Large selection of RC cars, and planes on one side with loads of Warhammer too!The other side is just Model kits mainly Gundam (GunPla). Largest selection ive seen of Gundams in NC outside of a Convention Center! They have everything you need to get started on any Hobby they specialize in and have knowledge staff to help you do so effortlessly. You'll be hard pressed to find another store with 3 perfect grade kits setting on their shelf anywhere else in NC outside of a Con.

R Waudby: Very cool place. Was visiting the area for an event for my wife and was looking for something else of interest. Stopped in realizing their specialty was RC planes but also stock model kits. Good group to deal with.

Tim Ryan: Small but well stocked RC accessories, warhammer stuff and model paints. The car model selection has improved, but is still limited in selection of available kits.

M Something: The shop was good before, now it is even better. They expanded into a lot more space so all the stock of model kits (a great selection) are displayed and easy to access. Same with paints and other supplies. Well lighted with plenty of room to move around even when crowded.Add that to the staff being friendly, very helpful, fair pricing on products, plenty of parking, and comfortable seating. This is what a local hobby shop should be.

The owner was friendly and courteous and even looked in the back for me for an item not on the shelves. I will go back, but a long commute limits the number of trips I'll be taking.

Alen Molnar: Do not seek for an honest advice or service from "Go Unmanned".This is an example of a place thats "monopolizing" its area field, which is a lab for drones.Obviously, that store is making a fortune to allow itself make you feel cornered when in need of Drone lab services/orientation/sales.It is fronted by 2 ladies with little professional knowledge.It started with me calling from Jacksonville NC asking for a specific estimate to replace my DJI Mavic Pro Camera, which I was quoted 285$. Which was decent, so I started my ride the next day.Seems they still demand an "Estimate Fee" of 50$ to verify what you already know.After convincing the lady to speak to the majesty manager, who has enough projects so he doesnt make your business feel welcoming, and will add various fees and an unreasonable waiting time (2 weeks to order from China, plus 2-3 days of 'work'). He cant even say if he has the equipment back in the office.Once the drone business catches up with this state, "Go Unmanned" will have to get back to earth.Until then, I highly recommend you all to order your equipment from AMAZON which is way cheaper, arrives faster, and you can find a local repair guy (for cellphones for example) and pay the labor fee. It will save you the face-time with an unpleasant business owner.ORIf you love using your drone, consider dedicating an hour of watching YOUTUBE videos about how to fix very simple stuff. It will make you independent, save LOTS of money, and make you love your drone even more!I can only imagine other people coming to ask for help, and facing those unrealistic solutions at the store, and out of lack of time/patience, are cornered to compromise on that poor service.Therefore, Im willing to direct and advice any person who contacts me, and leaves their email with a question in this comment section.I will keep following this place progress and make sure it doesnt take advantage of people.

Harnett County: Called them for a repair job on a DJI Inspire. Their turn around was less than a week and their customer service was exemplary. We will be using them for all our future business.

I’ve found that in addition to the invaluable insight, they have genuine interest in what I’m building or designing.They’ve also helped to correct issues from other stores, whether it be issues with pickups or orders, or other stores not honoring policies (return, protection plans, etc).

Sydney Golden: Went to geek squad to get my iPhone 13 Pro battery replaced which was quoted at $89. I’ve literally had this phone for just over a year and the battery is defective. I got there and I have a small crack in my phone and he tells me that I have would have to pay almost $450 for the crack and battery because they can’t work on iPhones without fixing everything that’s wrong with them. Then when I asked if they really can’t just fix my battery the guy says “well we could - we’re just not supposed to” and then doesn’t offer to help at all. Giant waste of time.
