Hiyalia Ann Stewart: I wanted to surprise a company with lunch for great customer service so I stopped at Dunkin’s Donuts to pick up some donuts and other items my total was $59 (in that order was one latte for me as they where preparing the order I ask if I could get that latte now I was so thirsty my GPS brought me to this location 4 miles out of the way ..Let’s continue so a young girl came with the drink as I was talking to another employee so I extended my arm to get my drink ( she drew it back and it shock me) so I begin to ask the employee can I get that latte please she ignore me even tho she’s standing directly in front of me .. Are you really doing this so you are refusing to pass me the drink the order isn’t done what’s the problem . She then said you must be rung up before I give to you .. Icarus E: I waited over 20 minutes for my drink and dozen donuts, for starters, the drink tasted horrible, very watered down, and had no syrup or flavoring, literally just cold colored milk (yuck), on top of that the donuts were extremely messy and some even stale. When I went to complain to the manager, I think her name was sarah, she was extremely rude to me and my family and refused a refund or replacement. I would rather burn my money and go to jail than buy from this establishment again.

Hobo_Nobo: Walked in today “Easter Sunday” 4/9/23. There were five employees behind the counter. Was promptly greeted and advised they would be right with me. Only one car in the drive thru. Stood for nearly six minutes. Tried to order from the self order board. Was not working. No one helped me. A worker who looked like he was on break looked like he was going to help me then just played with the register like it was not working and sat down Walked out ended up ordering at the drive thru as we were headed out of town and already made other stops. Order one iced decaf and one hot original blend and 25 munchkins. Coffee orders were incorrect and munchkin order was incorrect. We rectified the coffee at the window. Server actually handed out the munchkins to the people in front of us thankfully only for the honest they handed the munchkins back to the server. This is the nincompoop DD location in the area. I don’t think this was their worst day and I never try to judge anyone on their worst day. Most likely won’t be back until we see good reviews.

Wendy Medlin: So, I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese and some good iced coffee. Oh well, I got a bagel, but hardly any cream cheese compared to other DD’s I have gone to. Plus the top was a bit burnt, to overly toasted. The coffee was good though, but that bagel was disappointing.

Ashe: This Dunkin took a turn for the worst. Used to be decent. I went earlier for an iced caramel latte and the valentines brownie batter drink. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He made my (ICED!) drink hot, as if he was making a hot latte, and then put ice in it, completely watering it down, to where it barely tasted like a coffee drink. It tasted awful. It was lukewarm. To add onto that, there was no caramel flavor added. The other drink he completely messed up. He made a plain iced coffee, not the brownie batter one. This was after asking him how the brownie batter one was good. He said that it's good and then that he doesn't drink coffee so he has no idea.. ok fine but how do you mess it up when you read it back to us and answered a question about it? Both of us threw our drinks away. 0/10 recommended going here, their staff doesn't even know how to make a drink anymore.
Jackson Davies: Was craving Dunkin’ coffee all day.. for the last time ever. Went to the drive through and had to repeat my order (three coffees) several times. The girl taking my order couldn’t seem to comprehend that I was ordering more than one coffee and kept combining them. Finally I had to get my girlfriend to spell it out for her. After she confirmed 2x what our order was we went to the next window just to get the wrong order. Also when I got home when I tasted the coffee it tasted awful. Nothing but syrup and ice. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and understand why it was so poorly rated. The chai tea I got tastes like syrup and ice. The other picture was supposed to be hot.

John Lenick: just got a small coffee to go, and it was very very weak. dark water, really. There had to have been a mistake made, you guys have to double up on the brew bags or something. someone is doing something wrong there. I did hear someone else there, obviously a regular and very friendly with the crew, saying the same thing about a coffee he had gotten there a day previous, it seemed. He was just saying it was terribly weak as well, not brewed right. So, if you have a new guy there doing the coffee, he is still doing it wrong. I suppose mentioning that the coffee was also INCINERATINGLY hot is pointless by now, in 2022, but seriously guys, why? why THAT hot? I want to walk around in the morning sun, listening to my phone and sipping my coffee. I don't want to wait a half an hour before I can even sip it without maiming myself for the rest of the day. anyway. Strong Up that coffee.
George Dolicker: Under staffed (1 person working this pas Saturday), what donuts they actually have available are aging stock, staff unable to find or identify a "cruller", "jelly donuts" jelly in name only. Great coffee.
Lisa B: I stopped on my way to work and got a decaf with caramel and cream. When it got to the bottom, all I started drinking was coffee grinds, and that was so disgusting. I called back, and the store manager was out that day, and I spoke with one of the workers. When I got off work, I went back by and got another one to replace the first drink, and that one of course had coffee grinds in the bottom as well. I don't think I will be stopping there again.
Em Ni: Probably not going there again. I ordered two pumpkin chais And was told their espresso machine was down. I said we didn’t order espresso drinks. We were charged for espresso drinks they handed us two bags of food when we ordered one sandwich and the sandwich was frozen. Every time we go it takes at least 20 minutes for them to get our orders wrong, overcharged, undercooked or burned. The staff are all under 18 and don’t even know what English muffins are even though their signature sandwiches are English muffins.

Cam Honour: Infuriating experience! I placed an order for coffee and donuts in the app 45 minutes ahead of an extremely important business meeting. The app said it was being prepared and then said my order (coffee and donuts for 12 people) was ready. Upon arrival nothing was ready. Manager claimed he had not received the order and refused to start preparing said order until he received payment THAT I ALREADY PAID! I showed him my phone where the app and my emails clearly indicated I had already paid! I requested the order be cancelled and refunded so I could place a new order in person, even though I was now going to be late for my meeting. Manager claimed I would have to contact customer service for a refund. Dude was extremely rude not only to me but also to the employees trying to help. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future. How in the world Dunkin corporate is ok with a franchisee operating with this level of bafoonery is beyond me.

Carina Brunelle: Came to this area on vacation. I’m from Boston. I know Dunkin Donuts is our religion up north, but every Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in this area is an abomination to the brand. They have no idea what you mean when you ask for a basic coffee. The coffee is bad, they simply don’t understand how it’s supposed to taste or look. If you are going to open a Dunkin’ Donuts, please learn how to make it properly and train people to do so.

Terry O: Sadly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any Dunkin I’ve been to. When my husband and I got there to pick up an online order we noticed that the door was locked even though the store hours clearly stated the store is open. We saw two people on their phones inside sitting at a table and when they saw us one person got up and started doing something at the counter. No one spoke with us. Finally the second person looked up from her phone and motioned with her hands that we need to go around in the drive through. We did just that. We had one other car in front of us and the wait took so long we ended up shutting the engine off in the vehicle. When we pulled up to the window for order pick up the person that made the coffee kept walking back and forth and each time staring at us like we were inconveniencing them/ or they were upset. We were never asked if we wanted cream or sugar. When we finally received the beverage the person at the drive through window handed it over without a word, and frowning. The coffee tasted watered down. Save yourself the hassle and make your coffee at home it’ll be a much better experience. If this is the kind of customer service permissible at this location the business will be run into the ground. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option.

Beamon PBL: Girl working front sat in lobby giggling with a friend on her phone. When her co worker (The only one working) asked her to do her job she just continued to sit on her phone. I had to cancel my doordash order. It was 10 minutes late and they just started making.

It was 12pm on a Saturday and I was told we do not have glazed donuts then I asked for a different kind,I was told we don't have that. Everytime I go they never have donuts or my coffee is never right.. Whomever is the owner needs to do a redo on staff. Your business will be shutting down soon if you do not fix your place. I won't go back anymore very disappointed.
