Kevin Largen: I hired Woodall's last year when we suddenly lost all water pressure. They accommodated us on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem: a faulty pressure tank. Travis took the time to educate me on how the system works and patiently answered all my questions. He provided an estimate to replace the faulty pressure tank. However, I asked further questions about the well pump, which was the same age. Travis never tried to "sell" me; he simply answered my questions and let me arrive at my own conclusion. I work in sales, so I very much appreciated his "no pressure" approach. I decided to replace the pressure tank and the well pump at the same time to ensure a reliable well system. The work was scheduled the very next day and we had water back much sooner than I originally anticipated. The final charges matched the estimated cost, so there were no surprises. Felton came the next day with crew prepared to fix whatever the issue may be. After looking at water at source, tap water from the house, and reviewing pictures - it's high iron in water staining vs. well Issue. He was thorough, knowledgeable and honest in diagnosing the problem. Very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend to do any well work.

Kathee Liberto: This is an updated review from my previous one a year ago and is a much scaled down version.I purchased my roof from Hard Rock a year ago almost to the day. After the torrential rains we had, on 4/07/23 I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. I immediately reached out to the company. The only contact information I had was Sebastian’s so I texted him with pictures. He said it was most likely condensation from my HVAC but if it was the roof they would fix it. He sent a guy out that day and he found a couple of nails had been pushed up by the heavy rain and he fixed the leak. At that time and because of the leak I asked him to look at some other concerns I now had. He took pictures and said Steven would call me. I understand things happen and I just wanted to make sure my home was protected. That didn’t seem unreasonable to me. Two weeks later I still hadn’t heard from anyone. The only contact number I could find was Sebastian’s so I texted him again, he said he would follow up. Later that day I received voice mail from Steven, stating that I was told it was my HVAC and I don’t have leak coming from the roof and to call him. When I did he proceeded to tell me once again about the conversation that I never had with his roofer, denying there was a leak, even after his own guy fixed it, instead of being concerned there might actually be a problem. Then he ordered me not to contact Sebastian (even though Sebastian is who I purchased the roof from) or anyone else, that he is in charge and to only talk to him. Repeating this over and over like I was a child. If I ever spoke to a customer like he did me, I would be fired on the spot. Especially after spending thousands of dollars with them. I have never before been forced to deal with such a toxic condescending person. A business is nothing without the customer. He continued his gas lighting and denial until I told him if he didn’t want to stand behind his work or warranty to just say so, that I was exhausted from dealing with it. Later I got a text from him saying he was sending a crew out to do a full report showing I had structural problems. What?!By this time I felt I could no longer trust Steven and I called the City inspector. He found no structural problems. Steven then sent his crew out. Thankfully they were pleasant and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and didn’t have a problem answering all my questions. When they were finished, even asked me if I felt better about the roof. Imagine that!As soon as they were finished I received a call from Steven. Telling me I was being recorded, he asked me questions about the job the crew just finished but talked over me when I tried to answer and again tried to get me to say the roof was never leaking. I was not about to lie because he didn’t want to accept responsibility. He did send someone out a couple days later to paint over the stains on my ceiling.At the end of the day Steven did what he should have. But at what cost? My experience with Hard Rock is no longer positive, but regret. In good conscience I will no longer recommend this this company.Service:Roof installation

Both Steve and Sebastian were very respectful of our wishes and needs. marty graff: If you're looking for someone to help you with your geo-thermal loops these are the folks to call! They drilled a water well for me 12 years ago and it's been perfect from the begining. I have a leak in my GSHP loop (vertical bore hole x 400') and these were the only folks willing to help me try some "stop leak" treatment; everyone else either "declined" or never called back. Justin Nolan: We were in crisis! Water had completely shut off and the situation was worsening. I called up Poole because they had done some excellent work for us during COVID 2 years ago after 2 other companies had come over, charged us money, and not fixed our problem.I left a message on Sunday morning when they were closed and I get a call at 8 am sharp Monday morning. The dispatcher has Barry and Ryan to my house by 8:30 same day. The boys diagnose, remove a 20 year old pump, and replace it with a new one in just over 2 hours. Both the cost estimate and the time estimate I am given are higher than it actually was. So Ryan says it might take em 3 hours it takes em 2. He says it's gonna be between 3 and 4k it ends up being right at 3. Consistently I was impressed the the knowledge, the understanding, and the hustle these two men exhibited knowing my wife and I were in a crisis situation.Amazing work. John Thomas: Had NW Poole install a new constant pressure well pump and controller almost 2 years ago. The controller started to periodically stop working. NW Poole came out and replaced the controller in a timely fashion. Great service by great people.

We also asked them to please send a list of options for our repair and all they sent was a brochure with 0 pricing listed. Gary McConkey: I was a bit hesitant when I read some of the one-star reviews.Our water was off and they were the company that was available the earliest. We thought we would have to wait until Tuesday but they called early Monday morning and said they'd be here around lunch time.Two techs came and evaluated the entire system. Our pump was 19 years old and, as suspected, needed to be replaced. They did the work in a very professional manner. I requested some additional work; the installation of a digital well monitor, a larger tank and a replacement well head cover. They fixed my 3rd floor bathroom water pressure issue by installing a constant pressure valve. NO ONE ELSE even recommend this solution to us. The service installation team was fantastic. Only my 4th Google review in my 22+ year home ownership, and I’m doing this because of the outstanding above and beyond help/workmanship/professionalism I just received. I had an emergency; Chis was able to potentially diagnose over the phone. I called them at 2:00pm. They were here to help my emergency by 4:00pm. Crew was awesome. Rain started pouring/dumping, stopped the work, they sat in their car and stayed here ‘till there was an opportunity to work again, and what was supposed to be a 1-2 hour job took them 5-6 because of the weather, and they charged me the same price. Eric Cook: The team working at my house just left and I could not get on here and leave a review fast enough. The guys diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and went to work immediately. Had a couple different options on changing my pump as well, but not once did they try to "sell me". Simply gave me the facts and let me decide. My only issue is that I didn't use NW Poole for my water treatment system two years ago (no complaints about the other company, but NW Poole is that good!)From start to finish -- Scheduling to repair -- this company is top notch and will only use them moving forward. Please give the two gentlemen that came out here today a HUGE pat on the back because they are A+ in my book.

Patrick Newsome: Prices are ridiculous. Increase of over 300% in 3 years.$850 charge for an hour and a half of work to test 1 well.Had 2 wells done for $600 in the past.Sad to say, probably won't be using them again.
Lowtier Computer: If you like a local company that is worth their weight in gold, this is them. Sure you can get some components cheaper elsewhere, but the support and friendliness and expertise is far more valuable.With help from their staff finding what I needed, I purchased some components, but did not have access to a vehicle that could move them at the time. An employee was kind enough to offer to drop the components off at my house as he lives nearby. Not only did he drop them off and carry them to where I was working (unprompted) but he thanked me for my business. Try and get that kind of work ethic and helpfulness elsewhere.
