CVS: what do users think?
Sal Morra: This store is always clean and employees are always helpful and courteous !!!
Alia Dara: The pharmacy manager Bethany was soooo rude and unprofessional. If you have to get prescriptions that you are still coping with mentally do not go to the pharmacy while she is there. She is loud and obnoxious about your privacy and is insensitive. The rest of the staff is great. Bethany shouldn’t be in pharmacy jobs or anything concerning health.
aguercioni33: Best store ever
Esther Binshtok: I had no experience at this CVS since I do not live in North Carolina!
vera conners: nice enough, but customer service isn't what to expect. needed to update my insurance, they told me they had it, even handed them my new card. obviously didn't because I paid too much for my script. Ended up calling my old store to double check my info, they never had my new insurance and i needed to add it over the phone. it wasn't even busy when I went in. never had a bad experience with CVS til this one.
Jason Claunch: Picked up a prescription and they’re usually really busy at the time I show up, but Ryan was still very friendly, welcoming and helpful
Richard McCreery: Stop hounding me about upgrading my carecard. There is never any CVS products I would use, so it would be a waste of my money.
charlie frazier: Lovely staff with patience far greater than mine when it comes to customers. Got my covid shot and a nail polish in less than 15 minutes. Thanks y'all! 💅
Wendy Lewis: My experience at this store today was horrible. Melissa at the drive thru is rude and clearly should not be working in this capacity, dealing with people and their medication. I was screamed at in the drive thru, and then this inept lady had the audacity to go into my file and call my personal cell number to tell me “you should be nicer to the people who fill your prescriptions”. This was in response to me asking her for her name and letting her know she had a horrible attitude. As I pulled off from the window. She yelled out of the window at me to “HAVE A NICE DAY”. I assume she was upset because I called her out on how she was talking to me, when I asked her for clarification as to why my medication order had not been filled.I took this as a threat. Does that mean you will do something to my future medication orders??? I immediately called the corporate office, and was told the regional manager would call me back. He did and assured me that he would deal with this employee in the most firm way. I appreciated their quick response, however I don’t feel safe receiving meds from this location. I have never had an experience like this. I was floored that this lady, went into my personal file with my confidential information, to look up my number and then to actually call me??? Her behavior was completely uncalled for and very much unprofessional! I have requested my doctor move all of my prescriptions from CVS. The company lost a loyal customer of over 20 years because of this incident. I DO NOT recommend anyone patronize this location! I know that I never will again and will let everyone I know about my experience. It was very disturbing to say the least.
Beth Wooten: This CVS Pharmacy Was Very Nice Place To Get Idems And Vaccines. I Got My Latest COVID-19 Shot Here And The Pharmacy Was Very Nice To Take Me On Time For My Appointment. One Week Later I Got My Flu Shot Here Too. I Have Been Here In The Past For Flu Shot But It's Nice That Pharmacy Has Both Shots You Can Get Here. The Store Has A Nice Atmosphere Where You Can Shop For Idems And Very Nice Staff Members. BW
Patricia Bohnenblusch: Never get it right!!!
Patricia Mills: I was there a couple nights ago to pick up a prescription for my son. I had Good RX and showed the pharmacist it. But he said that they gave me the discount and asked me what my problem was. Well he didn’t give me the discount. He IS VERY RUDE !!!!!!!!!! He told the woman he was working with to be quiet and go do her job very rudely to her. I told my son that he better go to a different pharmacy because I will NEVER go there again !!!!!!!!
Ash Bahour: Avoid the location at 1123 kildaire farm.Very unprofessional, Rude. (Pharmacy)
Jason Abbott: The red-headed lady working there needs to learn not to speak to other people's children. If she has an issue with a child till the parents.I don't know what it is about CVS and Walgreens, but customer service at most locations is horrendous.
Oscar Sanchez: This pharmacy has really shown me they don’t care at all they have there job title that’s all they care about they don’t want to help anyone they just want to literally get this place shut down or something very sad I just wanted my prescription that my doctor prescribed but sad they just care about a paycheck rather then customers
Russ M: This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used my entire life with my continuous health treatment. The staff will discount your safety and health by ignoring your request and not giving any information when you can get your medicines. Do not take your prescriptions here if you can help it. Report them to CVS Corporation
Haley Hufton: If I could give less stars I would. It’s ridiculous to sit in the drive thru for meds with only 3 cars in front of you for 50 mins.
scott lemmer: Said they were too busy to fill a prescription.
DARIO PIRELA M: Always problems with the prescription. I have to visit at least two times to get them. The environment in the pharmacy of this store isn't friendly.
Danny Carey: I understand where the other people are coming from about the Pharmacy I don't like most pharmacies I personally don't have any scrips there. I can tell you about my visits they have a good crew and really try to do the best they can especially one of the shift managers Linda I find her very helpful and willing to help a customer. I had problems with a charge or refund on one of my credit cards. she took the time to go up to the office and find my records and print them out for me. It made it so much easier to call my credit card company which ended up being their deal not CVSs. Floor workers are pretty friendly also never any problems. Some CVSs the workers seem so cold just go to Davis Dr and speak with the old lady there. Do what you need to do with the pharmacy but at least give the floor workers a break they are trying during bad times
Donna Holman: CVS is the worst pharmacy to deal with. My doctor has been telling me to switch but kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Every month there always seems to be some issue and I end up having to make multiple calls and trips. This week they notified me a prescription was ready and when I went to pick up they said it was too early to fill. I got home and looked online and it said doctor did call it in and it wasn’t picked up. I called back and they said they can’t fill because insurance requires 90 days. While that is fine - why did they not tell me or my doctor that rather than saying it was ready? My doctor isn’t a available until Monday and now will be out of my med - and pharmacy doesn’t care. They take zero initiative and don’t care about customers. Don’t use this pharmacy!

CVS: what do users think?
Hatem Tagel-Din: I like the place especially when items are for sale. Sometimes the sales are 75% off :)
Camille McCann: The pharmacist at CVS at Winston Hill is outstanding. She is helpful, professional, willing to listen and takes time with customers. She is the epitome of what one would want in a pharmacist.
Tony Rice (rtphokie): This was once the best CVS around, speedy, friendly and thorough pharmacy staff. But sadly no more. They are understaffed and overworked. What used to take minutes now takes hours.
Megan Freeman: Very rude. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had. Unable to coordinate automatic refills after three monts and three in person visits and a couple phone . They were not able or willing to answer basic questions or tell me what i had was wrong and were condescending, rude, and implied it was my fault they didn't answer a question right. The willingness to help get things sorted was beyond underwhelming. I would definitely reccomend going somewhere else which is what i will be doing next month.
Emmanuel Spence: The worst CVS location in my opinion. The short lady Marina has the nastiest attitude. Her customer service skills could use a good deal of improvement.
Dawn Enos: The pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. EVER. Something incredibly simple is made into a trip to crazy town. Avoid at all cost.
Amanda Alvarado: The pharmacy drive through is so terribly slow!! I came to drop off my prescription and was told it would take 1-2 days to fill it and that they would call me to notify me it was ready., they never called. I came to pick up my prescription and waited over 30 mins!
Matthew Nguyen: I've had great experiences with the other CVS locations but today, my scheduled booster shot is only available at this location. The pharmacist who administered my shot was unfriendly and unkind. I was on the phone while waiting for almost 20 minutes. The pharmacist came out and barely gave me a glance then immediately "ordered" me to get off the phone. For 20 minutes wait, my thought was, she would at least give me 2 seconds to end my call, but ok. After I sat down on a chair waiting for her to prepare the shot, I started to inform her about my mild allergic reactions to the 2 Pfizer shots and I was given Benadryl at the other CVS locations. Needless to say, she didn't have much patience for me to finish explaining, she responded hastily that CVS do not offer Benadryl for reactions and I would need to make the purchase myself. Then she asked me if I wanted to continue the shot or cancel the shot. She gave me the stare while waiting for me to respond. And so I got the shot. As I was walking out, emotionally distressed by her service, I realized this CVS location does not ask or suggest anyone to stick around for 15-30 minutes to be monitored. I decided to stick around anyway and was hoping the Moderna booster might do better, but unfortunately within minutes, I felt my heart was racing and my tongue was tingling numb. I rushed back inside and bought Benadryl. I took it down and after 30 more minutes resting in my car, I felt normal again. My tongue and mouth stayed numb for another 2 or so hours. My reactions to the Pfizer shots were a scale more severe than the Moderna. But both shots definitely required being monitored and a dose of Benadryl. My complaint with this CVS is for their lack of compassion. I know everyone have had bad days and I hope it was also the exception for this pharmacist. Otherwise, she's in the wrong profession.
Dale North: Why do they let people camp out at the take out service? It shouldn't take 5 +minutes to retrieve a perception and take payment. They should make customers go inside if it's going to take long.
Lou Karwoski: One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Sat on hold two times to for close to an hour in total. My objective was to have a prescription transferred to this location from another. After getting through I was told I had to call another store to release a prescription hold. I called that store and they said that was not the case. So rather than wait on hold for another 30 minutes I drove up to the location, they pulled the prescription through and told me they were not able to fill my prescription for at least 3 hours. Would not recommend this CVS.
Christopher Brunson: I would give a negative if I could. The pharmacy managers at High House rd in Cary and Davis dr are unprofessional and rude. I went to the Cary location and the manager was rude and unpleasant. Whatever happen to customer service. These managers need to be fired or replaced. CVS you need to do better because you’re not the only horse in the race. Get it together! You guys can learn a thing or two about manners in the south especially in Cary.
Brian Willis: My son, who is 20, tried to obtain the COVID vaccination at this location and they denied him. He made the appointment online per this locations instructions and they said his insurance was not accepted. Funny thing is the vaccine is still free of charge at least currently. They stated that he had a different insurance in the system but could not tell him which insurance that was. They did not try to assist him in changing his insurance or finding out how they could administer the vaccination without having insurance even though they very well can.I will not be using this CVS from here.Very disappointing
Red “Panda” Panada: I walk in not greeted.Bring things up. Nothing from the cashier. Yelled at by the tall black guy named Jose. Pharmacist yelled at me over wanting to transfer my Rx from another CVS. Like I'm sorry I moved across the country and didn't turn auto fill off.
Ebony Harvey: Always have my prescription ready on time and never have a hassle trying to get a refill. Will continue to get my families prescriptions here.
Treva Weaver: Always friendly and helpful. They make me feel like I'm family..always clean. Some of their products are a little expensive but I just use coupons I receive. :)
James R: Super clean, well organized store, with an ATM and photo center. Friendly staff.
Amy Bonchonsky: This is by far the best CVS pharmacy in Cary. There are 4 CVS pharmacies closer to my house but this is only one I will go to. The staff are friendly and professional and never act inconvenienced to make a call or special order.
R Paynter: I don’t believe I have ever not been in this store without being greeted at the front door by a friendly nice person. Everyone here is helpful. The pharmacy staff is one of the most personable and professional staffs I have ever known. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years just because of the personable attention I receive and I see other customers receiving by the staff at this store.
John Unorski: Outstanding pharmacy, I’ve worked w Michael for 10 years now. Never let me down. I highly highly recommend.
MrP (Novatone): Solid store. Not the cheapest place to shop but the pharmacy is on the ball.
Mohammad A: Out of shots ...... again

CVS: what do users think?
Trina Lewis: The cvs staff here is amazing. The manager and front cashier.went above and beyond to help me with my coupons. I really appreciate the customer service I received. I will shop here. Thanks again to the manager and the front cashier. great friendly customer service.
L E: I had a major surgery and I am on crutches. It is hard for me to walk up and down my 3 stories of stairs so I usually go to my doctor, she sends a script and I drive to cvs immediately. Today the pharmacist said my behavior of coming to cvs immediately after my Dr appt was “completely inappropriate” and he “felt rushed” even though I explained I would wait and to take their time, and how it is hard for me to walk up and down my stairs. The pharmacist literally started getting red in the face with anger over me coming there right when a prescription was sent over. I will tell you what is inappropriate, treating someone in pain and recovering from surgery like they are such a burden for sitting and waiting for their medications. I never rushed the pharmacy, I just didn’t want to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs 3 times today. Sorry you had to do your job, maybe you should have chosen one that doesn’t deal with sick and handicapped people that have serious struggles. How dare you call my behavior “inappropriate.” Oh and the kicker was he yelled it at me with a line of people listening. It was extremely embarrassing, and not for me… for him.
da Qv: Ive been using this pharmacy for many years but it has really gone downhill the past year or more. Scripts get called in and it takes a least a day or 2 to get filled! Seems to me that if a dr calls in a script the patient needs the medication sooner rather than later. Last week I came in to pick up a script and was told it wasnt ready and to come back later or tomorrow. I said I would wait in the store so I shopped around and got a text msg that it was ready. But. By the time I walked back to the pharmacy the gate was coming down and I was refused. I was told come back in an hour. Ridiculous since I told them I would wait in store.Today I had an urgent dr visit for a severe allergic reaction to a medication. The script was sent in by the dr at 11AM. Since I didnt get a text from cvs I went home. At 4:00 I drove over and was told it wasnt ready. Allergy symptom was on high alert. Well again, I am told it wasnt ready so I told the tech that I would wait and he said ok. Its gonna be 45 mins to an hour. WTH?!You would think that if a drs office sends in a script that the patient probably needs it. So here I sit at 4:30 still waiting for a script that was called in 5 hours ago! There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!!!After I pick this up it will be my very last pick up from this location!Do yourself a favor and stay far away.Oh and their drive thru stays closed!
Iroo “Kobra” Zet: I was driving 25 minutes to pick up my medicine and they closing up the front of my nose because it’s a lunch break?!
Ray Sweeney: Tried calling on the phone for Covid test results. 1 hour and never got a live person so I went to the location. Advised Covid results would take 24-48 hours. It took almost a week! CVS refused to take responsibility and told me to call LabCorps. 😡UPDATE: wound up having to change pharmacies after they messed up dosages and refills multiple times on my prescriptions. Didn’t seem to care so we switched to We Care Pharmacy in Apex. Our only mistake is that we should have changed sooner.
Reid Rainey: I don’t know how you manage to lose my card on file but they managed to do so, not give me my prescription and argue with me about it. We have picked up prescriptions from here using the card on file hundreds of times mind you. Pick a different location if you can.Edit - thankfully the card was on file, a new employee (Ben) clearly needs some training because Annabell tooks care of me the second time I came in and used the card I knew was on file. I don’t even have an issue with ignorance to the fact that my card was there, I’m disappointed and mad about the disrespect I was treated with. Insisting that I was the one who was incorrect. I recommend training your employees better cvs.
geoff bishop: Erin Whittaker was incredibly helpful. Just moved here and will shop again.Mary from the management team was attentive and eager to assist
Spencer B: I recently started going to CVS because my insurance changed to Aetna-CVS. Everyone was friendly, the store was clean and orderly and the pharmacist was also friendly and professional. I'm happy to have made the switch from Walgreens.
grace fields: wasted my whole lunch break trying to get a hold of them about urgent medications. their pharmacy is closed during lunch from 1:30 to 2, yet i’ve been on the phone on hold since 1.not to mention when i got through only a minute before they dropped my call after saying the pharmacy greeting. a bunch of lazy workers who are avoiding to do their work. hate this location.
Lauren Jackson: If I could give a 0 I would. Been using this pharmacy for over 8 years, not anymore, not sure what’s going on over there but the staff in the pharmacy clearly don’t want to be there during working hours. Ridiculous.
Jessica Arnold: This CVS is awful. They have too many patients to adequately care for a single person.
Marie Anne: No one from the pharmacy ever pick up the phone. I called everyday was put on hold by the machine and it hung up.I regret that I had my prescriptions transferred here.
Heather Carper: Walked in, was promptly greeted by Kansas who offered to help. I needed a passport photo. She was able to help me right away; took my photo, made sure it was compliant, and was very friendly throughout. She made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. She also informed us that we made a good choice to have this service at CVS; she assured us it is saving us time and from having to resubmit our passport renewal.
Grey Adams: left a review already but I’m so in shock after the treatment I received yesterday that I have to leave one more. I get prescribed shots for my migraines, which are time sensitive. I was supposed to pick it up Monday, but was then told it was out of stock, and that it would be there Tuesday. Tuesday came, and then I get the same notification - it’s out of stock and will be there the next day.I tried calling the pharmacy as per the instructions of trying to find a different pharmacy that would have it in stock, yet no one answered the phone. at all. so I go in person later in the day, the lady at the register already giving me attitude, and then they tell me that hey, they actually do have my medication in stock! i tell them I was being told the wrong information, and they joked about it and laughed. They didn’t care that I was being forced to wait for a medication that I needed for my chronic illness, when they had it the whole time and I didn’t need to wait. I’m never coming back to this CVS, transfer your prescriptions to a different pharmacy. everyone who works here is a joke and either isn’t organized properly or they just don’t care about sick people.
Traveling Mama: I'm in there almost weekly it's my neighborhood pharmacy, there is a sweet nice kind always helpful cashier that works there, I enjoy and appreciate her hospitality she goes over and beyond to help her customers cvs is a better place because of Ms kansas
Sunny Johnson: If I could give -10, I would!! This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with! The store itself is ok, but the pharmacy is BROKEN!! It was not this bad a few years ago. We live closeby and have been visiting this store since day 1. It is run by totally incompetent people. My mother has to get her scripts here. No choice because of insurance. They NEVER fill a script on time, lie to you and tell you it's ready IF you are lucky enough to get through to speak to someone, and absolutely have NO CLUE when you go to get it and it's NOT ready!!. I went to FINALLY get the script they had been jacking us around over and guess what....they close at 8pm in the summer!! That is crazy!! Save yourself time and trouble..don't deal with them! Trust me!! 🙄
Carly F: I have used this location on Tryon Road for several years for prescriptions with amazing service. But over the past 8 months our family has encountered nothing but rudeness and unaccountability by the pharmacist and select staff members. Customer service deeply declined.
M.T. Scott: Took 4 calls from the doctor and 7 calls from me in order for them to fill one script. The last person I spoke to today told me he was the pharmacy manager/pharmacist and that he had no record in his system about all the past calls. My doctor then called and spoke to him and would not get off the phone until he finally found her notes in the system. THE PHARMACIST/MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE HIS OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM. This place is truly a train wreck, probably of CVS management's own doing. Maybe they don't pay enough, don't train staff, or maybe the CVS reputation is so bad that no one wants to work there. And if you try and call to talk to someone, you could be on hold for 30 minutes, and then all of a sudden, they will pick up the line and hang-up on you. It is that bad.We are switching all the scripts we possibly can.
Mike Brooks: Arrived for 3 o’clock appointment for my 94 year old mother for Covid vaccine booster and was told computers were down so couldn’t do anything. Suggested we come back in an hour or two and maybe computers would be working. I was told No estimate about when computers would be back up because they were put on hold by their computer support group.
Brian Eckmann: Absolute joke. Had to lie awake all night with pain from a pinched nerve in the neck because they made multiple profiles and didn’t see my prescription. Went the next day and system was down. Get it together

CVS: what do users think?
Jessica Mah: Evonne and William were attentive and patient with me during my trip to CVS. The store is clean and the employees were very willing to provide assistance with depositing cash! Thanks for the excellent customer service.
Prasudhan Devkota: Always busy short of staff need to wait around more than hours
Hatem Tagel-Din: I like the location and also the minute clinic
laxmi amulya gundala: Most insensitive pharmacy ever. Rude staff. They close store before hours and don’t bother to open up even when you request to buy urgent medicine for sick.
John Friedl: Great service in the store and pharmacy
Aurelia Gross: The pharmacist Matt is amazing! I went to the pharmacy today to fill my prescription, it was my first time filling at this pharmacy. Matt did a fantastic job, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick and efficient. He inputted my new pharmacy insurance information and I got my script right away. I greatly appreciate the phenomenal customer service and helping me. I will be back next month because I found a trusted pharmacist Matt who goes above and beyond expectations!
Harold Meder: Shelves are largely empty.
jenn: SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER! I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance
Lauren McKenna Fellows: They were incredibly helpful when there were issues with my online photo order. They helped me replace my photos and quality checked them all.
Serita Fowler: I really hate that my insurance forces me to use CVS, and that this location is the only one convenient to me. I dread going to pick up prescriptions because I inevitably end up waiting 20-30 mins in the drive thru with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. What on earth are they doing? My transactions only take like 2 minutes. I'm sure it doesn't help that they use the drive thru for COVID testing as well, so those of us who just need to pick up prescriptions are stuck waiting.
Rajita Ravidass: I went to CVS in the morning of 12th Oct with my 5 year old boy to take a passport photo. Omg..the person was so rude and impatient. Firstly he gave a dirty looking step stool asking my son to sit on it. My son's head was tilting a little. Happens to all of us. He made a comment to hold his head still. I adjusted my son's head. Believe me, my son was doing the best he could. This guy had absolutely no patience and said 'there goes his head'. I adjusted again as per his request. The third time he goes "this cannot be done". My son felt like he had done something wrong and started tearing. "Mama, I was trying to sit still as much as I could". I told him it wasn't his fault and took him to Walgreens of high house road. He was the happiest child. They made it look so easy, made my son feel comfortable and with one take the passport picture was ready. Thank you Walgreens. The person at CVS of NC 55...either you were trying to show us indirectly that we weren't welcomed or you absolutely dislike kids. Either way, customer facing jobs isn't something you should be doing. I will NEVER AGAIN go to CVS of NC 55.
Daniel St John: Pharmacy could not be any slower.
Pola Nowak: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in for help to cancel my carepass subscription and the guy told me to call cvs or do it online (like I haven’t been trying to do that for the past 2 months). Then I called and the guy gave me a number with the word “shop” in it and I wasn’t sure how to enter that into my phone and asked for his help; his response was “are you serious?”
treshawn robinson: Today was the first day I took my first vaccine dosage. I had light reaction like two mins after receiving the shot from the pharmacist. I began to feel weak, hot, & lightheaded. I raised my hand and spoke with Mrs Laura. She immediately had someone cover her while she went and got me some water. She also got wet paper towels and a cup of water for me. I eventually had to lay on the floor because I couldn’t sit up. She gave me water to drink and placed those wet paper towels on my neck and talked to me the whole time to make sure I was still responding. I felt so guilty for scaring this poor lady but I’m very thankful for the care and love that she provided me with until my family arrived. The other staff that was involved as well thank you. I felt so appreciated this afternoon and you all took my worries away. For that I have to leave a 5 star review…. Most people wouldn’t have done what mrs Laura has done today.
Ram s: Overall good experience so far with my shopping needs. Like extra care discounts.
Russell Jones: This is a fantastic CVS. From store manager William to pharmacists like Matt (and formerly Marie and Katherine), the people are nice and quick and caring. I've only used the Minute Clinic once and it worked just as expected.
Somaiya Shakil: Had a poor experience with a very unprofessional minute clinic nurse at this location. This was my first bad experience with cvs. I called minute clinic customer care to put in an official complaint. The rep was nice and escalated by complaint to this CVS location's management. I received a call back from a manager at this location about a week later and he seemed to take my concerns sincerely.
Alison Casinelli: Matt, Maria and Laura go above and beyond to help you at the this Pharmacy. Thank you.
Bhanu Gilla: Awesome experience. Had taken an appointment for my kids vaccines at the Minute Clinic. Michelle called me an hour before the appointment to check if this was toward school immunization records. Once I confirmed it was so, she let me know that one of the two vaccines needed was not in stock, and was expected to be in stock the next day. She also rescheduled my appointment to the following day. Later that day, Michelle called again to let me know that there was a delay of vaccine shipment, found another CVS close-by which had the vaccine, and even got me an appointment there. The next day, on our arrival, Holly, the employee at the other CVS location was already aware of our needs, having heard of them from Michelle. This was way over our expectation of any healthcare provider. Thanks Michelle ! Thanks CVS !!!
Jessica Smith: I've been to CVS customer for at least 20 plus years have had the same number today, I go all of a sudden my number is not coming up. And the only way I can get their prices if I'm willing to fill out a new card and give all my information again. I'm sure it's not a coincidence that I've been going to this Pharmacy getting my meds all my life and about four months ago when they did some fraudulent. I pulled all my prescriptions from there I guess they was mad about that. They deleted my whole profile. And so the manager wouldn't even allow me to use a store card just to get the discounted price. It's a no wonder that Amazon is Shutting these type of "practices" down. I don't shop at CVS. But if I got to give you all of my personal information just to get a discount screw you CVS I ordered it from Amazon and it'll be here within an hour.
Rachel Phaneuf: The pharmacy folks are great, really responsive and helpful.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Casee Loudermilk: The Labcorp people are extremely rude and could use a lesson from the cashiers at the front. You’re still customer serving, so act at least somewhat decent and fully explain things instead of expecting people to understand when you say one sentence that has zero instructions.
Joseph Jannuzzi: I've been going to the pharmacy here for many years now and they are always great. Everyone here is so genuinely nice and professional. There are several pharmacists that have been at this location for several years, I wish I knew all of their names so they get the shout out they deserve (i believe one of their names is Brett). They always have helpful information and make things as smooth as possible. Thank you all for the great assistance over the years!
Thomas Dale: The other pharmacist are great. But this morning I called a pharmacist that would not tell me if my prescription was in stock. Last night I called and they said they could fill it but today they said they can't tell me that information which is "not right" according to the other pharmacies I've called.
Ronald Tomaszewski: Rated a 1 because zero wasn’t a choice. Dropped off an Rx 3 weeks ago and they STILL can’t fill it (and are horribly unhelpful with the very interaction)
Ken Presting: Not the place to go for first aid or health products. I only come here when I am assigned by a new job to get a drug test.
Bart Wachob: Store is very clean and as well stocked as any stores recently. Staff has always been friendly when I'm there.
Matt Fletcher: Don't come here for a passport photo.
Zach Jablonski: Half the time the pharmacy will close whenever they feel like it. They'll close up to an hour early. I even made sure to ask employees if the hours posted are correct and they are. In a business dealing with medicine and health you should be obligated to stay open until the hours that are posted. Again, this happens all the time, not just once.
Pooja: Very lazy attendent. I had a coupon for otc and she just said she dorsnt know how to use it!!!
Dick Capp: Prompt fast and friendly
Rand Buttitta: Terrible service. No one at the drive through, a pharmtech that is utterly clueless. Taking my business elsewhere.
Sarah Rahman: My poor review is due to poor communication. I called and spoke to the pharmacy to see if I could get a flu shot between a specific time slot. I was told that would be fine, however when I arrived I was told that I should have made an appointment because the wait time would be 20-30 minutes. The store appeared clean and well stocked. Staff is not very friendly.
Anonymous User: If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time and lines are ridiculously long. I use Walgreens faithfully but had never been to this one in particular before. I was put on hold when I called about my prescription (no one ever came to the phone) after having to drive back to the doctors office concerning it. When I returned I still had to wait for the medication. I spent over an hour there before finally getting my medicine all with a broken tailbone and in extreme pain. The customer service needs severe improvement. I didn’t feel important or like a priority and will never visit this location again.
David Williams: Lady of oriental dissent not sure of her name has exemplary customer service. Supervisors take notice
Justin Sabbann: Sitting in the parking lot right now. I wanted to write this before driving away.Actually a nice looking store and I figured I’d have the normal experience I have at a Walgreens.I was greeted when I walked in, then nicely greeted again when I arrived at the counter to checkout.I got cash back on my debit card and asked if she had enough quarters for a $5 bill. She clicked her tongue, looked in the drawer and shook her head as she counted quarters. I felt like I had just asked if she could give me some of her own money.... When done, she has, what should be, enough quarters to make it for the rest of the day in her drawer. But her attitude in saying ‘bye’ was completely different from the ‘hi’ I received when walking up to the counter...... over quarters......I don’t want fake nice people when I go into a retail store. But getting attitude over something as trivial as getting change back in quarters...?I would never ask a family run establishment for that sort of thing, because they might not have a safe in the back with more money in it.......? But a big business store like Walgreens, quarters shouldn’t be sacred.
Ron Dixon: I agree with Michelle’s comments. I think the person she was referring to is Heidi. She is always happy and smiling and is very helpful.
Anna Hoppert: Every time my children or I have antibiotics needing to be filled, it takes over 30 minutes. The staff is rude and gives ridiculous excuses regarding why it can't be quicker. They have no sense of urgency. The reason I go there is because I can avoid getting out of my car and infecting everyone there. Next time I will use Target in Cary where the pharmacy staff are always polite and so fast.
michelle dawn: There is a pharmacist here who is always SO lovely (I cannot remember her name but if you meet her you will know who I am talking about). So so nice and friendly and competent. They testified the store is good but she's the reason I am taking time to write this review. If you need prescriptions filled go here 😃😃
April Bowling: Great pharmacists and very nice store. Love getting my prescriptions there.
Boston Terrier: Staff in this store goes out of their way to help you - the other morning they helped me find some quick party supplies for an office party. They were even friendly and helpful during the snowstorm last winter. Seems very well-managed. Always an easy stop.
Apoorva Neelabh: A nice addition to the Waverly place shopping area in Cary, NC. Very clean facility and very friendly and professional staff. We have made it our primary drug store and all of medicines are purchased from this Walgreen's store.Best wishes and Kudos to such a wonderful team...

CVS: what do users think?
Bob Lowwer: I would first off like to say everyone at this CVS is respectful and helpful. I’m personally talking about Santiago. My 3 year old son who has autism needed his passport picture taken. As we walked in I was greeted by her, but when she saw my son and realized I needed a passport photo her attitude changed. She seemed to roll her eyes and looked very impatient with him. As a father, I was heartbroken by her demeanor, and she clearly looked like she didn’t wanna be there. After a few minutes, we left and went to Walgreens. I’ve been a long time customer with that CVS, but that now has all changed.
bharath kumar: Worst customer service
Bianca Claire: Every body in there is extremely polite and respectful. I’m giving it a one star due to the fact one worker named Suchita is extremely rude and disrespectful, even when you show up with complete kindness. I asked for a refund last night and she was so rude and lied about not being able to do it when I came today, two other coworkers did it so easily, no troubles, she just didn’t wanna do it and I find that extremely unprofessional especially since I made a over $50 purchase.
Mithila Fadia: Closed the shutters of the pharmacy at 5:59pm on a Saturday evening. I told the person at the counter that I was coming in from urgent care and that I needed the antibiotic as soon as possible to start for my 2 year old’s open fracture. Without an iota of empathy/ apology I was told I can go to a 24 hour CVS; and when I asked do you know where it is; I was told almost in a sarcastic tone- you have a phone, just google it!Horrible customer serviceAnd just for the record, I could not find a single 24 hour CVS close by.
Fahad: Brandon was very helpful. great
chhagan kadu: The ladies working in the pharmacy look like uneducated and extremely rude. They even do not know how to type insurance id correctly in the system and they were saying it was invalid insurance. For this reason, I wasted 2 hours there then finally my insurance customer care guy called them and guided them to enter my insurance into their system. I requested my doctors not to send a prescription here. hope this will helpful for other people.
Daniel Jacobs: Great experience at this location. Joseph made sure my items were set aside and had them ready when I arrived. Cheers
Katie Rupp: Do not buy ice cream or any frozen items from this location. Every time I've bought ice cream from here, no matter the brand, it's crunchy and icy, which is a sign that it thawed and was refrozen.
William Jones: Worst customer service! They are so slow. They have only 1 person handling a line with 6 people waiting while people just standing around
Kevin Coppage: This CVS is the I hav visited. First when I called, the phone rang for 5 minutes. Finally a rude technician answered the phone. She was clueless on medication name and horrible phone manners and customer service. They had both of my meds but told me I had to go to the original CVS and then come to their store to get the other one. As a Veteran we get Care in the Community. CVS is the primary provider of medication for Veterans. The Pharmacist was clueless, she told me that the VA only covered flu shots, which was not true. I had another prescription filled at Cary Pkwy and Chapel Hill Rd. they were great. I have the Pharmacist the actual VA documentation that specifically states that Veterans Do Not pay for medications. She tells me that I had to go to the VA. Then she frustrated me and emotionally hijacked my emotions and made pay for my medication. There is no customer service nor leadership at this location. I will not visit this CVS location ever.
Lex Coop: I have utilized this pharmacy for over 20 years but after today, I will take my business elsewhere. There have been a variety of issues that have taken place over the years but I’ve continued to keep my business there, for example, giving me the wrong medication, waiting for hours for it to be ready after being informed it was, not providing a syringe in order to take the medication including giving me someone else’s medication with all of their contact information on it. However, 2/11/23, was the tip of the straw as I waited in the drive through line at 1:20, got up to the line at 1:31pm and was informed to come back at 2:00pm due to them closing for lunch. I informed her that I had been waiting in line of which there were 2 cars in front of me and she stated that they had to close for lunch. Now this by far isn’t great customer service and I refuse to spend my money anywhere that doesn’t value their customers. I informed her that I would be transferring my prescription elsewhere and left. The inconvenience caused was by far IT for me. To be in urgent care all day and sick, to pick up a prescription and then given that type of treatment will never sit well with me.
T E: Santiago was super helpful with our passport photos after the Walgreens across the street acted too busy. Great experience
Makiera McLean: I went into this CVS on 12/6/2022 at about 330pm to use their WIPS system. I had never used the system, therefore I asked a few questions prior in order to ensure that I had everything needed. Once we figured everything out, associate Rasheed (unsure of correct spelling) asked me how much. Once I told the amount that happened to be well over $1k, she questioned me several times in regards to the amount and even asked for the manager, Wesley to come assist. I felt I was definitely being discriminated against because she even read the amount aloud as if I am stupid and/or dumb, while also turning the computer screen around to ensure she heard right. Mind you, I had already confirmed 3-4 verbally before she even turned the computer monitor around. I was also told later on after all of the scrutiny, that only cash could only be accepted with their WIPS payments. Mind you, I had already inquired about what I needed and she had already mentioned that I was okay with my debit card. There were other customers behind me and it was VERY embarrassing, hence that I am a young, successful, African-American woman wanting to pay rent equating greater than or equal to $1k on my own. An insult do you not think? I am highly discussed and something should and will be done about this, in due time.
Gavin Gore: Main lady that works the pharmacy section is extremely rude and condescending. Can’t even ask questions without being side eyed or hearing a smart remark…. Other than that the place is fine
Sushan B: Went to get a passport photo taken and the lady employee was super rude. Took first picture blurry and blamed the camera. Then retook it clearer, but the photo needed address written on the back but the way she wrote it would be cropped. So we asked to reprint it and she said she is not going to print the picture again. Fortunately manager was nice enough to help us out, and she reprinted it but rudely.
Starling Shan: The worst CVS I have ever had. They messed up my prescription multiple times. Gave wrong information about travel policy on prescription. Now that my insurance won't give me my prescription because the pharmacist made a mistake in giving me the wrong amount. The lady works there asked me to call my insurance myself and hung up the call instead of correcting their own mistake... Avoid if possible.
UA: I won’t recommend CVS for Covid or flu test as they delay the test results badly. No one supports if you reach pharmacy and no further tracking. You might get the report before you die or rush to emergency. Waste of time rather waste of money. Don’t know whether management thinks on customer perspective but simply doing it as business. Why a pharmacy sells cigarettes, beers and other stuffs in discounts 🤦🏻
Manu Bumb: The pharmacists here are beyond useless.
Marie S: Pharmacy is a constant frustration.Too many times where I'm told a prescription is ready, then it's not there when I go. They don't have many common prescriptions in stock. The communication is such a challenge here. When there's a miscommunication, there's no apology - they just want you to come back another time (acting like it's no big deal to keep doing circles to the pharmacy). It's been such a constant frustration and struggle to continue getting prescriptions here. I just started expecting there to be some kind of mistake or miscommunication with the prescription each time I went there. Amber is knowledgeable and has helped me both over the phone and in person several times to get things worked out that had to get escalated. Overall - just too many issues with putting things incorrectly through insurance, saying my doctor didn't call something in (when I had evidence of the contrary), their auto text service is inaccurate, etc. I gave them far too many chances - now I'm so so glad to not be dealing with this anymore.
Senthilkumar Rajagopal: Staff in the billing counter was so rude and arrogant, I never had these experience before in CVS, just wanted to leave a message here so that someone from CVS will Look into it and take necessary steps..Here no zero rec review otherwise I would have choosen zero..
Sabrina Jamal: I have the worst experience ever at this location. Manager , her staff and the pharmacist are so rude and they don’t explain properly how to do the testing and what you need to do . The staff at the pharmacy don’t k ow how to talk , which is completely misleading. When I talked to pharmacist she didn’t listen to me and did Care if I do testing or not . Please please people don’t go there for any service over there at Cary location.. they are so unprofessional.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Natalia Ortega: The “pharmacist” Rachel was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve met in my entire life. People like that who are miserable and hate their jobs should not represent businesses let alone speak to people the way she spoke to me. Rachel, please find peace and happiness in your life and stop letting your miserableness carry into your day job. Seek help.
Sharron Atkinson: Excellent service.
Lo: Pharmacy team is generally great! It all has to do with how corporate and the managers treat their team!
Emily Mahon: Filling a prescription at Walgreens, any walgreens, including this one, is always a nightmare.Don’t bother transferring your prescription. They might as well chuck your medication out of the window of a moving car and onto the the highway. It would be way easier to find it that way.Go to any other pharmacy.
Chandra Riley: Was scheduled to have a covid test done at this location needless to say never got it and was told they didn’t have me in the computer after I drove 30 mins from where I was this is the worst place and none was there in lines but one car why was I not service after showing them my appointment for that location I wish I could give the 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow me I will never return to this location and I plan to put this up on all social media avenues they are the worst don’t use them for nothing
Deborah McCollum: Delivered vertigo meds in about 30 minutes when I was afraid to drive!Super staff photo and check out.
Alexa Burke: The lady with red hair is such a saint! She was patient with my cousin who’s english is limited and made sure he understood everything. She made such excellent conversation with me that I never once felt bored while waiting to get my photo! The picture we received was made with great quality and care. She’s such an endearing person that it made me want to work at Walgreens too! She was so great that I’ll now go out of my way to this specific Walgreens. Please give her a raise for she is the model employee!
Joanne Conway: Understanding the staffing shortage and we all need to have patience and grace with each other. The cashier yesterday was so rude with an awful attitude when I asked for my receipt. I guess she wasn’t aware that as a cashier it is up to you to change the receipt tape when it runs out. This store needs to either hire better people or do better with training.
Sarah Marshall: Would have five starred if it wasn't for the fact that I had to go in and have them shop my order and close it out because it had been three hours since I had put my order in and it still hadn't been done. Otherwise, great store.
Cole Flythe: people are so nice, i come here for random stuff i need.
Denise Vargas: Hit or miss here. They’ve also not answered their phone but once since I’ve called, and the one time they did answer a guy put me on hold for almost an hour before I finally gave up. I’d avoid this location honestly. Tryon woods location is the better option.
Lone Star: I completely understand everyone around is dealing with being short staffed. But when the customer is understanding there is no need for the rude attitude you are not doing us a favor we’re paying for a product otherwise if there was self check out I will definitely use it. If you don’t like your job which is dealing with people just find something different where you would at least enjoy what you are doing. Is unnecessary to treat customers like that just because you are not happy.
David Hare: Pharmacist "Jake" runs a tight ship..yet he is loved by his customers & staff...we come here primarily because of Jake.
Kelsey Fenton: Extremely long wait times. Tell you 15 mins ends up being 35 mins. Rude staff.
I H: I bought a vitamin and it was OPEN already. I wish they checked about their product selling at the store.
Right Dam Now: Everyone is pleasant and helpful
Judy Lang: I have been a customer at this location for many, many years. I am consistently impressed with the staff in the pharmacy. They are always kind, helpful, patient and willing to resolve any issues I may bring to them.
M G: Very nice location, excellent service & a nice walking path around the building.
Madison Allen: I will agree that the wait for prescriptions is long but they do the best they can with what they have. Good job Walgreens!!!!!
Bryan Feighery: "systems are down so your insurance card isn't working and we cant give you a partial refill". I know things happen, but for some people their medication is life or death. I've been to Walgreens many times, and they pull this on me, I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

CVS: what do users think?
c c: You cannot reach a real person who works here. All calls are redirected through an automated voice service, which takes forever to get through with limited options often asking you the same question over and over again. I was finally able to reach someone my third time calling and was hung up on abruptly after almost 10 minutes. Please make it so that you can reach an employee in the store!!
Mechelle Johnson: I went to this pharmacy today to kindly request prescription documentation on behalf of my special needs brother. I was absolutely disgusted at how rude these employees acted toward me. I finally obtained the documentation I needed but also received arrogant attitude and the feeling that I had been a major bother to them. I have been shopping at CVS for many years but will never again due to these two pharmacy employees.
Roderick Marshall: Folks over at that Kildarefarm location need to be retrained. They don't use operative listening skills and give out incorrect information.
Carola Pagan: Setting an appointment online is easy. Appointments are usually available within 24 hours even on weekends. The hours of service are convenient. The staff is very helpful and caring. Lab results are within minutes.
Dzhovid Dzhuraev: My favorite CVS store. Very helpful and attentive staff.
James D: Tried calling the Minute Clinic twice. Both times, I went through a long menu and then was told to call back later. Then, I tried calling the pharmacy and waited 10 minutes, having to hear the same annoying message over and over until I finally gave up and went to urgent care. So aggravating!
Eric Smith: Walk in to get a flu shot from the pharmacy/clinic and am turned away for not having an appointment. Despite their advertising of being able to accommodate walk-in flu shots.Other than 1 person waiting, there was nobody else there. They could have easily taken the 3 minutes to provide the flu shot, they just didn't want to.
Seth Berry: Hopefully they will be open tomorrow so can get my prescription. Good thing I drove 10 miles through rush hour to find this out...
Harlan Stafford: Well-stocked.
Ronda Riscar: Pharmacist is rude! No thank-you or goodbye on the phone. Just click as she hangs up on me! I was trying to ask another question, but got hung up on by her twice today. If you are being a service to others, will you please learn some manners!?!
Tyler Gronbach: Terrible service for years in the pharmacy, maybe corporate office will pay attention and provide some much needed help and training. It’s probably not the people but the corporate practice that is at fault.
Lily Johnson: The cashier Nicole is the nicest lady ever. She brightens everyone’s day. This CVS hasn’t had an employee as kind, engaging, and helpful in years as her. It’s a pleasure shopping here! :)
Stefany Torres: I went in today to try to get some shopping in. There was a lovely sales associate, Nicole. She was honestly awesome. She made me feel so welcomed and was honestly one of the nicest employees I have ever encountered. This is by far my favorite CVS to go to!
Sarah Burnette: This was possibly the worse CVS minute Clinic I have ever been to since Covid- 19 started!!!!!The lady, who would not give her name because she was "already frustrated" does not follow CDC guidelines, about masks and wearing gloves. She has very poor communication skills and very rude to customers. Our appointments were at 8:50am and 9:05am. We arrived at 8:45 am and followed directions on the signs and waited. When no one called or showed up, we drove around to find the pharmacy window to find it closed. When we got out of the car, she opened her door and said wait for the call. No call came through till 9:05am and 9:09am when we were in front of her answering questions. My boss and I who are both healthcare workers made the appointments before the clinic started so we could make it back in time. When we arrived, no one came out to acknowledge we where there so we drove to the drive through thinking that's were the appointment was but it was not so we drove back to the parking side of the clinic. we waited for 15 min and by this time it was already 9:00am and we knocked asking if we could be seen during our appointment time and the lady claimed there were others in front of us but no one else was there but me and my boss. She even says she saw us pull into the parking lot the first time and yet did not acknowledge us. She then proceeds to say she called me three times which she did not and called me when I was physically in the room at 9:05 am.She was not wearing a mask until someone walked into the room where she finally adjusted her mask correctly and she was not wearing gloves when handling the specimens or the testing materials. Who knows how many other test she has done when she was dealing with my test without gloves. She then proceeds to talk down to me and treat me like I am incompetent when I said nothing to but asked if we could be seen. She then begins to talk about my boss in front of me and complain about her and that we don't understand how appointments work and that she technically shouldn't be seeing and that she as doing us a favor! She was very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention she could not even read my boss's name and yells at her to "just read it". I would never recommend this place to anyone who needs testing unless you liked being treated poorly.
D S: I came in today for my Covid booster and flu vaccine. The male pharmacy tech asked me for my vaccine card which I did not have but I was able to provide him a picture. All of a sudden another pharmacy tech who was a young female with long brown hair rudely interrupts and tells me that I HAVE to have my physical card. Really, there was no reason to talk to me like that. If your having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. So I made another 30 minute round-trip to go get my vaccine card and I’m standing in line when the person in front of me says they do not have their vaccine card and they accept a picture. 🤔 CVS, your employees have got to do a better job. Apparently there was no reason for me to drive another 30 minutes other than one of your employees pulling a power trip or another employee not doing what they are supposed to do.The person who gave me my vaccine however was just simply lovely and I would come back to do a vaccine just because of her.
Elizabeth Dickerson: NOT a walk in clinic, appointment required - please do not tell people you are a walk in clinic so they drag their ill bodies all the way here and then not be able to see them that day
Anup V: I booked two different appointments for the drive through Covid test (one for me and one for my dad). On both occasions, the staff at the drive through pharmacy was extremely helpful and guided me through every step systematically. I got the results back in 24hrs. All in all, a very efficient and satisfactory experience.
Richard Hornbuckle: So the store is great love the employees but I was walking in the store and there was a empty ky lube box on the sidewalk and the parking lot needs trash picked up other then that the store is great
Adelin S: Been to this particular location a few times with my husband now, first time we both got covid tested and all was fine. Came back a few days later to get tested again and they refused to test me as I'm a Norwegian citizen although they tested me before without issues. My husband still got tested and we left, then another doctor called with his results he told him what happened and the doctor offered to test me so we turned around and went back. Got told that it's random if I can get tested or not cause some doctors will and some won't because I'm a grey zone for not being a US citizen. Went back today for an appointment at 1200, waited until 1300 cause they were so backed up with only 1 doctor in I eventually just gave up waiting and left.
Charles Richardson: Observation: When you type in on the Google Search using the address of 2984 Kildare Farm Road the ATM location shows up, not the pharmacy. I had to call another CVS pharmacy to get the Hemlock Farms CVS phone number. When I mentioned this to the three people at the pharmacy desk they were rather kurt and didn't seem to want to understand why I could not get their number using Google Search.
Mark DiGiacomo: Rude, ignorant pharmacist.
