Peggy squeezed us in - I called on a Wednesday and our item was done on Friday! She’s an absolute gem, so sweet and her work is outstanding. Her work is beautiful and our item was more than I could have imagined - it was seriously perfect. Thank you Peggy!!!

Michael Welke: Great advice in creating a design based off of a few ideas, that I was relaying to them. Stitching was perfect. Finished product was delivered earlier then expected. This is the second time I have used Taylor’s. IMO they are under charging for their services.

My sister was thrilled to talk with one of the sales staff as she considered purchasing a new serger. And she did purchase a new machine which she'll pick up in a couple weeks. Annette Holliday: Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’d like to say Ruth Williams is a joy to work with. She knows the products and her customer service is top notch. They have serviced my Janome MC15000 and I will now have my Babylock Altair serviced there as well.

Diana Mann: After years of taking my machine to another dealer to be serviced, I found Capital Sew and Quilt. I thought my old tech was doing a good job until I got my machine back from Capital Sew and Quilt. I cannot believe how well this machine is running now! It has not been this quiet or run this well since I took it out of the box. Everyone in the shop knows their machines and I ended up buying a Juki I'd had my eye on for a while. All of my machines will be going to them for service from now on.

Before I left the machine, Jen asked if you I stay for a few minutes, 'maybe it is something simple'. So simple. She made the corrections and repairs within 15 minutes I was on my way home with a working machine.I will certainly be taking my Janome and Brother PR embroidery machine in for servicing and repair.
Sandra Haggett: I recently met Jennifer Moon at the fiber arts show and was discussing a problem I was having with my Handi Quilter Moxie and PSL (Pro-Stitcher Lite). Even though I had not purchased my machine at her store she was more than helpful. I wish I had been directed there by Handi Quilter when I purchased my Moxie. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Willing to spend time with you and answer all your questions. They have become my "go-to" for all things Handi Quilter.

The last storm that hit the area affected his power and internet which affected his equipment but it didn't stop him from getting my ordered completed by it's requested date. As he was sending proofs for review he never got frustrated as we went back and forth before making a final decision and the final product was absolutely amazing. Markus is not only good at what he does but genuinely a kind person to work with.
