they already put the pizza in oven. We asked who the manager was in order to try and figure this out to fix our order, and we were told his name is “Bryan”. when we asked to speak with Bryan someone came on the phone and refused to give us his name and told us he was not Bryan and then HUNG UP ON US. So I guess we never got to speak with Bryan, we were lied to, and we were hung up on. Order here if you want to be angry and deal with the WORST customer service….We went to the store to figure out why we got hung up on and to try and fix our order this way and since they already made the pizza they gave it to us when we got there… let it be known, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and this is what we got!!! pizza with cheese and water poured on top (maybe a cup of grease) not even with pepperoni. We absolutely did not accept this pizza. What a nightmare.

Patrick Wilson: I'm having trouble understanding why their delivery driver would be taking pictures of my home after he made his delivery. We have very hi tech security cameras and I pulled one up and he's sitting in his car taken pictures. I tried calling to ask about this and of course no one answered the phone. We have never had any problems with theft so if anything happens his photo will be the first submitted to the police. The fact that he placed the pizza in my hand means the delivery was complete. He's not a FedEx driver.
Raymond Fornes Jr: I put it a timed order today for three medium two toppings for $6.99 each. I walked in the door couple of minutes early and my pizzas were coming out of the oven right on time and piping hot! The customer service was wonderful there and they were very nice! What a great deal 24 slices of pizza for $22! My family really enjoyed it!! Will definitely be back!!
Chris DeWitt: Pizza visibly had very little to no sauce when I picked it up. When I asked if I could get a container of sauce for dipping, the general manager immediately became defensive and argued that there was sauce on the pizza and he had video proof that he put sauce on it. After going back and forth with him for a minute, he finally said that if I wanted a container of sauce then I would have to pay for it. I took the pizza and immediately walked out. Terrible customer service

Luke Pyle: Soo… my order came out wrong. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, one with Italian sausage and onion and one with Philly steak and green peppers. The Philly steak pizza came with Philly steak and jalapeños….. I’m no farmer but those are SLIGHTLY different peppers. Then, the Italian sausage pizza came out so raw the dough was like chewing gum and the cheese was still shredded…on top of all of this, I ordered at 707 and didn’t receive the order until about 837 while the tracker said it was in quality check for roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
